This is more than an inconvenience.
I keep calling the phone numbers that were given to me. Most of the time no one answers the phone. When a guy answers he simply shouts at me and uses abusive language. Rarely a lady picks the phone and her standard answer is "it will take one week". I do not understand how many "one week" should I wait. Now I have waited for more than "6 one weeks". As I have mentioned earlier one lady used abusive language at me and threatened me that I will not get the items for two years, that is till 2019. Under these circumstances, it is better that you cancel my order and refund the entire amount with interest. I paid the entire amount towards the end of September 2017.

The same standard answer, "we will get back to you", "will be delivered in one week", stop getting back and stop the "one week" stuff, either deliver the item or refund the amount, full stop. How hard is to understand this request!
It was ordered from Gorej Interio shop located at Kasturba Road in Bangalore. I had given the order numbers and receipt numbers in my previous emails and also in the consumer complaint. Now it seems like you are simply trying to give me a runaround. You continuously want some information or the other, nothing else is happening with my request. Either deliver the item or refund the money I have paid with interest, it is as simple as that. I will not give you any more information because I have given all details. So stop this madness and solve the issue either way.

So what happened to my orders, godrej interio, you collected all the information from me about my purchase order and still you are not answering my phone call and not delivering the items. Basically nothing has been resolved, as usual. Looks like you are searching for iron ore from some mines to produce steel so that you can make the cupboards. Remember that I have paid for the cupboards the full amount in September 2017.

Today I called the godrej store again, twice, as usual, no one answered. About half an hour later one boy called me and told me the same answer that I am hearing for the past two months, that is, my item will be delivered in one week. When I asked him "how many one week" he kept repeating what he has been trained to do. It appears that these employees are trained to tier the customer, drain the energy of the customers so that they will give up for a few days before calling again. I seriously believe that they are looking for the iron ore or steel from some cheap source so that they can procure and then manufacture the item that I have ordered for.
on 16 Nov one guy calls and says the same old thing I have been hearing for the past 2 months, "the items will be delivered in one week". I do not believe that godrej has the items, they do not have even the raw material to make them, they do not have steel and paint. They have simply collected the entire amount from me and now they are looking to buy steel and paint then they will make the stuff. If they really deliver in one week it must be some old rusted, rain damaged stuff that was rejected by other consumers, Either way they really know how to cheat customers.
On 22 Nov 2017, godrej delivered the items in many large boxes to my home. The next day 23 Nov 2017, I called for assembly and two people were sent. During assembly, it was found that one of the units had no rod to hang clothes and the other unit had two identical back pieces which cannot be assembled. Now I have one partially assembled stuff and three large boxes opened and repacked with defective parts that cannot be assembled. When I called godrej I am getting the same old answer, it may take "one week" to get the rod and right piece to complete the assembly. I do not know how many more "one week" or months I have to wait. In the meantime, I am stuck with a partially assembled unit and boxes with defective parts.

One lady from godrej always wanted me to take the incomplete order and I told her multiple times not to send any defective or incomplete item. However, that is what godrej has sent me. My husband is having a lung-related illness and godrej has made my home into their warehouse (godrej has stored the defective parts in my house in three large boxes) and that is making him more ill with expensive medical treatments; just because I ordered godrej cupboards. I am facing more expense in the form of medical bills. If godrej does not fix this problem immediately I may take this whole episode to a legal conclusion and all my emails and posts here can be used as evidence. On 22 godrej sent defective product in closed boxes and still they are in my house and by doing so godrej has made my home into a godrej warehouse to store their defective products. These boxes are very large and they are dusty and it is making my husband very sick and the medical bills are getting bigger. When I call godrej I get standard answer and no solution in sight. I do not know how long they will use my house as their warehouse for storing their defective goods.
Godrej is still using my home to store their defective product in three large boxes. I saw cockroaches coming out of the boxes. I never had cockroach in my home. Now godrej is bringing pests inside my home and that is making the illness of my husband even worst. I do not know how long more we have to suffer because of the callous nature of godrej interio.
Finally on 8 Dec 2017 the godrej people completed the assembly. As expected the quality of the material is inferior to similar item that we purchased 5 years ago. The boxes delivered were all damaged, torn as if someone stood on it it, pulled something out of it. That could be the reason for the incomplete order. It appears that godrej packed all the rejected and damaged items and delivered them all to us. The paint job on the doors are of poor quality, there are many dents on the materials, the doors don't shut and open smoothly, the dust covers at the bottom are ill-fit, the mirrors are stained and the assembly guys told us to clean it ourselves and we still can't do it and there are many such problems. The assembly guys also told us that they had given us a bag of spares with godrej stickers which they did not. My grandparents and my parents had godrej cupboards and I am the third generation customer. My son has witnessed the entire agony that godrej put us through and I doubt if he would continue the tradition.
When the mirrors were cleaned I found out that one of the mirrors is totally damaged with deep scratches. It became visible only after cleaning. Once the mirrors are pasted on the door it cannot be removed. Now I can't even buy a good mirror and replace it.
The mismatched godrej cupboard part is still packed and left in our apartment, it is collecting dust and bugs and it is affecting my husband's health, even today we had to go to doctor and one of the major reason for his illness is the stored long box by godrej in our home. Godrej is using our home as a warehouse after supplying rejected factor seconds.
I wonder when they will pick up the stored box which is in our home for more than a month.
