This is in reference to my purchase of h1 godrej rose almirah from your godrej interio store located at dakshinapan shopping complex, dhakuria, kolkata. We bought the prodect 11 days back with order no.93339. We immediately paid cash of rs 27, 770 (As the card swipe machine did not work). We were promised that we will get the delivery at our residence in shibpur, howrah definitely within 7 days. We have not get it yet. On calling them 3 days back, they told the particular almirah is out of stock and by monday (Yesterday) we will get it. After calling yesterday, they told until there are enough items to be loaded in their truck they will not come. What nonsense is going on. Each time they are coming up with new reasons to not deliver. This is harassment on our part to keep calling them everyday and we cannot wait for tume infinity waiting when they will come. This is ridiculous and unprofessional. Kindly contact the store manager and act upon this issue as else i want my full refund of the money and other value for my waste of time and money. I shall wait for today to hear from you or the store for the quickest action else would have to go to consumer court. I am highly disappointed and would make not to not shop in future from this store abd would also spread the mouth of word to all friends and family to save their time and energy.

The lock of safe storage in Slimline cupboard is not working. The product is bought from Godrej Interior, Byculla in December last year. Within 4 months if this type of performance then I am bound to doubt the quality of Godrej nowadays.

    Sir i am having your four kitchens in my house in four floors n having problem in one of the kitchen for which i had complaint several times i had talked mr rajneesh yadav many times he passes on me one n the other number last he passed me number of mr sandeep badeja he also didn't gave me proper solution of my problem than again he gave me other number so my question to the company is there any way you all can tackle all your dealers who care take the problem of the consumer

    I have purchased dining table set having 6 chairs from Godrej Interio outlet at Boring Canal Road. The chairs of the set are of inferior quality. The sitting material of the chairs have been deformed and uncomfortable to enjoy the meal. The seats have become uneven due to sinking. The photograph of chair is self explanatory. Requested to replace.

      I have purchase wardrob from your andheri outlet. Received the delivery on 27th march with faulty drawer at the time of instalation and the got confirmation that you will received the part in next 10 days bt from that day have not received any mail or phone from your service department.
      Your service department mr. Hitendra patil is commited to me on 14th april the problem will get sorted bt now from seles people are telling till 17th april your problem will get solve.

      This is totally dis-pointing from such big brand.

        1) Every product has some defects which can not be resolved by their support team.
        2) You need to buy their services every time you want to dismantle their product and relocation charges also applicable.
        3) Durability of normal Ulhasnagar furniture is 5 years more than Godrej Interio Product.
        4) 3rd Class Services: They take at least 3 to 12 months to resolve your complaints.
        5) Better Thing To Do: Call local carpenter and get your work done of designing or furnishing etc.

        We have purchased Godrej Interio SOFA and replaced with other SOFA in one year. We have double bed which is replaced in 6 months. we have 2 sliding cupboards and door of cupboards can not be closed because of product defect. Who has the time to call their support everyday. Better thing is to never go to their SHOP or website.

          I have purchased the product INV. NO. 81I/24092075 dated 7.2.2017, later found cracks in chair which was complaint to customer care on 25.7.2017 (D[protected]) since then many a times complaint to customer care, mail to Godrej Interio and service team persons including Mr. Prateek Sethi through mail, SMS, and phone call. inspite of assurances to resolve the complaint, nothing has been so far. twice material was delivered to my place to replace defective parts but the same also found to be either defective or pertain to some other furniture. Now I have been told that the order to replace the product has been placed even that also not delivered to me.

          Please understand that my complaint dated 25.7.2017 is not yet resolved. I sorry to say but it is highly non-customer friendly attitude from such an old company on two front first the quility of product and second not able to resolve the complaint even more than 8 months.

            Booking done for a modular kitchen for a flat in kolkata by a customer staying in delhi.
            Rs 75, 0000 paid against booking on 30.11.2017.
            No receipt (Hard or soft copy) received till 2.2.2018, that too after vigorous follow up. The bill contains an arithmetical extra loading of rs10, 000/ (Intentional??)
            Found booking done against higher quotation (1, 61, 872) though communicated to book against lower quote (1, 54, 078)
            No lay out drawing provided
            3d model provided differes feom actual installation.
            The bill provided
            No corrected bill received till date.
            Ultimate harassment during installation due to arrogance lack of complete accommodation of just i hour. Job starts approximately near lunch hour (12 noon). Detail may be provided during detail investigation. Continuous co-ordination done to optimize the installation time as the customer went to kolkata from delhi.
            Booked for brand 'godrej' (3 generation trusted brand) seamless installation, complete ruin of the brand to a trusted
            Customer.
            No closure done, nothing to match.
            Detail investigation & settlement of the issues will be highly appreciated by mutual negotiation.

