two of four bravo high back chairs are defected and i have been told that i will be given service first
i request you to kindly replace my chairs and provide me new one

Hi,

I have purchased Godrej Refrigerator from Chroma, Banashankari Bangalore. From past one month it is making loud noise. I have registered a complaint with them and the complaint number is N[protected].
KRUPAKAR came to check and said that this noise is normal in all Godrej Refrigerator and he also mentioned that Godrej makes more noise than any other brand. He did not solve the problem either.
However status of complaint is "SPARES NOT IN STOCK" which is not true.

I observed that Noise level was more than 65 db. We are having sleepless nights because of this loud noise and there is no hope on having resolution on this problem.

Please help take action on this.

We booked godrej interio for interior decoration( cupboard woodwork, entertainment unit and kitchen) almost a month back. Work hasn't yet started. This was totally not expected from a reputed company like godrej. Things are way behind schedule. Carpenters or person in charge do not pick up phone calls. Please take action asap. This is really a disgrace and am highly unsatisfied as a customer.

Sir, I have purchased a Godrej Shoe Cabinet. 203 on 08/12/15 and a Glass Door Storwel on 29/12/2015 after payment of Rs. 7500/- and Rs.23850/- respectively from GLORY FURNISHERS PVT. LTD 62, New G.T. Road, UTTARPARA, HOOGHLY, WEST BENGAL.But surprisingly shoe cabinet did not install for non availability of accessories of the cabinet. On the other hand Storwel also had sent to my house but did not fitted. Those two furnitures are laying in unused condition till now.In spite of my repeated requests GLORY FURNISHERS did not move. Dear Sir We had purchased a dining table set of your reputed company brand on 17th june, 2015 vide invoice no 21I/[protected]copy of invoice attached ) of Rs 54670/-and after two months only we found that the product was of inferior quality and the chairs supplied to us were started losing from the back end. we had lodged complaint at customer care no[protected] for one chair whose back was broken. After various reminders to customer care and customer relationship officer Mr Prateek had sent the executive and got this replaced after two months( after chasing him so many times). In between, two more chairs back had broken (photos attached for your ready reference). we had lodged complain vide SR no D[protected] dated 09/12/2015 for the same with your customer care again and your engineers/executives visited and confirmed that they will replace the back of these chairs. We regret to inform you that after one month of complaint, we have not received any response for the same. Kindly note that till now we were regular customer of Goderj products and we were not expecting this type of response from a company of such repute. We have also lodged our complaint and shown these broken products at your showroom from where we bought these products but we were surprised that they were not even bothered to listen the problem and gave us the customer care contacts. We are also facing mental pressure due to this kind of response and a Goderj product with such inferior quality ( out of Eight chairs of worth of ~Rs 35000/- with in 6 months three chairs have been broken from the top) Since this kind of problem in the wooden products leads to a quality problem we do not want to keep this product any more with us and request you to take back the complete set and replace with the another product or our money should be returned back without any delay. we request you to take this letter as a notice for any further action e.g. lodging complaint with Consumer Court though it will not be a pleasant experience with a company of your repute. I bought one Kreation wardrobe from Garia, Kolkata showroom on 30th November. I was promised with 3-4 weeks delivery. So by December End it should have been delivered. But till today its not delivered. Every time I am getting a new date. They 1st told it will be delivered by 7th Jan, then come 11th Jan as date and now its 15-16 th Jan. Each time new date. I have mailed to your customer support and also complained on FB. But nothing happening. I got a call after emailing from[protected] and he confirmed the 11th date.But when asked on 9th, he refused totally and then blamed me of telling lie that he never committed that date. Is this how you deal with your customer? You made customer a lair? All the chats and emails are attached for your ready reference.

I have registered for servicing my washing machine, model is Ultra splendor. They comming but without spares for the exact complaint, not available at service center in tambaram, chennai. They are selling machines but spares not available. Just they are telling spares will come in 10 days but no actions. contact me in [protected]@rediffmail.com for other details.

I ordered a sizzle dining table with lazy susan(induction model) through V green furnitures, authorised dealer of godrej interio located at manikonda, Hyderabad. I paid the total amount of the table, chairs and puffs and the dealer issued a confirmation form on 23/10/15 with a note of planned delivery period of one month. To my surprise even after two and half month's period the dealer replying that " we have not received any delivery status report from our head office" . . I never expect such a negligence and arrogance from Godrej in dealing with customers. Until now I thought that Godrej is international Brand but now I Think that Godrej is not living up to their reputation and their standards stooped down to lowest levels of a C grade company. Now What should I do and Where should I go to get the delivery of my order.

