My name in Mohamed Musthafa Akram, residing in Neelangarai No:3/437 A/4 Ist street, Pandian salai, Neelangarai - 600115 . I am really fed up with the service I received from godrej interio . NEVER EXPECTED I bought a wardrobe on 10/9/15(Thursday) from Godrej & Boyce Mfg.Co. Ltd., Luz church road, Mylapore . I did my full payment for wardrobe & mirror believing the disclaimer regarding product delivery provided by the store chief, VIVEK KUMAR GUPTA . It has been said to me that the product will be received on sunday & the mirror will be fitted on monday .When I contacted the store person, it was brought to my notice that there was ome isies with IR & the delivery has been stopped for 1 or 2 days .I waited & I received the product on 21/09/15 (Monday) I called[protected] on 22nd for mirror, they said it will be received by 24th . I didnt got any call backs after that .It was Eid, so was able to concentrate too ... I came after my holidays on 28/9/15, called the store person for mirror, they said 29/09/15, no call backs after I called 29/09/15, the person who spoke is really bad, I dont want to use other words .He said I am putting pressure to get the product delivered for you, so you may receive tomorrow 30/09/15 or it would be still late .VERY BAD IMPRESSION .The mirror was not received yesterday too I didnt call yesterday 30/09/15 . Didnt expect such a bad behaviour from this Company

    We purchased seven ceater sofa from Nova Trading Co.in june 2014 and we noticed that one sofa with two seat is defective and the matter was informed to the concerned immediately. But nothing is done so far. Actually we had very good opinion about Godrej.But we know that after sale service of the company is worst and no body bothers after thr product is sold. We regret that we placed order with Godrej.

      Dear sir, i, chinmoy biswas, brought a godrej refrigerator of the following details model no-rteon240ps3.3 serial no-[protected] details bill is attached herewith. Refrigerator was brought from: roy electronics main office:kaliachak, malda.(w.B) branch office:c.R.Market la-177, farakka, msd farakka, ph[protected] mobile no:[protected] the inside features of rteon240ps3.3 downloaded from the trusted side of the godrej:www.Godrejappliances.Com is completely different from the my refrigerator purcharged from roy electronics. 1.Barcode serial number missing on the body of refrigerator 2.Serial number provided in bill found pasted inside the lower door surface. 3.Lock is totally different from the rteon240ps3.3.Only bottom door can be locked. 6.Price of refrigerator is also higher than the actual. We start using the refrigerator.But following defects observed 1.Fresh dry vegetables, fish, cooked food getting rotten in the lower part of refrigerator. 2.Extreme sweating causing water deposit on vegetables, food, fruits etc. 3.Bad odour inside the refrigerator. Godrej customer care send four persons but the problem can't be solved.I asked about the model but they did not response. I told roy electronics(samir roy, mob:no-[protected]) to replace my refrigerator as per original model rteon2403.3.He reply he had given original bill.Replacement will be done if godrej wish to replace. On 12.09.2015 i got a phone call ( number [protected] ) of sudarshan(mob:[protected]) .He told me that yuor defective refrigerator will be replaced within a week. And it would be supplied from malda.He also told due to the server problem it cannot be updated your sanctioned refrigerator.But on 22.09.2015 he told me that your refrigerator cannot be replaced. I send mail attaching photoes of external and internal views of refrigerator to [protected]@godrej.Com.I am not getting any response from the godrej as well as roy electronics. Sir, i please help me to get original product at right price.       it is very much regreet to say that godrej technician (mob [protected])came on 01.10.2015 to attend as per call number K[protected].BUT TODAY I HAVE RECEIVED GODREJ SMS WHICH IS TELLING "WE COULD NOT ATTEND TO YOUR GODREJ APPLIANCE COMPLAINT NO.K[protected] BECAUSE DOOR WAS LOCKED.FOR A REVISIT PLS CALL AT [protected].

      IT IS RIDICULOUS.I HAVE SIGNED THE FORM AND THE TECHNICIAL WROTE HIS OBSERVATION.THIS IS MISGUIDE OF CUSTOMER OTHER THAN CUSTOMER SERVICE.I WILL NOT CALL AGAIN TO ATTEND.I HAVE SEND ALL THE PHOTOES.PL TAKE DECISION.ALL THE TECHNICIAN TALKING HOT TO US AND TRYING TO MISGUIDE.

      as per complain number k[protected] godrej technisian came on 01.10.2015 without catalog.I told to bring the godrej catalog of TREON240PS3.3 to verify the the model.I told at attending call from kolkata to send people with catalog to verify my model.three time I send 6 photoes of procured refgigerator to godrej [protected]@godrej.com but No body came to verify the model or response to my mail.