              I purchased "one slide n store pro" almirah from godrej interio situated at kirti nagar, new delhi on[protected] and made full payment there. They said i will get my almirah delivered within 7 days.. On 07/2/2018 i got the almirah delivered and few days later the technician came to assemble the almirah but found that few items has been wrongly delivered and are not of this almirah and gave me the number of delhi head mr. Prateek sethi and asked me to call him for further information.
              Since then i've been calling him and getting wrong information regarding the pending items that in few days it will come. I again call him after few days and again he says few days more. 2 months has passed and no assurance from them.

                I ordered an Office Desk Stylo Traded (office table) from Godrej and Boyce Mfg co.ltd. Branch: 2, Gariahat Road (S) Dakshinapan Shopping Complex on 9/3/2018 and made full payment there. They said that i will get my table delivered within 21 days..On 25/3/2018 i got the table delivered nd on 26/3/18 the technician came to assemble the table but we found that we got wrong product delivered..I called their branch but they were saying that they won't be able to deliver the table i asked for as that table is out of stock and they won't refund the money also.. Even they are pressuring us to take the wrongly delivered item.. When we asked if they can deliver our original order in anytime soon they did not assure anything to us and they are not refunding our money.. When we ordered the product they did not mention anything about the unavailability of the table.

                    The technician has yet not come to my onsite support to my home. The color quote of the almirah is defective and the opening door is not working freely. So please send some technical staff to get it resolve and also make the color quote problem resolve.
                    Previoysly i have informed by call several times, but i have not received any update from godrej interio. Even i have received so many calls from kolkata godrej and mumbai godrej as well but not received any update and not got any solutions. Please make this on high priority. As this is the concern about product quality, color, technical concern and the service of the godrej as well. I am very much frustrated and embarrassed by the staff and entire interio team. I hope this time i will get my problem resolved.

                      On 12th mar registered a cl in customer care for repair/ replacement of godrej slimline almirah door lock. Technicians visited after i cld back. Booked new lock with 350rs their visit. Got the call from customer care dat lock is being provided. Since den i hv to call the technicians as to wen dey r coming. Fixing time but no final result till date.

                        I have placed an order vide order no.53734 on 18th nov 2017 for 1 maze king size bed, 1 swing 4" mattress, 1 slimline 3 door locker + 2 drawer (Pacific blue) and 1 star design mirror from your di & b4, sahid nagar showroom, bhubaneswar, odisha. Today is 13th march 2018 and i have not received all that i have paid for. I am only getting defective parts again and again, and still unsure about the time to be taken for delivery of the complete product.

                        When it comes to payment, i was forced to pay the total amount in cash stating card payment option is not available. But, when it comes to delivery of products, its still awaited even after passing of 115 days. Whenever i contacted the store in-charge on [protected], [protected] & [protected], got only some # excuses and false assurances.

                        Is this the standard of godrej interio service quality and adherence to delivery timeline??

                        How am i going to be compensated for the loss of warranty period due to delay in delivery??

                        Who is going to compensate for mental harassment and loss of interest due to cash paid upfront???

                        Kindly resolve it with utmost priority and compensate me appropriately for the loss.

                          I have purchased one new almirah from m/s godrej &boyce mfg co ltd, vip counter on[protected] and the material assembled on[protected]. At the time of assembling after breaking sealed pack, it is found that the side portion along with bangle roller & locking system & middle tray are broken/condemned/torn. Then, i objected and demanded to return the material, the technician told that godrej is a big reputed company. The defected material will be replaced and the rest will be well serviced. He lodged a complaint/call no 452045. On 23.1.18 they changed the side portion and informed to service the rest later. But nothing has been done in spite of several phone/email conversation.                             For my new flat skyline town scape thiruvalla kerala i purchased all the furnitures and cabinets worth 15 lakhs from godrej two years back.
                            Due to the ill knowledge advice from mohan brothers all the items bought could not be fixed.
                            Mohan brothers in charge one raju took away the excess items promising refund.
                            Even after several requests he still evading payments for the items he had taken back.
                            His behavior is cheap and filthy from the very beginning. Just for the sake of godrej i had tolerated.
                            Now it's more than 2 years. If the total amount not settled within two weeks i will be forced to take legal action

                              I purchased godrej incliner sofa piece for which i was charged more than mrp marked on its package, though after a lot of follow up, they refunded the balance.
                              Within a few days, upholstery started peeling, cracking and wearing out.
                              After a lot of correspondence and passage of time, they supplied replacement upholstery, replaced it on a few pieces and asked to be called later for replacement of seat cover.
                              Now when called, they are asking for rupees 4000-yes pl four thousand - as service charges.
                              Please provide me contact details of mr adi godrej, if available.