We have ordered a modular kitchen from Godrej Interio(Chandigarh-kharar highway). At the time of order we got an estimate and paid half of the amount which includes all the necessary units required for modular kitchen. After 6 weeks when they finally come to fit modular kitchen they are saying that 1 GTPT unit is not mentioned in product list and demand for extra money for same. But I have the description list mentioning the item. Second is the poor service delivered by godrej Interio, they have promised us to make modular kitchen in just 4 hours but still work continues for 3 days.

Chair brought of godrej make broken in a month after repeated complaints no response every one on customer care made me to talk to his/her senior but no one bother about service .

Sorry to say, pathetic after sales service...we bought a wardrobe from one of Interio showroom in Hyderabad and it has been over 8 days and not got the delivery yet. We had tough time to even the showroom and helpdesk numbers, no one picks up the call and if someone picks up they have no clue of the business. Please please...in a competitive world...such attitude doesn't help! please up ur socks! I'm still awaiting my wardrobe though aand be assured this will be my last product from Godrej!...you will be better selling Soaps than furniture!

The bottom glass plate of my dining table(DUSTON) has broken down, itself from last five months. And it is not resolved till today though several complaints has been given. Moreover the sales representative is not responding.kindly take suitable action at the earliest.

Hope your life is good after creating mess in your customer's life.

I am investing my precious time to make you people awake and make godrej realize what you have done.

It really feels bad that a good brand godrej which now i feel is a worst brand.

Even after purchasing goods from your shop for worth rs 175000 approx, you people are not serious to help your customer.

Good thing - i got the delivery of the products on time within 48 hours and got good assistance from one godrej consultant ankit while purchasing things.

But after that things got worst.

I regret why i visited your shop to purchase things.

I purchased a complete sofa set, complete dining table, double bed, dressing table, center table, puffins, mattress, corner table and caferia coffee table.

I invested my hard earned money but your brand took me for granted.

Issues started (Not a single issue rather multiple issues)-

1- defective caferia coffee table delivered. I kept quite lodged a complaint in your customer support team. Kept on following up, didn't used this product and today 26 dec again the delivered product was a defective one. The technician who visited the place to assemble just said sorry for the inconvenience and was feeling bad that sorry sir.

The day i purchased all these things my relative said we had a bad past experience with godrej and specially this caferia coffee table.

Still i bought this (Caferia coffee table and corner table)

Even after the complaint second time i received a defective piece.

Do explain me why this happened???

Till then i didn't used this defective crap product expecting soon my product would be replaced.

I paid for this and till date i am struggling and today 26 dec when i got the delivered product the moment godrej technician opened the sealed pack replacement he was also shocked to see a defective replacement.


2 - the puffies rather defective puffies are not replaced till date even after a complained lodged within 24 hours of the delivery.


3 - the double bed i purchased is fine but the mattress within use of 1 month are crying saying dear customer why did you purchased me? The mattress have shrunk and again after the complaint no resolution provided.


Team godrej treat this my final warning.

I am going to tell my family relatives and friends never to trust your brand.

I am going to publish this on social media and will file a case of cheating and harassment against godrej.

Please give me a justification why you guys did this.

My suggestion - please close your brand because a normal shopkeeper gives a better service than you.

Take these defective crap products from my place and refund back my money.


I was thinking that am a happy customer that i trusted your brand. Dear godrej team thanks for making me feeling regret on my choice of choosing godrej.

I have called dhanbad based sales executive manoj about 10 times for catalouge related to office furniture items but the person told me that he is sending the required catalouge through mail 5 days ago but till date i have not received the mail. So i called him today that you haven't sent me the mail, then he told that first you give us the requirment list the we will sent you the catalouge. Is this possible that without seeing the exact photos how can i choice any item i need.

Sir on 22/12/15 got delivery & fitted on 23-12-15 partially and left rest as parts were not ok drwer has very sharp edge to hurt fingers

Dear concern, we have booked one unit almirah on 18th December 2015, at Kolkata store address : 93SR8K. With 1000/- but due to some reason we don't want to take it, and asking the store to refund back the money, now they are saying Godrej does not have such facility to refund booked amount. I am least bother about your process, but I want my money back. As the money receipt given it was not mentioned any where so as the sales consult tent did not told any such information. Now I am looking forward to draw your attention to get the issue shorted as soon as possible.
