I have booked a wardrobe (Creation model) along with 4 doors and 2 drawer for the purpose of my daughter's marriage from godrej interio store run by franchisee "eastman" (Address : adya pearl, 1st floor ; 279/a, n. S. C. Bose road ; garia ; kolkata-700047 ; w. B.) on 24th september'2017 against 100 % payment ;
Though i was informed by the shop and their delivery unit, that all materials are ready with them and they are going to delivered on 7/11/17, but surprise to noted that, in two occasions i. E. 7/11 & 11/11 they could delivered only in incomplete manner (Without 2 nos. Drawer) along with a damaged "addon"" panel. After a sincere follow-up, i got a mail in this regard with a content that the missing drawer will be delivered on 29/11/17, but there was nothing mention about replacement of damaged panel,
This above furniture is required by 18/11/17 as per marriage plan, hence a early delivery and installation is needed which should be before 18/11/17.
Higher authority's intervention is required to resolve the issue, else i will be proceed for further move to get compensation towards the harassment, damage my daughter's marriage schedule and monitory loss.
