I purchased a Godrej Interio Genius Study Table model No. 208 on 21/June/2017 from Godrej Interio authorised showroon "furniture kraft" at vasant vihar Gwalior, at no discount and cash down. (Copy of Bill/Invoice and pics attached attached)

One lever of the said table broke down on 30/06/2017, which is a part of its desk opening. I called up Furniture Kraft at the number mentioned in the bill invoice but my call was never received and this was the only number supplied to me and that too on bill invoice a number of times on 01/07/2017. I am attaching call records for your verification.

I even filed a request online on customer care. One representative called up to inquire the matter [copy of conversation attached]. I was told to file a complaint online and that the vendor may have supplied an old stocked item.

I filed a complaint online as no one picked up my call at showroom.

I also searched online for any alternative number number available online. I called up some office in charge name mentioned on line sa Sandeep Gupta at [protected]. he gave me another number to call and notify complaint.[protected]

I called up many time just to find the number permanently busy.

PRIOR TO BUYING FROM GODREJ ONE SHOULD NOTE:

Is it a company policy to sell defective and old stocked products and cheat customers as i bought it?
Their epresentative told me that it could be an old product supplied, am i responsible for this?
When i purchased the same i made the payment in one go, nor in some old stocked currency and neither in several installments.
So, let me know how many times i have to call your showroom to register complaint?
Finally, why should one buy from Godrej again?

    We had booked an order for 4 products i.e. Shoe Rack / Coffee table / 4 Dining chairs / Sliding Ward Robe. We had made an advance of Rs.5000/- on 10 Feb 17 & were assured a delivery within 2 weeks. It was after a rigorous followup the products were delivered in instalments & later the engineers / technicians took a further 2 weeks to install the same.

    When we had booked the order we were told that the total amount for the same would be Rs. 68, 336/- & accordingly we made the payment.
    When we received the Invoices we found that we were overcharged & hence again had to followup for the excess payment. The people at Godrej did not inform us that we were overcharged. It is only just by chance that we tallied the Invoices with the payments & found that we were overcharged. We wrote to Godrej & after a long followup the excess amount was refunded to us. Details of the Invoices & payments is given below.

    Our point here is that have we not checked / tallied the Invoices & payments we would had been charged extra. For a Company which has its long existence & Goodwill in India follows such practices. We do not accept that it was an error & had it been an error the Accounts dept of Godrej Interio should have refunded us the excess charged without us demanding the same.

    We may further mention that the product also had issues & had to be changed / replaced couple of times.

    The whole process which started in Feb 17 ended in Jun 17.

    Also I may like to mention that the attitude of the Customer relation dept was very bad & horrendous.

    We really had a very bad experience with such an esteem company for the wrong practices & also the behaviour / attitude / after sales service.

      Godrej fridge complaint
      I bought godrej ref rteon 350 p 4.3 silver meadow on 28 november 2015 from vijay sales janakpuri new delhi, near janakpuri east metro station. When i bought this fridge from the first day suffering from sound just like as generator and your technicians can not provide any permanent solution regarding sound issue and i requested so many times please change this product but they cannot provided any help during warranty period, when warranty expired then penguine servicees, paschim vihar, new delhi -87 told me for change pcb thermal part against payment of 2426 receipt no. 1149 and charges of visiting charge of rs. 460 after changed this part again same problem is coming within 15 days, when i complaint register then your penguine servicees, paschim vihar, new delhi -87 executive/technician told me again charges for this, so i want to ask you why you are providing cheap quality product with charging much price, i bought this fridge in 32, 500 rupees, you are a reputed brand in india but presently you are providing cheap quality product and services i think your motto is only generate more revenue from customers and nobody can help to resolve this issue every time ask for visiting charges and extend warranty but why should not provide better quality product, when i registered complaint first time why you did not replace my product, you are waiting for expire warranty period.
      I just wanted to say that this type of service is not at all accepted from a band like godrej. I will definitely raise this issue with consumer court and will not recommend any product of godrej to anyone.

      Wardrobe purcahded in may, and assured will get fit extra raxks in 2-3 days, now july still no update, only follow ups . No use.
      Making purchase with high amount and not getting used, waste and worst bad service.

        I am Jagadish Samal from Kendrapara, Odisha have owned a Godrej Refrigerator Double Door(BEE/GOD/14/06) SR.NO:-[protected] 2M1GDP on dated 03th May 2016 . After running of 4 month successfully the Refrigerators shows defective . The Refrigerators was not cool properly . I have complaint many times at Godrej service center and his personnel came and try to repair but the said problem was not solved . There were five times His technical person came and try to repair and finally they said it is quit possible to repair and also said to replace the same by your company . After that i am trying to contact those person but they did not give right thing . Finally they refuse to repair or replace the same .
        I also complaint to Bhubaneswar Office(Contact Person : - Arabind Mob-[protected] & Kendrapara Marketing Mngr Mob-[protected]) but the problem was not solve till date .

