company given 10 years warrenty on any rust i will complain many times in company but no response given today my refrigerator is waste

    I have purchased one Godrej Interio Slimline 3 door wardrobe in the year 2009. Being into a transferable job we need to change places in every 6 months. Everytime to dis-mental and assemble my wardrobe i face problem. whenever i call up in the call centre they take atleast half an hour to come online and listen to the problem. After listening they only apologies for the inconvenience cost to me and shut the call with a complain no. thats it. again after 2-3 days i have to bark the same problem again and again. i am sick and tired of it. i dont know how to go to their grievance address cell so i am writing my complain on consumer complain cell. hope my issue will not go unheard.

    This is with regards to a complaint registered with your after sales division, bearing call no N[protected], with regards to a minor torn stitch of sofa set. It has not been even two years since we purchased the above-mentioned sofa set from direct Godrej showroom in Bangalore, the after sales service division called us up this morning to inform us of a Rs 250/- fee for visit and an additional Rs 10, 000/- for revamping the upholstery. I had made up my mind to buy a number of household items from Godrej interio thinking of its quality, but in a span of less than 2 years, the stitch has started to torn up and more annoyingly, they don't seem to have an option but to change the whole upholstory just for a minor torn. This is ridiculous to say the least. For all the consumers who are planning to rely on Godrej Interio, a mistake I made, please reconsider other brands. Their product don't have the quality that they claim and more than anything else, their after sales service is below standards.

        Godrej washing machine — Machine not working properly

        Even though I have complaint the same to the consumer forum as below, after a month I am still awaiting an action to be taken.

        Title : Machine not working properly.
        Complaint ID : 12080
        Complaint Details : I had purchased a Godrej Washing Machine from Navrang
        Audio Video - on 23rd Sep 2008. It was instaled at my residence by them.

        But the machine didn't work properly after 07 days. I had complaint to the
        vendor on 27th Sept. 2008. The service advisor turned up at my residence
        and instead of looking at the problem he said you donot know how to
        operate and other stuff so I asked him to leave and reported the same to
        the vendor, but of no use.

        Then I have compalint on 7th October 2008 again as no body turned up to
        check my problem till then.

        But even till now whenever I call Navrang Audios, they promise to send the
        excutive to check but of no use.

        I am fed up now and I had to refere to consumer forum for help. As we are
        mother and daughter only and probabily this is why the people there dont
        listen to us.

        I would be very thankful if the authority can intervene to solve my
        problem.
        Consequences : I had saved money to buy for the use and relaxation to my
        mother, but it has rather created more trouble and tension to me and my
        mother.

        Mental exhausion and humiliation.

        Godrej washing machine — Not getting delivery of the product

        I am Dhiraj Arora from Chandigarh, I had booked one Semi Automatic Washing Machine at the CII Fare ,Chandigarh on 12th October 2009 whereby I was given an assured delivery Date on 15th October 2009. But till date I have neither received the Product nor I have been given date for the delivery of the same. Time and again I have been visiting to the dealership M/s Jain Electronics and have been giving numerous calls to Mr Pankaj ([protected]). I would not say that I have been using your products since eternal times just to lure you to get my job done. This is for the first time I have decided to buy a godrej product and my very first dealing with Godrej Brand but I can imagine by just the way the company executives like Mr Pankaj are dealing with the customers by not picking up the phone and acting on their part with such casual behavior, what kind of products and services I should expect from your company. I was given a commitment by Mr Pankaj on 26th October that I will surely get the WM on 28th October But still he is not able to get me the Machine and upon me calling him he is not picking up the phone when I called him up from another unknown number he picked up the phone and started talking absurd and said that now you wont be getting the product till monday whereas in my previous call he said that the WM would be delivered by Friday Is this the kind of attitude we expect from the representative of the company like Godrej, we are the consumers and we are going to pay the company for the product. I was not asking for any favor or something that I should be getting such Kind of answers from your company people. Since ours is joint family and we needed the WM urgently and for the last 20 days we have been getting our clothes washed from the laundry and bearing huge expenses for the same.
        Now if I am not going to get the product delivered by today(26.10.2009) evening or by tomorrow morning I would have no other option to go to the consumer court and file a formal complaint against your company.

