Hi All, My name is Amar Swaroop Mishra, System Admin, Dell International Services. This is to inform you that I have purchased an AC from Sham Lal & Company, Sadar Bazar, Delhi Cantt, New Delhi 110010 on 19th Apr 2015 Inv. No. SLC/2015-16/RI-279. Since then I am facing issues with the product, initially when they delivered the AC, after installation it was creating a weird sound, which after diagnostic found that the fan inside it was broken and after 2 days of struggle it was replaced by the company representative. Sooner as I started using the product, I started suffering with another defect; the water was splashing out from the back, even after proper water outlet and setup was done by the Godrej technician itself. I complained it to the concerned dept. They send another technician, who informed me that it is a product defect and it is designed in such a way that water splashing would give extra cooling to the temp inside room. (Seems like an escape route for him as he was unable to find a solution for this problem). Now it has become a pain for me, I am living on the 1st floor and my neighbors living downstairs started complaining about the water draining in their front yard. The water flow is so high that now they are complaining to the resident authorities. This purchase has become a new burden for me. Even after paying 25k for the AC, I am feeling cheated and no-one in the company is providing any solution to my problem. I had talked to Godrej Technician named “Arun”, who told me that this is the way product has been designed and he can’t do anything, advised me to purchase a tray from a local market as a work around. Later I discussed with Godrej Customer care, who provided me the number for Mr. Sanjay Rawat (Delhi head.), who said he is only looking for south Delhi and can’t help it. He gave me another number for Mr. Vishakh (Manager – North zone), who said he has many other customers to talk. He has more than[protected] customers and he cannot listen to me. He gave me his email id and said will get back to me, which he never did. In the overall scenario, I would blame the product, the staff (Technician and Managers), company and retailer who didn’t explained me this added feature of extra cooling. I am done with all these follow ups now and finally I think I should seek any legal advice, Thus I am writing this with a hope for assistance from you!     We have purchased "Godrej safe" worth Rs. 95, 330/-being delivered to my residence without any prior intimation to me. Resultantly, the delivery was taken by my servant in a different room of my flat at NATRAJ since the room where the safe was to be kept was locked. Two days later, your godown keeper called on me for the payment. He deeply regretted that the delivery was effected through sheer oversight since the entire payment of Rs. 95, 330/- was still due to Godrej. I consoled him by stating that we are people with full integrity and assured him full payment immediately. Needless to mention, he too assured me that he shall send his team to shift the "Safe" soon after receiving the payment. Despite making the payment of Rs. 95, 330/- (after delivery and further since it was genuinely due to Godrej) and continuously chasing all concerned to shift the "Safe" (weighing more than 350 kg.) I do not find any response to the same. Instead I find through an incoming call demanding Rs. 3, 000/- to shift the same. I really feel shocked, disturbed, paralyzed and neglected and hence request you to take remedial measures at the earliest. Thanks, Snehal Shah, Natraj, 12th floor, Behind TBZ, S. V.       I had order a customizable wardrobe from Godrej. It came pieces by pieces . Few parts came after 2 weeks of order which was ok .. But half of the parts were not delivered . So they told to wait for 2 days . But after 1 week also the parts has not arrived ..We called they numerous times but they said that it would be delivered in few days ..WHAT TO DO NOW ???

        I have lodged a complaint for my refrigerator on 26th may 2015 (complaint number Z[protected]) .The technicians come and change lot of components including compressor which costed me more than 10000 Rs but the fridge is still not in working condition. i am really surprised by such a casual attitude of service center and their technicians.           Reference Invoice no.751/21168616 dated 24th April 2015, we had ordered modular cupboards. The cupboard has been delivered more than a month back. However, the doors have yet to be delivered. Continuous follow-up is yielding no result. Kindly look into the matter and do the needful immediately.

            Your staff working in sales in Godrej Interior, Greams Road, Chennai SEKAR, has been very rude when I had called to enquire regarding the wardrobe legs which he had failed to deliver during the time if purchase... He specifically challenged me to complain regarding him, as nothing will be done against.. I am truly shocked and upset by the way you allow your staff to speak to your customers especially after money has been obtained. It is a shame for such a big company to hold such less customer care, which your sales people are very proud to tell us.