      I told him to verify the lock of procured refrigerator.The attached photo clearly indicates the lock is different from the original model RTEON240PS3.3.But the technisian start talking hot and told the lock is same.He told AROMA lock is missing.But in godrej RTEON240PS3.3 aroma lock is one of its features.

      I asked about the barcode serial number.Technicial told it is pasted inside without bar code.Barcode serial number is on the box in which it was packed.

      I told about the external view of the refrigerator to the technician that the external view of procure refrigeartor is different from the RTEON240PS3.3 downloaded from godrej appliance web site.He told view has changed from feb-2015.But godrej appliance web site showing the different view.

      All of the above I also told to dealer, Samir roy.I also told to match the procured one with the original in godrej catalog.But he denied.

      Fridge service plan taken but no response

      Dear sir, I have lodged a complaint no.709532 yet no technician has come from 06 June 2014 till 07 June 2014 as my fridge is not cooling since three days.

        I'd like to bring attention to the level o[censored]n-professionalism and pathetic service that we have received from Godrej Interio in Pune. The picture below is of a top unit that we picked up separately a few months back. The entire unit was delivered by your delivery team, and a few days later we had another team come to build it. At that point once the unit had been assembled, we saw that the main door was damaged, so your team told us they would replace the door. It took 2 weeks for the replacement to come, which was also damaged, which we saw once it has been replaced. The team packed the first door, and told us it would be collected, and took photographs of the damaged door (2nd door) and told us we would get another replacement (now to be the 3rd door). We followed up several times with the showroom, asking for the status of the 3rd door, and when someone would come to pick up the damaged door that was left at our house. We were told all of this would happen soon. Finally when the 3rd door arrived, it was also damaged. Frustrated we told the team to let things be as they were and called the showroom to just come and pick up the doors (1st and 3rd doors), at which point we were told to just scrap the damaged pieces. On top of all this, another team came and delivered a cupboard door, which we thought was for our main cupboard below, since that too had a door that was damaged, but when we saw the piece, it was not meant for us. It was actually a purple door, which was for someone else’s slim line cupboard. Some Mr. Borade is waiting for his door to be replaced, while the piece is lying at our house for the last 2 weeks. It is shocking that your showroom/support team has been so lax in this matter, and have just left all the damaged material at our place, promising us time and time again that they would come and pick it up, and in the end just asking us to scrap the material. I don’t know what irritates me more, i.e. that there seems to be no quality control on parts being sent, OR that parts are just dumped and left at the customers house and no one at your end takes responsibility to collect them, OR that knowing that you have delivered someone else’s parts to my house, there has been no action from your team to come and rectify this issue.

          Sir, I had purchased a Godrej Interio Wardrobe last year in May 2014. Its door are not working properly. Ihad filed a complaint number D[protected] on 10th September. A techinican visited my home on 12th September, 2015. He said that he has not got required tools with him and got one of his superiors on phone. Supervisor assured me that someone will visit on 14th September to redress my complaint. But till date no one has arrived and the complaints is laying unattended. I had purchased this product on the brand name of Godrej but there service is very poor and staff also lacks basic customer courtesy.

            This is regarding order/bill no. 327763, regarding a commodity ordered on August 3, 2015 from "Godrej & Boyce MFG CO. LTD. 2, Gariahat Road (S), Dakshinapan Shopping Complex". The total price of the product (Rs. 55664.00) had been paid in full in cash at the date of purchase. The Disputed commodity is a "Kreation x2 Modular Wardrobe" which consists of 7 components/parts, 4 of which has been delivered, the 3 other components has not been delivered as of today - September 8, 2015. The attending sales executive Anjan De (Salesman Code: 901018) had assured us that all 7 components would be delivered by August 23, 2015. The Dealer has been contacted regarding this issue multiple times for over two weeks and they keep escalating the problem each time by claiming that the order would be delivered within a day. When asking for a refund, the sales executive claims that it is against company policy to issue refunds. Components ordered and paid for: 1x Kreation x2 - 450 MU, 1x Kreation x2 - 900 Dresser, 2x Kreation x2 - 450 Door, 1x Kreation x2 Drawer Front, 1x Kreation x2 - 450 Locker, 1x Kreation x2 - 7" Panel.               The worst services by Godrej People. I have purchased Godrej fridge 6 years back & on 12 august 2015 I lodged complaint in godrej cc on 14 one technician came & changed some parts for that he charged rs 605 but the problem not fixed again I complain on 14 th then on 19th one technician came & told that u have to change compressor & it cost rs 3800/= I told to change on 20th he changed the compressor but still there is no cooling. THIS IS THE SERVICE OF GODREJ. After paying rs 4400 I m unable to use my fridge.

