Hi, i booked flat in godrej e city, nth tower, flat no : 102 in 2014 under subvention scheme. Till now i didn't get my flat and company not paid subvention interest part as company promised. No body responding my queries. Its very unprofessional response towards customer queries. I am continuously sending mails and nobody responded. Please help to resolve my queries and suggesting you please don't purchage any flats in godrej properties.. Its not a professional company. Don't loose your hard earned money.

My Issues has been resolved and my special thanks to Prasanna sir, Anuj and Pavan..These people really help me to resolve my querry. My special thanks to Prasanna.He took my case personally and find the solution with in agreed time.

    I recently purchased a property in godrej golf links in noida. Since i am residing in singapore i bought it through their singapore office. However, due to terrible response from godrej i decided to cancel this booking.

    When i asked them for a cancellation & refund they processed the application. After 15% of the payment been done by me the rest of the payment needs to come from the bank. Loan has been approved and needs some documents from godrej for disbursement.

    I have been calling, sending emails and raising requests in their customer portal but there has been no response yet. Customer care closes all the requests without providing any response. The people who were involved in sales process do not answer any calls or care to reply. I am tired of following up with godrej and really fed up of their ignorant behaviour.

    I have waste enough money on international calls to their customer care no. Without any luck waiting for hours. Also immense effort has been wasted in getting loan approvals which is pending godrej response now.

    Looking at how things are moving i am really afraid of this long term relationship with this unresponsive builder. Later on they would just come back and ask for extra money for delayed payments.

    If i will not get any response anytime soon i would cancel my booking and look for alternative investment prospects.

      I paid godrej properties an amount of 1 lakh rupees for 2 bhk flat in godrej tranquil (Kandivali east). On 25 may. On 3 june i communicated sales in-charge that i wish to withdraw from this investment through e-mail and whats app message. Sent many mail to manager concerned. Godrej did not inform me that token is non refundable. I have not signed the document. We request goderj management to refund the token amount as early as possible.

        Do not buy godrej properties… at anywhere…!!!

        I bought an apartment at godrej garden city (Tivoli-m) in garden city in ahmedabad, gujarat, india by first agreement no. 8245 dated[protected] with a promised delivery date as per terms and conditions of aforesaid written agreement agreed and undertaken to deliver possession of the said flat no. Tivoli-m302 to me purchaser on/before date[protected].
        However, this date[protected] more than 36months =03 years delayed. I made the mistake of asking my family to buy godrej company’s project and now really regretting the decision.

        Future buyers
        Please beware that godrej will not honor any of the terms in the agreement to sell. The term that says that the buyer will have the option to return the property in case godrej does not deliver. And you will get your money back with 18 % interest. After 3 years, we find that godrej has unsold huge inventories of remain flats and they are offering huge commissions to agents, so you will not be able to sell your apartments.
        • addition to that, we paid service tax during the construction period and they are taking that off since the property seems to be ready. And, now we have to pay large gst taxes and many others because of godrej’s delay.
        They will never give you any compensation/ benefits for delay so please disregard any consolation you have. We did all the trials. We serve them email notices, legal notices and lodging fraudulent behavior complaints against godrej.
        • this property is deliberately delayed by godrej as they continued to deliver other small 1bhk apartments in godrej garden city to sell quickly and easily in economic down-turn time.
        • godrej is cheating all o[censored]s by giving unbelievable reasons for delay, which aren’t acceptable.

        So, do not buy godrej. They will breach your trust for sure and make sure that they get their money first then let any of you get any return...

        GODREJ properties is failed venture.

        We wrote many emails, notices, many phone calls, all are just #######, vanished.

        Because, giant companies like GODREJ thinking that Laws is in Pocket and buyers are nonsense without any powers. You can give any reasons and skip without paying for hard-earned money of the customers? But, everybody has time. GODREJ enjoyed a lots.

          On the 12th of august 2017 i visited godrej emerald. Godrej representatives said you can pay by check or by debit-card swipe and we'll refund you should you desire to cancel for any reason. I paid 3 check and made 1 swipe.

          The common understanding between godrej and several tens of people including me was that checks or swipes would be refunded. For personal genuine reasons, my extended family and i decided not to book property there, and it was immediately communicated to godrej within 24 hours.

          In spite of this, godrej deposited the 3 checks which luckily i was able to put a stop-payment to. However, they are refusing to refund money paid by debit-card swipe.