        Godrej washing machine — it is 9 years old and is not functioning properly

        i am working as asst. general manager in state bank of india. my washing machine which is 9 years old is not functioning for the last one month. could you please help me in repairing this or give a certificate that it is irrepairable so that my bank can provide a new one

        Godrej washing machine — Not working properly

        Purchased washing machine in 2003. Under service contract from the beginning. But the washing machine is not working properly and complaints made and got repaired again and again, but now really fedup with its working as attention is to be given every now and then (being automatic it has do its work). I am now 63 years and from the early stages of my career I had several godrej products like cupboard, refrigerator and likes. I choose this machine because of company reputation and having satisfied with the refrigerator of 255 litres which I purchased in 1969 exchanged it with godrej refrigerator of 415 litres. Please do the needful since I am having regular service contract. Thanks

          i purchased godrej washing machine from your dealer DIGI WORD at ratanada area on 28/02/2012 product no GWS7002PPC 7 KG after some time water comes out from washer as washer was cracked inside than we
          lodge complaint no j[protected] and than again no j[protected] than technician came and say that now this
          part is not available and when it came we will replace it but after 15 day i again lodge complain j[protected] than
          call came from GULAB SMARTCARE JODHPUR that you bring machine at out service centre than i say that
          you came and bring this machine at your service centre as i am working outside and nobody is there who bring
          this machine than he talking very rudely and say why you purchase godrej washing machine sir is this way of
          talking and what we have done wrong to purchase godrej product if this machine is not repaired within seven day

            I am the owner of a godrej fridge which i bought in 2006, december. As you must be aware of, the compressors that your company supplies come with a 5 year warranty. The compressor of the product in question breathed its last, a comfortable 5 years and 6 months from its purchase date. I,therefore , registered a complaint ,on the 2nd of july, at your toll free number [protected], the complaint ID being X[protected]. i was assured that somebody would contact me within 24 hours. This , however , didnt happen. when i called again, my calll was abruptly and rudely disconnected by your consumer service expert. My second call wsa routed to a courteous lady who helped me out and a technician reached my place in about 2 hours. he couldn't solve the problem as he hadn't brought with himself a spare compressor. Anyways, day after that, another guy shows up, replaced the compressor and took away the requisite 5700 bucks.. no problems till here. But today, after a mere fortnight, the fridge's cooling is gone again, the symptoms being exactly like the last time. Is this the type of consumer service one should expect from a company like yours?? When i decided to go for your product, it wasn't because you guys were offering some discount or anything like that. I chose Godrej because i was under the impression that you people offer good after sales service. but if this is the type of service you re offering, i see no sense in further going for your products ever again, or even recommending them. Your customer care representatives dont have the sense of politely responding to queries, your customer care centers don't have stock of spare parts, and if they do, they supply us with junk that only compounds the problem.. i have paid Rs. 5700 to end without a working fridge!! Do you guys seriously think that we customers are a fool or baffoon?? if this matter is not sorted out, i am afraid i would have to consider Legal options. Awaiting your reply,

            This is to bring into your notice that i've lodged a complaint regarding some problem in my washing machine on saturday, but m really sorry to say that till date nobody has turned up . Since then i m regularly calling up ur customer care but of no use. Even today i had a word with one o[censored]r executive, & m very surprised to know that they have updated sombody's visit to my place without even visiting!!! Pathetic Service...i must say.             Godrej/washing machine — poor customer services

            sir,
            i am a costumer using Godrej washing machine. about two and a half months before, ie no[protected] my washing machine was given for service at GODREJ SMARTCARE in KOLLAM(Kerala). i was informed that my tub had a leak and had to be replaced. the model was GDS650NT and appliance no- 501076.the service card no is J20 dated[protected]. i had been informed that the tub has to brought from Jaipur and it will take maximum '1 month'!!!
            until now i havnt got my washing machine back and they are giving the same excuse that the tub is not yet arrived. my mother washes clothes herself now and the authorities are still saying that they havnt yet repaired it. my father who is working abroad has told me to inform the authorities that we no longer need your product if it is going to take anylonger. i had spent more than enough calling them each day. if GODREJ works for the common people then please accept my complaint and take necessary steps.