        So I requested to you that, please replace the defective Refrigerator

          I am a Godrej regular customer from Nayagarh district, Nayagarh State-Odisha. I have earlier (3 to 4 month) purchase one sate sofa sate
          Model No-D-Lion.in the sofa sate i have observe some problems.in the mean time I was lodge a complain at dealer point namely Euro Interio Nayagarh.
          But no result has been found.Then several times i contact to your Odisha service head and sales executive.After that the service head and service engineer visit to my residence, Both are see my sofa sate and told that no problem found in my sofa but till now my problem has not been shouted out.
          In my observation and during use the sofa sate some crack sound coming from the 3 str sofa sate and 1 str sofa.But till now your service people has not admitted in this problem.
          Regularly and several times i contact to the dealer, sales executive and service branch head but till now my problem has not been solve.
          So i kindly request you to solve my problem within the warranty period as soon as possible other wise i will take legal steps.

            Dear sir/madam,
            I have purchased a wardrobe (Godrej h1) on 24 june 2017 from your showroom located in gangotri complex tt nagar bhopal mp. There is some problem in the lock of wardrobe. I have also purchased a mirror of rs. 2300 from there which has to be attached to wardrobe on next day. But no one from your showroom or service centre is coming for above mentioned service. I have called to store chief and other employees many times but there is no response from them. They are giving me excuses from last 3 days.

            Please do the needful as soon as possible otherwise i have to return the wardrobe.

              We are not happy with kumar enterprise (Godrej interior) unprofessional behavior and delay in delivery.
              We booked kitchen first, because it was a priority as we cannot shift in new house without kitchen with small kid, and all this was explained to kumar enterprise prior. Now if the kitchen is not ready as committed we cannot shift new house and it's going to delay everything further. Time and again it was agreed by mr kumar the entire work will be completed in a month. However not even update on status on work progress has been provided in a month. Now he has stop responding to calls and emails.
              Being so unprofessional and breaking the due date, we want to discontinue with contract and request you give us our refund 90, 000/- plus penalty for breaking the commitment.
              We booked contact of modular kitchen on 21st may 2017 receipt no. V-724 of 4, 51, 000/- (Four lakh fifty one thousand) out of which already paid 90, 000/- (Ninety thousand). Kindly refund my payment at earliest.

                Booked alice coffee table and europro sofa 3 seater making payment of 19000 on 1.6.17 against chq. But not deposited the chq by m/s girnar, behala chowrasta, kolkata. Then making full payment of 43000.00 on 4.6.17 committing of delivering the sofa within 15 days. The coffee table has been delivered but the sofa is still pending till today i. E 25.6.17.co. Like godrej is taking the full payment from the customer and making full utilisation of money and harassing the customers. The franchise are not in a position to say when the materials will be delivered. This is not acceptable from a reputed co. Like godrej. From the last 4 days the co. Person and the franchise person are telling that the material will be delivered tomorrow but all in vein.in future i will advise my nearest and dearest one not to buy godrej interio product.

                  Terrible product by godrej and their customer support behavior is disgusting. Godrej now makes the freezer section out of plastic, and the plastic gets cracked very soon due to ice formation. This happened in only 7 months after buying the product. Then godrej refuses to repair the refrigerator under warranty, and blames customer for the damage. The behavior of godrej customer support is terrible. Godrej must claim responsibility for their poorly desiged products and replace my refrigerator at once.

The customer service woman said we need to go the service center and deposit the money for repairs. Is this the rule? The refrigerator is only 7 months old and under warranty.                     I had purchased rio sofa set from ngda services nagpur in 2014 and now its cover has been torn so that i launched a complaint on its customer care no. On 17/06/17 but after many calls to local service provider & godrej service i did not get any services from them.
                    I will not recommend any one to buy godrej product due to its poor quality & very bad services.

                      I have a 3 door slimline from godrej. I had bought this thinking that the quality of godrej is good and that i can be transferred anywhere in india so dismantle-able item is good for transportation. I have since been transferred 4 times and each time i have to pay 700-800 for dismentaling and again 700-800 for reassembly. I think i have made a big mistake because the installation charges are so high. Now they have given me a quote for 1500/- for installation!!! With the fact that the original cost is high and each time that i have paid for dismentalling and assembly, i would have bought 2 more cupboards with that much money!!!. Its a big fraud that these people are running in the name of installation. I do not understand why 1500/- is required for a cupboard assembly.

                        I got a call from saying that they are calling from naukri.com and they have job opening in reputed IT firm i.e Godrej, They have conducted a telephonic interview on my mobile on 16 March 2017, after paying rs 2350 as my referral amount. After the interview they ask me to pay more 7500 as they have to process for CRF verification also the HR of company Godrej asked me to do so. After hearing this i refused to pay the amount and they said they will mail me the refund form. But now all the number related to there firm are switched off and i haven't received any mail. They also blackmailed me by giving a message of fake chalan that hold complaint against me. Due to which i have to forcefully have to pay that amount. I ask you to please catch them and refund my Money.