          Godrej has gone back on its word.

          I finally received the refund (electronically) after 65 days of having first raised the request. Thank-you Raghu Iyer. Thank-you Godrej.
          Godrej is taking far too long a time to refund what is rightfully mine. The case is a simple one. I booked 4 flats by putting down 3 checks and 1 debit card swipe. Booking was only tentative and provisional. No formal / legal paperwork was done. Godrej has not given me any paperwork that says any flat was firmly booked for me.

          Within 24 hours I canceled. As per policy, they are supposed to give me back my 3 checks and refund the money taken via debit card swipe. Yet, in spite of cancellation that was communicated to them by Email, by Phone, by SMS, by WhatsApp, after several days they still proceeded to deposit the 3 checks. When 2 checks were deposited, I reminded them, why are they depositing the checks. No response was received. Then 3 days later, yet another check was deposited.

          All the flat that were provisionally booked for me without paperwork of any sort are already booked / sold / allotted to others. So the money should returned back to me rightfully.

          It has been several days now. Godrej is just stalling .. Bouncing from from one lower level manager to another higher level manager.

            Hi,

            Regret to inform that since nobody responded my mail by 14th may 2017 the date given to us by godrej representative we decided to personally visit the godrej properties office in pune.

            A meeting was arranged with a representative who was courteous enough to explain the proceeding about the project but unable to explain the delay in possession. Delay in possession and false commitment was our biggest concern and the chances of which could not be ruled out with a local developer from an unorganised sector, hence we had decided to go in with a reputed name like godrej but the experience was not at all pleasant. To my surprise can't believe that we have referred the same project to our friends and they have booked a unit aswell. Is this how godrej rewards its loyal customers?

            Godrej representative was courteous enough to offer me a discount as compensation in delay for possession which was not justified for a simple reason that if in case we had to delay any payment to godrej we would be charged 15% of the due amount. So my question is what is wrong if we expects the same compensation from godrej?

            Since there is no solution to this we would like to cancel the said unit and will not be liable to pay any cancellation charges since the possession is also delayed and don't know when it will happen.

              I have raised my complaints numerous times, to the customer care of godrej and higher officials however there has been no revert.
              The vrindavan flat was to be delivered earlier by dec 2015 which was extended to june 2016 further to dec 2016. It was later extended till july 17 and finally it is getting delivered in aug 17.
              All this delay has caused increased interest cost and loss of rent for the property. I have already paid around sizable pre possession interest because of delay done by godrej.

              I have requested godrej to reimburse the interest at actuals which is around 9.5 % far less than than 15% mentioned in the agreement. However, there has been no positive hearing from them.

              The customer care and officials in godrej ignore customer requests and just sit on the complaint without reply.

              Here what i asked was a fair compensation of only the interest which is surely because of delay by godrej in fullfilling of their commitment.

              I have purchased a 1 bhk flat in godrej garden city.
              Further, due to this delay we ended up paying higher service tax and now gst which is even higher than the increased service tax.

              There should be some mechanism with the builder to make good such losses faced by the purchaser of flat.

              Due to this delay have faced heavy loss in valuation as the property value has still not gone up to cover up the cost which i have paid already.

              Need a positive and quick response from the team as, have already in process to make the payment for final leg in this week for the possession in end of august.

                Godrej Aria team is one of the most disappointing groups I have ever come across.

                I have got all balances reconciled at least 20 times.

                Visited their office as well.

                Every second day, they claim 6-7 lakhs from me for no reason

                I am planning to take severe action against your group under RERA.

                I believed Godrej to be an ethical group but I will make sure that this case comes in public and RERA platform and Godrej returns by entire money along with interest and penalty.

                This is yet another 21st document that I want to create as an evidence of the torture and harassment you have imposed on me.

                  I had booked a flat in godrej garden city, caramel g block. Expected date of delivery was may 2017 but they keep on extending date every time i contact them. Also orally they say something while they type something else in customer portal which i noticed later when i logged into the customer portal. Second issue is that this tower has some legal issue hence it is not approved by major banks. This is confirmed by at least two bankers. Third they are informing that extra money will be charged due to gst which is exactly opposed to what government has clarified time and again.
                  Totally non trustworthy builder just like others.

                    I have booked flat in godrej 24 on pre launch day, april 28th, 2017 by paying rs. 1, 000, 00 as token amount. As of now there is no agreement or sale deed has been made between me and builder.