                Dear Sir, I, Raju Patil, purchased Kreation X2 from Vikroli showroom with 450 Main unit, 450 Addon unit, 1000 Addon unit on 29th of July 2015 with Order Confirmation Form no. 371720 and Cash Payment Receipt no. 218836. I got my last delivery on18th of August 2015. The delivery was incomplete and I was not informed about it. The incomplete delivery came into light when the assembly team member Mr. Isral(contact no. [protected]) arrived for assembly of the product on 21st August 2015 at 11 AM. The missing parts are 450 main unit and 1000 addon Door then I called the Sales Exe. Ms. Mona Abdul Rahim Khan with salesman code-904125 on[protected]. Mr. Isral informed her about the missing parts, Ms. Mona assured us that the remaining items will be delivered the same day before 3:30PM. Ms. Mona told us to contact the delivery section Manager Mr. Nilesh on[protected] but the call never connected. At around 4 PM when I didn’t received any delivery I tried calling Both Ms. Mona and Mr. Nilesh, the call was never answered by them. The delivered packages have been opened by the assembly team and lying in my house and creating nuisance. This is the type of service provided by Godrej employees. Your failure to deliver and assemble the product has wasted my time and creating a nuisance. I want all the delivery done and product to be assembled within 24 Hours otherwise refund the full amount paid in cash. Raju Patil. Contact no.                       We intend to purchase 01 dinning table with 06 no. chairs for our transit camp at Baramulla, J&K.We made contact with your authorized godrej dealer" United Motorcyles", Srinagar for providing quotation of the product.But unfortunately even after writing repeated reminders and having numerous telephonic conversations with the dealer, we are yet to receive the quotation.The last attempt was made 02 days back i.e. on 29/07/2015.

                        I have ordered Godj Modular Kitchen material from Anika Interior Solutions Empire Estate, Chinchwad. I have made the payment of Rs 75000( Around 60%) and still my Kitchen material is not deliver. Anika Interior Solutions person Sachin Dubey is saying i should pay all the amount then he will deliver the material. Sachin Dubey is also very rude and unprofessional and also threatened me to cancel the order. He called me around 1 week back and said he is going to cancel the order and take the amount from his shop. One of his employee Prakash has given commitment that the entire material will be delivered by 28th July and i can pay remaining amount after the delivery. Still i did not get any update from Anika Interior Solutions about the delivery. When i reached his shop and he was totally changed. He said he can;t cancel the order and Godj company is not allowing him to Cancel the order. As per compare to other godj dealer his material is also very costly. He said he will also not return back the money and dues. I really don;t have trust on Sachin Dubey as he is not reliable person. Many times he does not pick the phone.                           We booked the alimira as marriage gift purpose which was having manufacturing defectes.when we complainedabout this salesman said that he will exchange the almira (SLM2DR+LKR, SLMSTD2DR) He said that a technician would visit us in 2 days and then he will exchange the almira. technician visted 2 times but the almira was not exchanged within given time.so we decided to cancel the order but he refuses and said he cannot refund the money so we purchased another almira(CenturionNovusESXLK+LedM, invoice no.87I/23064306.After which alimira was delivered to us on 14th July 2015. Your company technician visited us next day, we told him about locker and back sheet problem, He told us that he will exchange the locker soon He promised us that a senir technician would visit us We waited for the technician and called him which he again he postponed the visit for 3 days.But till today no technician visited us.
                          I would sincerely urge you to refund the money
                          I would really appreciate if you consider my complaint and do justice to me.

                            I've purchased a techno recliner last year but it had some problem in it so have lodged a complaint well within the warranty period. Have found people visiting my place for the rectification and was assured to replace the unit. But nothing has happened as yet. Without my knowledge my complaint got cancelled on 30th june and a new complaint number occured on the same day and today again i received an sms for the completion of the complaint. I fail to understand the entire drama behind it. The service engineer or anybody for that matter from godrej has never contacted me. The series of sms which i could save in my inbox are as follows. . .

                              Dear authority,

                              I wish yo highlight a serious ordeal i am going through with the after sales service offered by godrej.

                              I bought a fridge just 1. 5 years back and its already stopped cooling. We registered a compliant and had some service guy who visited us. He was extremely ill mannered and yelled at my parents for no cause.

                              They visited us twice and said parts cannt be repaired and we hv to purchase it. We agreed to that but were shocked when he the part he offered was sealed pack by godrej. It was not in any box or plastic cover but instead wrapped in news paper.
                              Which goods manufacturing company wraps products in news paper ???

                              When we questioned him he got agitated and yelled again and left our home saying no one from their service centre will ever come back and resolve this.

                              Today i called their service station again and spoke to rajkumar a technician who banged the phonr on me.

                              First of all godrej sells sub standard appliances that dont last even 2 years and then we have facr such ill mannered technician who want yo fraud us by taking money for new parts and fitting in old faulty parts wrapped in the news paper.