            I have purchased a fully automatic Godrej Washing Machine model no GDS902 sl. no. 51208556 from your authorised dealer M/s Sita furniture & electronics, sultan ganj crossing Bye Pass road, AGRA vide their cash memo no 8532 on dated 06.11.2007 .
            The same machine is not working proper since start and we have made many complaints to dealer and they send a non skilled technician who did never satisfy to us. and after many complaints the dealer dose not give any satisfactory response.
            You are requested to arrange a skilled technician to solve the probelem or change our product .

            i have purchase eon washing 18 month before my fully automatic washing machine form godreg is not
            working for more than a month . i have called many times to
            customer care for help . but they only talk sweet and sour in work servce

            Godrej washing machine — Poor Customer service

            I had registered a complaint regarding the incoming water in my washing machine. The water in the wash tub used to come in droplets so it take hours for the washing to get over. I registered the complain on Sunday and till wednesday no one has turned up to look the problem. When I took the AMC for this they assured great service, and the reason I took the AMC was when I called them for the paid service, they immediately turned up, I thought it was quick and efficient service and fell prey to their trap. It is now proved that paid service is better from Godrej rather than having AMC from them.
            i brouht a window air conditioner of godrej company and company gave me one year warranty it is 10-08-09 to 10-08-10 and on 31-06-10 i have a problam in control panel display of ac. i book the complant on 02-08-10 to our near godrej dealer.even today nobody come here or solve the problam i am very upset from company,s attitute. please solve my problam.

            I am Shailender Sharma, This is to bring to your kind notice the poor CUSTOMER CARE by Godrej authorised service centre " Prompt Service" I am sorry to inform you that I was highly disappointed by the Service provided by Godrej. I lodged my refrigrator complaint on 14.5.11 to Godrej co in the name of Mr Radhey Shyam Sharma. M/s Prompt Services sent the person to attend the call and took Rs 500 in advance for changing the thermocoil and promised to rectify/replace by the eve,,,But till date they even do not pick up the call... Godrej service centre do not care the customer.

            I'm writing you this letter to make you aware of the severe lack of service and communication in Godrej Authorised service centre. The not knowing and wondering was frustrating and showed little respect for my time and money. As this refregirator was my only mode of cooling system at my home, it was crippling for me to be without a refregirator for that length of time. Refrg is under warranty.


            At this point, an apology will not undo the damage done.

            My washing machine is not working for past 3 months. I logged complaints for the same. Service center closing the complaints without attending the problem. Latest complaint number is 280309. Service center is telling that they will attend the problem next day. But they are not attending and made it to 3 months now. Please escalate this issue. Very worst service.

              i am using my godrej refrigerator from past 15 yrs.... in october 2010 i got problem with cooling so i lodged complaint with godrej and technician has came and said compressor problem and have to change, as per i changed it spending nearly 5000.. again nw same problem arised when i contacted company they saying we give one yr warranty only... i truely beleived company product. hw it happens when compressor s working for 13 yrs and the other just 1 .5 yrs.... i want to take this issue to concern company man... i lodged my complaint through this mobile num [protected]..

                            Godrej / Air Conditioner — Post Sales Servicing

                            Dear Sir(s),

                            It seems that Godrej Appliances is much interested to sell the product and do not have a bit of interest in maintaining after sales services. When Last year I purchased Godrej AC, i myself have to follow a lot for an engineer to visit my place and make me understand my Godrej AC for proper usage.

                            Now I have been following again and again with godrejr to arrange for an engineer for servicing of my AC.

                            My service call No. is 231774, which was generated on 21st March 2010 and i was assured engineer visit within 24 Hours. After this i have followed couple of times quoting my call no, but nothing positive has happened till date, only falls commitments of time-frame from helpline team.

                            Its been summer and i am unable to use my AC.

                            Please suggest me what is the way to raise voice against such complaints in consumer forum, or if you can then please file a complaint against Godrej on my behalf.

                            2. AIR CONDITIONER ( AC )
                            AC ( Model GSC 18 FS 3 WIH ) is purchased from Godrej (application No. 1258883) on 11.07.2010 with one year warranty.
                            (i) Company sent two packages for above AC on 19.07.10 and told to wait for its installation within 3 days.
                            (ii) Company sent his technicians for installation on 23.07.10 . They fixed the AC but could not make it operative. They told us that the AC was defective and asked me to contact the company.
                            (iii) Company was contacted. They told us to give the installation charges to the technicians and they were sending other technicians for repairing the new AC .
                            (iv) Two technicians came but they also failed to make the AC operative. They asked to sign the Photostat copy for attending the service. The signed copy was given with not satisfactory report.
                            (v) The company was informed about it telephonically also.
                            (vi) The company did not care even after so many reminders to the officers (Mr. Atul , Mr. Rashid Khan) of the company on telephone . They tried to misguide us by saying to contact other telephone numbers. The numbers they suggested were always switched off.
                            (vii) Ultimately a private technician was called to set the AC operative. He charged Rs. 2500/- and set the AC operative.