                    On teh day of booking the payment plan and cost sheet - had mentioned total cost (Inclusive taxes) : 62, 52, 706

                    Recently, i got revised plan (With new gst) - now total cost (Inclusive taxes): 6, 58, 9091

                    Difference increase: 3, 36, 385 which is exceptionally beyond my financial budget.

                    Due to this reason, when i contacted godrej 24 to cancel my booking, they are saying, there is no refund policy from godrej and entire amount (1 lac) will be forfeited and considered as a cancellation charges.

                    Please assist to get refund of booking amount.

                      I bought 2 apartment in godrej 101 in gurgaon by the name of rajat gupta (Unit no. D 0701) and pankaj narang (Unit no. D 0601).

                      But due to some financial problem i am not able to keep both the apartment. So i request you to please cancel my one unit and shift my money to other unit.

                      As its impossible for me to pay more money
                      But godrej people said thats not possible.. So wht can i do now as i dont want my money back. Just want to cancel one unit and transfer that fund to other unit

                        I have an unit in godrej summit tower g.
                        It is unfortunate to know that they are offering possession without the project having a valid water connection from concerned authority, as stated below in your email. Also, the road which leads to the project is not commutable and hardly can accommodate the residents' transport vehicles. The 24 m wide road which was promised to us at the time of booking is unavailable. The project is therefore close to inhabitable condition, but yet the possession is offered.

                        In this regard, i am requesting them to please re-look at the decision to offer possession.

                          This is regarding the upcoming project “Godrej Tranquil” in Kandivali East. I had visited the Property Exhibition on 4th June 2017 @ Growell Mall, Kandivali and booked an 1BHK . However, later I noted that the sales executive had made multiple misrepresentation using the trusted brand name of “Godrej” to mislead me and get the property booked.

                          1. It was explicitly told to me that there would be a tri-party agreement between Land Owner, Godrej Properties and the buyer, which now I understand is not the case.
                          2. Godrej is binded and cant step out of the project under any circumstances.
                          3. This is a new property launched by Godrej and RERA registration is pending due to some technical issue in the website
                          4. All payment will be made to Godrej as the Project name is “SMPL Godrej Tranquil”.
                          5. Initial application money of Rs.99, 000 was taken without informing that its non-refundable
                          6. Only one pager cost sheet is shown till the time application money is paid and then a bulky application form is shared for signoff, wherein its mentioned that its non-refundable.
                          7. The development agreement is registered and a notarized.
                          8. My application doesn’t have any photo and mandatory KYC documents as mentioned in the application (for both applicant and co-applicant). Still the application is processed and demand noted for further payments are issued.

                          Its being 1 month and I am following up with the sales executives. Now, either my phone calls are not picked ot the answer I am getting is there is no visibility of the complain status.

                          I have contacted all the sales people and the help desk with no one providing any help. Not only was the staf[censored]nsupportive they outright deny a request made.
                          We simply want to visit the site and see our under construction flat, to get a idea of area and furniture. I would love to take an undertaking letter taking full responsibility of my safety. This is not the customer service I would expect if I cannot even see the product I am buying.

                            cancellation of booking

                            I have booked flat in Godrej 24 on pre launch day, April 28th, 2017 by paying Rs. 1, 000, 00 as token amount. As of now there is no agreement or sale deed has been made between me and builder.

                            Due to personal reasons, when I contacted Godrej 24 to cancel my booking, they are saying, there is no refund policy from Godrej and entire amount (1 lac) will be forfeited and considered as a cancellation charges.

                            My complaint is little different from. The other complaints. I had booked a flat in godrej summit in sector 104, gurgaon in 2015. This project was booked at very high price and it's almost half the rate currently. I had requested godrej customer services team to cancel my current booking and i will purchase the same flat at the current market price. Also; i had mentioned that 15% deposit can be kept my them but to my surprise thay communicated to me that the sales team is not going to accept my proposal. So it doesn't make any sense to keep at the flat booked in 2015. I had no other option but to submit my request to cancel the flat on 28 june 2017. I am not willing to continue with the team in gurgaon as they are not willing to give any service to the customer. I request you to get my cancellation request processed at the earliest so that i may invest in some better project with some better staff. Flat no. A0501 godrej summit gurgaon.