                              This is a serious complaint i wish to make as being a customer i hv all my rights to ask for company manufactured genuine products with a warranty period and moreover respect from the technician who walk in. They require immediate training on how to speak with the customers and help them rather than harass and cheat them.

                                This has reference to the said complaint as per the subject this is the last mail i am giving to you before i put it on the social media and in the public domain the said product was first come under complaint which has been logged in 13 months from the date of purchase but there was no response in writing and when the complaint got aggravated they are shifting the blame to us by simply saying they have verbally told us the problem and their was no verbal communication it is a blatant lie and now they are shrugging their responsibility the dealer is also helpless in this as the company service team is not supporting them and as a customer i am facing the brunt of the whole complaint i am also writing a copy to the board of directors before approaching to the consumer forum and the public domain i hope i get an answer to this mail and you people should not keep quiet same problem occurred in the king size bed also but they have told that breakage of wood will be replaced and a small payment will be taken by us that first complaint came 7 months from the date of purchase but still i am bearing the damages by paying this paltry amount very bad experience and nobody is ready to listen to the customer from the company's side also they are only interested in making money by this so i thought it is my moral duty to bring it in the face of the directors before i go to public domain since godrej is a big brand name and i am sure they will not go down to cheap means problem is at the local level definately

                                  With reference to above please note we have gone for the booking of Wardrobe in your Byculla showroom at 6:30 pm on 19.07.15 . It took some time for us to decide the product. But the lady in charge was in such hurry to close the showroom that she was just throwing us out by saying Don't you all understand it is time to close our showroom and you all are wasting my time i have to go very far to my residence. She was having her boy child with her in showroom. May be the reason so we don't know. In your site it is mentioned closing time of Byculla Mumbai showroom is is 8:00 pm and we reached there by 6:30 pm and have finalized the deal in half an hour or so. My brother in law who is a doctor also requested her that I am a doctor and i can understand that we have arrived little late but still there is some time and we want to close the deal today. Even if some penitent comes to us at the time of closing we don't say no to him. There also she didn't stopped saying you be hurry up I don't have time. Is this the way you all treat to your customers ? We come to your prestigious brand and this is what we get treatment from your sales staff of Byculla showroom ? This is very bad experience from your sales staff of Byculla. Sometimes it happens that some customers take some time to finalize the product that doesn't mean that one should behave in rude manner to customers. This is how you give training your staff ? We request you to improve the behavior of your staff and give them proper training to deal with every customers and also request you to take necessary step in this regards and revert back to us.
                                  1. To get the delivery of Godrej interio cupboard from Byculla showroom, I had to call showroom number several times but no one picked up my call.
                                  2. Then I went personally in the showroom to ask about delivery, some date was given to me. Product didn't arrive on the date given.
                                  3. Again tried calling on phone but no response. So, again went to showroom to ask about delivery. Ultimately product was delivered but,
                                  4. Installation person didn't come on decided date and again I had to call showroom for the same but as usual no one picked up my calls made at different days on different times. So, again went to showroom & told about this and finally installation happened but,
                                  5. I had ordered an extra shelf which was not delivered. So, same things happened as mentioned in points 1, 2, 3 & 4.
                                  6. Now, waiting for installation of the extra shelf..

                                    Purchased Dining Table (Bellezza) with 6 chairs in August 2014. 1 of the chair's leg is cracked and it is tilting when this was brought to the notice it was informed that this model is not manufactured any more and we need to buy a new set. I am not interested to spend more money and my request to you is to replace the chair or the set without any charges. I am enclosing copy of the bill for your immediate action. Please do the needful without any further delay.

                                      I have booked Genius study table 207 @ Vgreen furnitures, Gachibowli, Hyderabad on 09.06.2015 by paying full amount of 11948/-. Order no. is 425931, dt. 9.6.15. They promised to deliver within 2 weeks. Material has come on 22.06.15 and one technician came on 24.06.15. When pack is opened, 2 planks are seen damaged. They raised one more complaint(no. 587543, dt. 24.06.15) for replacement of planks and promised again for another 2 weeks. Already 3 weeks are passed after 24.06.15(Total 5 weeks from order placement), but till now material has not come to me. When called to customer care/godrej person/dealer, no one is able to tell the exact status. I am now thinking that I have made WRONG DECISION by going to REPUTED COMPANY TABLE BY PAYING MORE MONEY, THAT TOO FULL AMOUNT AS ADVANCE.                                         I have booked Almirah from kreations and modular kitchen and deposited amount of 2.11 lacs in advance at aakriti interior 2 months ago.till date Almirah is not delivered. And kitchen is not as per drawings and few units are missiing.because of this. I am not able to shift in my own home. Pl provide me compensation and interest for this period and rent for two month