                          Dear Sir/Maam

                          I would like to bring to your kind notice that i had to purchase a Godrej Bookcase - 4 door. For which i contacted Godrej Interio showroom situated in 43, Jeevan Bhawan LIC Investment building Hazratganj Lucknow, for which the vendor provided me a quotation dated 22.05.2017 no 84387. In the shop i met person named Deepak Rajwanshi who at that time didn't talk about availability of product and gave me quotation of 26593/- rs with the clause -- Delivery according to stock availability. The quotation was dated 22.05.2017 but when i contacted the said person on 02.06.2017 for payment on same date and to know about delivery date, then i was told that delivery will take atleast 15 days and I asked him to give me account details for fund transfer, later he (Luv sagar) told me the delivery will take 20 days then i again asked him to send account details. In his third call he gave phone to his senior and both of them talked rudely and disgracefully to me. Still i again asked for account details to transfer money and the said person started saying that the delivery will take 4-5 weeks. My concern is not about delivery but the behaviour of your front line staff who doesn't care at all for the courtesy and salesman ship to be followed. I request you to kindly look into the matter and please reply

                          We had put an order for 4 dinning chairs on May 21, 2017 and paid entire amount in advance with a commitment that chairs will be delivered within a week. However, we have yet not received the chairs.

                            I purchased sofa cum bed from godrej interio in 2013 but to our shock found the layer of the sofa cover coming off slowly and steadily!!
                            Also the cloth stapled with pins have come off gradually.
                            Can't believe it's a godrej product!!
                            We need rectification of the same.
                            I had also contacted godrej customer service... I received phone calls for the same but that's all. Nothing was done further to solve the complaint!!
                            Shocked how can godrej market such a product! I demand replacement of the same!!

                              Sir i vijay singh rawat po vill kuhan sahastradhara road dehradun purchased godrej kitchen from home decor enterprises dehradun, i want to that the entire fittings like hinges, drawers are made of hi tech company product, if i have installed godrej kitchen than why the fittings from other company. It is very wrong way to cheat customer, if i knew that the company make fool customer likewise i never purchased such product.

                                I have registered a complaint here on 17/05/2017. After registering this complaint i was contacted by service manager and he demanded two thousand rupees for the service. But since i have remitted three thousand rupees for the gas refilling last year and the same problem happened this year also, i would like to get a permanent solution for this complaint. It is not able for me to meet this expense every year for my a c. I request for free service for my a c this time because i spent a huge amount for the same problem last year. I believe the same problem is repeatedly happening because the service engineer could not resolve the issue properly last time.                                   On 20/05/2017 i visited godrej interio showrom at behala chowrasta, kolkata for a 7ft by 6ft matress. The saleswoman ms rima showed us different products and i opted for a godrej orthomatic regular mattress having dimension 7ft by 6ft. But when preparing the bill it was found that the dimension of the product was mentioned as 78 inch by 72 inch. I objected as my requirement was 7 ft by 6 ft i. E 84 incg by 72 inch. Then the saleswoman told us that the 78 inch by 72 inch mattress will be fit for our devan. I believed her words. The mattress was delivered on 24/05/2015 but it was found that the mattress falls short by 6 inch along length because it measures 78 inch instead of 84 inch. I contacted the showroom and it was told by the saleswoman that he would contact her head office at salt lake and call back me on the next day by 4 pm. But nobody contacted me and when i called the mobile number which she had given i was intimated that she was on leave. I contacted her on 26/05/2017 and she has confirmed that nothing could be done at this stage. I objected as it was her fault because i was looking for a 7ft by 6ft mattress. But she said that nothing is possible. I request to look into the matter and arrange to provide a customised product of the same quality at the same price to me otherwise the amount may be refunded to me and the product withdrawn.

                                    We have received the cupboard from sarada agencies - velachery on 21-May-2017. The product got damaged during transit. One of the slab got damaged. Also, one screw got missed. Please do the replacement for the mentioned issues.

                                      Product purchased from amazon on 3rd oct 2016.. Out of order since april 2017.. Last complaint lodged on 4th may 17... Still part is not replaced... Just pushing dates..3 engineers tried to repair.. But failed.. Very poor n disgusting service. Many calls were made to customer care & service centre.. Evrytime promised to replace part within 24 hours.. But still complaint in resolved.. Want replacement of product rather than repair

                                        I have ordered two expandale wordrobe on 28.3.17 half payment done then after full payment done on 13.4.17... My one wardrobe is still incomplete due to your fault that orderd body part was 400 and received 450 after so many complaints done to aadinath furniture mall surat... Still its not resolved it has been done almost two months... I was told that from aadinath furniture mall you are not replacing body due to lake of packing labels details.. But no one keeps such garbage in home it has been thrown... Its height of customers harrashment... Pls rwsolve the issue soon...