                              Godrej properties executive approached me for godrej24 in hinjewadi for which he said i need to do rtgs of 1 lac for booking amount and if in case i will be not interested then whole amount will be refunded in a weeks time. I requested him to initiate refund on 28th april itself, since then i haven't received the refund. Every time when i contact him he says in couple of days it will be done. It's been long time please refund my money directly in my account below. Priority no assigned to me was : b808.

                              The possession of Tivoli M is delayed by 3 years. During the delay we never had been informed about the reasons for delay. It shows lack of transperency from Godrej Properties.
                              I took possession in May 2017.

                                I would like to tell you full incident in detail -

                                I along with my wife have visited godrej infinity in october 2016 and have shortlisted. Now its june 2017 we visited again and wanted to see the construction so that we can decide for booking.

                                We met mr. Kiran (Sr manager sales) - first of all we have to wait even when he was free, he introduce himself then asked about our requirement.

                                We told him we came here in october 2016 and we liked garden flat 2 and 3bhk and would like finalize it. Then we discussed which flats are available in which tower. We asked him what all buildings are in phase 2 in master plan.

                                Mr kiran replied "what you said apne to dekha hai october mein"

                                We told him yes but now we forgot then he told us about towers.

                                We asked him can we visit the under construction property since my wife is an architect and i am civil engineer and we would like to see the quality and take an actual feel of the apartment as we are going to spent our life time saving in this apartment.

                                Mr kiran replied no you cant, i wont allow.

                                We again asked him we will follow all instruction and we spent our 7 hours daily on under construct site so can you ask for permission.

                                Mr kiran again replied no you cant, it's our policy.

                                We again said can you get us in touch with senior member where we can raise this request, we are even ready to sign a paper for safety.

                                Mr kiran replied "madam you can’t i am the one uske upar kuch nahi hai. Aapko lena hai to lo else aap dekho jo bhi".

                                Now read above word again and decide the language? It’s not going to end here

                                He said 800 people brought this property without even checking or asking these questions.

                                Now we replied "we are not them we would like to see and none of the builder in pune refuses it unless of course they are hiding something"

                                Mr kiran replied but none of them are godrej properties.

                                I replied - i agree godrej is a trusted name but what’s wrong in checking the property, i am going to invest my life time saving and its going to cost me around 1cr so let us know where i can raise this?

                                Mr kiran replied - jis gali jana nahi uska rasta kyu pooch rahe ho aap, i will not allow, aap abhi flat le lo and after possession i will allow you.

                                Now my wife got pissed and replied - who are you to stopping me once i get the possession? And there will be someone above you since we know you are not pirojsha adi godrej and please talk properly.

                                I am sure he doesn’t even know founder’s name

                                Mr kiran replied madam jab allow kar hi nahi sakte to isko bol bhi kyu rahe ho, 800 people brought this property and unki demand nahi thi.

                                My wife went out of the room because of his arrogant language.

                                Now i told him just give the payment plan cost sheet and will see what we need to do.

                                Mr kiran gave me all costing sheet however he goofed up in calculation as well. Both garden and non-garden costings are same.

                                So i told how can this be possible, he said oh sorry i will send new plan on monday to your channel partner.

                                I told him ok and went out.

                                Conclusion - now tell me as a customer if i want to visit the property and check the quality what is wrong in that? When we brought a car we take test drive even when we buy a signature pen we hold it just to take a feel or comfort. So why are you stopping customer for visiting the property?

                                Initially when we came in october you guys have a superbly amazing staff at infinity leading by ms. Nandy, very punctual and always ready to serve but now sales office look like government office.

                                I was going to book the flat in infinity within a week or so but due to this arrogant behavior and not showing we are still in a doubt.

                                  I booked with7percent of flat value for 2bhk in everest tower 3rd floor. But within7days changed the floor preference for 4 th floor. According to that they gave me papers and signed documents but in the invoice they had kept theflat number that of 3rd floor.                                     1. To show interest and purchase flat in godrej 24 provided interest letter 15 april 2015.
                                    2. Already (One month before) paid 1 lakh deposit.
                                    3. On may 02 reserved flat e1-1001 or e3 1102 and accepted by godrej employees.
                                    4. After 1.5 months it is again said it is not available and select other flat.

                                    Godrej lost my 1.5 month and not able to get what i want even started before prelaunch due to mis or no communication by godrej employees.