                              I have purchased 3 piece leather recliner sofa set on 20/11/2016. I little over one year 4 months in one of single seater leather started peeling off. We go by brand name, but I now repent

                              On 16October 2017 I purchase dining table & dining chair from M/S STEEL CRAFT JAMSHEDPUR, after sale one no dining chair paint removed
                              I request you please solve the issue.

                                I placed and order for godrej kreations with the godrej vip road showroom in north kolkata on 17.10.2017. Full payment was made on 26.10.2017
                                The product delivery was supposed to be after 4-6wks from full payment but it was finally delivered in the first week of jan 2018.
                                During installation on 10.01.18, it was noted that wrong parts were delivered. Hence installation was incomplete. The part installation that was done is also defective with chipped mirror and scratch marks in the body.
                                Part installation done also defective with scratch marks and broken mirror.
                                We have made repeated phone calls to thelocal godrej showroom and every time we are told that someone will get back within the day but that phone call never comes. I sent an email to which there was a response that someone will get back but that never happened either. Initially we were told that one of the parts missing will take 4weeks and yesterday i was told that no it will take further 4weeks. On the issue of damaged mirror and scratch marks they are completely silent.

                                yesterday kreation was assembled...it was my second purchase...and the experience was very bad...I feel like crying...literally they made this a cheap piece of...and on asking that what have you done...I got the reply...this is how it is supposed to be...full of scratches dents..a U shaped extra on one side...back or study was suppoted by 4thermocol pieces...
                                I am never going to buy godrej product...nor recommending any one else to waste money here...worst people handling all this...installation is so bad that the product end up looking like second hand cheap junk...techanicans and people of showroom from where I ordered it...are just there to make people fool...worst experience...

                                  I have purchased a slimline blend almirah (Red) from godrej interio and the same was delivered to me on 06.09.17.

                                  The almirah was assembled after 3 days however, some parts like door locks (Door) and trays etc were broken and the request was taken by the technician for replacement of the same. The almirah was poorly assembled using hammers & tools and many parts are hammered to form a uneven surfaces, even paint in certain areas are removed (Patches appears)

                                  Within 3 days, an another technician verified the broken parts and he has provided me the confirmation for raising the request for replacement of the parts and informed that they will reassemble the almirah again after receipt of the materials. He has taken request for repairing the paints.

                                  After many number of followups, the replacement parts were received 2 weeks before. (Mid nov), however, till now no technician have come to assemble the almirah till date.

                                  Moreover, the almirah was so poorly assembled that almost all the doors are not getting closed or not properly working. Even we are not able to open the almirah as the same may lead to more damage to the parts.

                                  Though the almirah has been delivered on 06.09.17, till date we are not able use the same due to above mentioned issues.

                                    I purchased a godrej mattress one year ago in bangalore. It carries warranty of 1 years. Within 4 months o[censored]se its shape got deformed.

                                    Called the godrej customer care in bangalore (Mr. Prasad [protected] & mr. Rahul [protected]), they arranged a technician mr. Giri k ([protected]) and after the check they promised to get it replaced within 15 days.

                                    But its been more than 3 months they didn't replace yet
                                    When i am calling them they are telling stock is not available and will deliver next week blah... Blah...

                                    And moreover these guys are not receiving my phone call too

                                    Horrible service by godrej... Full of false promises...

                                    I am totally disapointed with your product (godrej eon ) side by side refrigerator, model:RS EON 603 SG ...i bought it on last year and before 1 year it got complaint and we infrmed this to ur customer care but till now no update ., , am so sorry to say that i need my money back or new refrigerator...i cant bear this anymore

                                      On 1.2.18 we bought an almirah from godrej showroom park street kolkata branch and the same get delivered on the next day. Installation not yet done till today and rituparna das is continuously harassing us with her bad behaviour and accusing us. We were waiting for the entire day on 5th and 6th of feb'18 but they just casually confirm over phone that the installation will not be possible before 7th evening. Even the gosrej store at park street was not cooperating with me. Is this kind of service expected from such a renowned company? I am shocked and seek justice. Invoice no 75894, receipt no 184014.

                                        It is sorry to say that i had booked the modular kitchen with your branch at mahagun metro vaishali in november 2017 with assurance of installed the said kitchen on[protected], but company failed to install the kitchen timely and after personal effort kitchen reached on[protected] without doors of the cabinet. It is very bad that the reputed company to do such types of blunder after made the payment of more than 95% of the total amount.