              DATE OF PURCHASE-04.06.14. PRODUCT NAME- MATTRESS (MODEL-TARA DUET) COMPLAINT DATE- DESCRIPTION- Product was purchased on 04.06.2014 from Raj furniture, Jajpur road, Odisha -755019. but after 20 days it was observed that the mattress is sagging and same i informed to Raj Furniture but 1-2 week passed but no action taken from Raj Furniture, then they told me to contact Godrej customer care for complaint and i do the same. then I complained for replacement of mattress which is sagging abnormally photo attached. This mattress was under warranty period.(Ref Godrej call no. W[protected]), but after many correspondance on dated.13.08.14, 16.08.14, 01.09.14, 09.09.14, 25.09.14, 21.10.14, 28.01.15. but complaint not attended. Again i lodge complaint( Ref. call no. W[protected]) but again no one responded. Now replacement warranty expired.

              Resolved, but behavior and attitude of Raj furniture is not good.
              Using the name of godrej Raj furniture exploits the consumer. It sells low grade furniture's with dealership of godrej.

                I have purchased big wardrobe the invoice date is 31/12/2014 the invoice no- 801/25011230, since it is installed, we have complaint that some parts is not fixed and is missing in the wardrobe and mirror print is not going after several wiped with chemical and cloths, your technician visited my home & he informed that the parts will come from Mumbai, it will take time and print will go after proper cleaning( but still is there), , We waited long & gain logged a complaint through call center the complaint number is KO[protected], after long follow ups the material has arrived twice in my home, again called to customer care regarding the same, technician visited the home and informed the wrong materials has come then we called customer care and service center in Kolkata but no response from both the end, Please resolve this issue immediately, otherwise i will take some legal action against Godrej Interio. I will published to all the news parer regarding this incident.
                This Complaint not yet resolve the Complaint no - K[protected], can not wait so long.

                  I had ordered slim line 3 door fusion geometric door on 11/4/2015 from godrej interio mega store @ NH bye pass, vysail bus stop, chakkaraparambu, kochi -682032 It's being 48 days its still not delivered! It's the worst purchase I ever did, each day I try contacting ur store they keep saying it's on d way have some issues related to container, loading stock issues wot the hell it's not my concern u r supposed to notify customer. I[censored] can't build a product n deliver & you keep someone's money the whole amount 29230 it's cheating No cash refund no response no delivery Really dissatisfied!!

                      We purchased a sofa cum bed for my son from the Malad, Mumbai showroom which is giving us trouble ever since the purchase.We made a complaint to the particular branch two months back that the bed is broken and not closing causing a lot of inconvenience to us and after repeated calls the service man visited us.He seemed totally confused seeing the product and it was evident he was seeing the product for the first time.He had no knowledge about the product and only clicked a few snaps to send it to his manager and promised to be back with a quotation.Its been two months and neither the technician or the customer service has contacted me regarding the same.I HAVE PAID 65, 000 INR for the product and not some loose change that i deserve this kind of attitude from the COMPANY.The sofa cum bed is lying like a junk and I HAVE LOT ALL TRUST ON GODREJ INTERIO!

                        I booked two Kareena High back chairs and one Acura coffee tables in January 26 this year in Steel craft, Godrej showroom this year. The products are not yet delivered. At the same time I booked 3-1-1 Rhine Recliner and sealed open and damaged product were delivered. A defective Coir Mattress is delivered and even it was replaced by a defective one again! 6 radiance chairs were delivered and packet did not have Godrej original seal. Three of them were found defective. Over last two months Ranchi warehouse, and steel craft people are harassing me and not replacing goods. If they cannot replace, I asked them to take back item and refund me fully. They are also not doing that.