                              My Refrigerator was not working so I registered a complaint on 20 June 2012 in the Authorised Godrej Service Center Kota. The Next day after around 5-6 continous calls to the service center a technician visited us and said some components are to be replaced so keep the fridge off I will come the next day. No one came the next day. I called the service center 5-7 times again. The receptionist kept saying the technician will come but no one came. The technician and the receptionist dont know the way to talk to the customers properly Please train your staff before you authorise any service center Okay . So on 22 No one came to solve the problem. Finally after 5-7 calls again , on 23rd june, a technician visited and replaced some components of Rs 890.I paid the component cost plus service charge of Rs 350. Now the fridge is still not working its been 30 June. I have called the technician a lot of times, i have called the service center a lot. They Keep Saying It will be done today. 2 days back a technician came and said some more components are to be replaced. I guess They dont know how to fix the problem , they are replacing everything without checking whether the part is correct or not. So its been over 10 days today and my complaint is still not fixed. This is the worst kind of serivce I have ever come across.
                              Daily there is a 3 litre consumption in my house. All the milk , flour , vegetables are spoiling since 20 june which amounts to a lot. And in this scorching summer of 45 degree celcius I am unable to have chilled water from my Great Great GODREJ EON Fridge.

                              We too are having Godrej IOn Double refrigerator purchased in 2009 and got serviced very recently by M/s Srujana enterprises. After 3 months again the Refrigerator developed technical snag and the same one is brought to the notice of the godrej helpline and in turn informed to M/s Srujana Agencies.M/s Srujana Agencies in turn failed respond and most impolite towards me. Even the so called M/s Godrej is also unable to fix the problem and unable to instruct the so called service center to arrange the technician.even after lodging complaint with godrej no body bother to fix the problem.This I am writing after 4 days have been elapsed.
                              I strongly advise future buyers not to buy i godrej refregirators and in particular godrej products.

                                  I feel deeply regretted in informing you that my godrej washing machine is non functional for the past 2 months. The complaints registered to the customer care fell to deaf ears. The first complaint registered from our end was on[protected] for the waste net i.e available in the machine to collect all the dirt got broken.After Paying the person for the new part(even when my machine was in warranty) , the same thing happened in Dec 2011 and i registered a complaint having complaint no 315532 on 27th dec 2011. Till then i am simply calling them to provide me a new net so that my clothes are washed completely. In absence of that net the dirt keeps sticking to the clothes and the whole motive of buying the machine machine gets defeated.
                                  Also now my spinner has stopped working and i lodged the complaint for the same on[protected] having complaint no 424744 and then on[protected] but till today i have not recieved any response from the company.
                                  I am surprised that such a big brand is not capable of provide consumer any support for the appliance.

                                  Hi,
                                  I have a Godrej Refrigerator double door 185 L. This was purchased on 11/01/2000.
                                  We had cooling problem with the refrigerator. The compressor was replaced on 02/05/2010 and at the same time we informed them that we need to get the temperature control Knob replaced and the legs of the refrigirator replaced. We called many times regarding the same and were told that the work will be done within a day or 2.
                                  The work is not yet completed and we are stil facing the problem with the services.
                                  We even spoke to the supervisor named Naveen regarding this and was assured that the problem will be fixed as soon as possible, however it is more than a month now and the issue is not yet fixed.
                                  Please look into this matter.
                                  This is a real inconvience to the customers who use the product.

                                      We purchased a Godrej Refrigerator from a dealer at "100-feet road in Coimbatore" at the fag end of 2010...At tht time, we were told by the dealer that a representative from Godrej would call on us within a week's time to tell us about the product and would also take care of other formalities like when to call them for service ete .. No one turned up even after we telephonically informed the dealer about the failure of the product representative at coimbatore to visit us and to see the product purchased by us.. Within a few months there was wire burning smell from within the interior of the fridge.& every time we opened the door the fuse blew out. atlast by removing the interior light unit we were able to stop the wire burning smell. now every time the defrost is pressed the fridge gets switched off permanently...It is now turning into a nightmare to purchase any product at Coimbatore , which lack proper service arrangement from the manufacturer.

                                        i am purchase a Refrigerator Godrej 215 ltr, Cold Gold Matrix on dt. 08.03.2007. purchase time shopkeeper give a bill & 10 year rust protection plan warranty card.
                                        Last two month my refrigerator internal body is cracked.
                                        present time i store a water and fruits but open the door stink.
                                        please take the necessary action of my matter