                            I purchased sofa Milan 2 and 3 str. on 15.05.2014 from Handa & Chopra Chandigarh vide invoice no.22277. My 3Str sofa have some defect and I lodged a complaint in this regard in last week through call center. A person from service center visited our residence and after inspection they informed me on phone that this is mishandling case and sofa is cut by sharp edge object and company will not repair it and you have to make a payment of Rs.2800.00 for repair of your sofa. Sir, In this regard i would like to inform you that sofa is not mishandled i have never shifted this sofa to any other place, there is no small children at our home who had mishandled or why we will cut our own sofa.I am surprised to not that how a person from service center has decided that this is a miss handling case. I am attaching here with the photographs of the sofa for your perusal and you can see from the photographs that sofa is torn from the joint between cushion and back seat where the joint is stitched and this is a case of some manufacturing defect. I request you to arrange to repair the sofa without any charges as this is within warranty period.                                 I have Placed my order for Interio Kitchen with Godrej Showroom at Sreeram Sales Corporation, Silchar, Assam, vide Order No. 425 dated[protected] and paid Rs 50, 000.00 amount of the order as advance with SBI cheque no: 242562 dated[protected]. Product was delivered to me on[protected] with challan No 439 dated[protected]. The unexperienced technician(s) visited my resident after 15 days with repeated request over phone. They started assembling the units and after having half way in the assembling the units they discovered and expressed to me that one Part (front side of Kitchen Unit) is wrongly supplied with 600mm width instead of 500mm. The left my resident with partly assembled units / Unpacked components laying all around and informed me that somebody from Interio will contact me on the next day and resolve the issue. They will come and assemble the unit only after the replacement part is received by me. After repeated contact with the Showroom, they did not show that much interest on the issue and casually ensure me that though it may take some time, the issue will be resolved automatically and expressed that it is more or less a common phenomena with Interio product delivery system. Contacting the Helpline[protected], one fellow informed me that as the product is not entered the warranty yet, it is not in there scope to deal with the problem and I have to contact the Showroom. On my request they placed a call logged for me vide no. K[protected] resulting nothing but only one SMS to my mobile with the call information. I have tried the helpdesk no.[protected] and they informed me that “it may take a long time to resolve the issue”. After someday some technician came and fit some units. But they are totally inexperience. I have to instruct them how to fit all the items. Till today my kitchen is incomplete. I am now, a lot frustrated and disgusted with the level of service from such a reputed brand like Godrej and feel that your service team is operated open ended, non-customer centric approach and suffering from leadership crisis. Even a little “googling” on the internet will show repetition of my experience with many of your customers. I, therefore request you to be a more close ended with the customers, let them informed about the service activity, take as less as possible time to resolve issues. Don’t let your customers feel ignored, after that have paid the full amount to you. There is a big bug in your service system. Try to identify and resolve it.                                   I bought Kreation Almirah with OHU from Nagar road showroom Pune. Even after 2 months and 5 visits things are not in place -I regret going with Godrej, more so because I do not have a channel to register my grudge -it again goes to same people! Any way last try .. here is the eventful journey: Booked in Feb, ~21st Material Arrived on ~13th Apr Guys come to assemble it --they decline to add the OHU, saying height is less I measured height and insisted that they try once again Same guys came and did the OHU installation easily .. yes easily in second attempt!! OHU Door and Cabinets Mismatched Order placed for replacement Replacement came but again incomplete and one door again missing Mirror in dresser with scratch -bu no one is listening. No surveyor came !! Still waiting for the order to be complete -Missing Door, Missing Locker, Not sure when these will be delivered .. forget when it will be installed!! Really, I cannot believe I am dealing with Godrej.. it has ben nightmare. The behavior of service persons was anything but polite. Not to say that its going to be my last "Adventure" with godrej .. but I am more surprised that non one cares here. Get immediate callback from other companies like Relaince, etc.. but its pathetic!!.

                                    Product- Fiona I had requested the godrej service staff for de installation my fiona bed and re install it at cuttack from bhubaneswar. deinstallation was done on time but reinstallation was done at cuttack . but the re installation was not done properly. i requested the staff to come and do the needful at the earliest but near about 20 days have passed and more than 20 call have been made to get things done but yet to be done, whereas i had already paid the service charge of Rs.600.Later it also came to my notice that some spare parts were also damaged due to mishandling by the service staffs. Now if we are going to face such difficulties by opting for godrej products, then i will never go for any other products, nor will i recommend anyone to go for the same.I will also be taking the matter to higher authorities to get the matter resolved as i am harassed a lot. Therefore i request to take up things very seriously and do the needful at the earliest.

                                        I got a Godrej 5 door kreation wardrobe 3 months back.one of the doors was dented so requested replacement for the same..the replacement was received within a month after following up on my side.now the dented door is lying with me for the past 2 months..I have called them more than 12 times spoken to mr.dheeraj, mr .patil and mr .dhumaal.everytime I am given false promises about the door pick up..this is the worst kind of customer service from any company .not even a single time I have received a call from their side ..words are short to express the disgust about the service provided by Godrej.customers beware!,
