I was on the lookout for a 2/3 bhk flat in and around pune city and learnt
About the availability of a 2 bhk flat in your godrej horizon scheme and
Had been to the site on 29/10/17 along with family and met mr. Karan [agent
Of m/s godrej properties]. He informed us about the godrej prana scheme at
Undri and so we went to the godrej prana site office where we were
Introduced to mr. Rohit dhingra. After explaining the details of the
Scheme, mr. Rohit told about me the proposed meeting on 18/11/17 with
Potential privileged customers. He requested us to join the scheme by
Paying a refundable amount of rs. 1.00 lakh which i did by swiping my icici
Bank credit card.

I attended the meeting on 18/11/17 at corianthan club along with my wife
And was introduced to mr. Jayesh suryawanshi [representative of godrej
Prana scheme] by mr. Karan. Since i had already contacted a few developers
Earlier, i contacted one of them and received positive response from them
During the aforesaid meeting. I, therefore, immediately told both mr. Karan
And mr. Jayesh suryawanshi about my desire to quit the scheme and that my
Advance amount of rs. 1.00 lakh be returned. However, both of them insisted on the 'once in a lifetime' opportunity and requested me to book the flat by giving a post dated cheque [amounting to rs. 2, 23, 565/- dated 10/12/17] and that the entire amount will be refunded should i wish to cancel the booking before 10/12/17. I was asked to sign certain forms rather hurriedly as formality. Accordingly, i informed them through my mail dated 02/12/17 about my decision to cancel the booking and requested to return the post dated cheque and also refund the rs. 1.00 lakh advance. *at no time during the entire discussion was i informed about any 'company policy' of forfeiting the said deposit if the booking is cancelled. As already stated,
I am willing to discuss this issue in front of your representative, mr. Jayesh suryanshi. *

The discussion with your team was fruitless as they continue to stick to you stand of forfeiting the deposit. I am pained to learn that a company of such repute should stoop to such low levels to gather funds for the project. As already mentioned in my earlier correspondence I had clearly given information about my decision to withdraw from the scheme within a fortnight. I fail to understand the reason for forfeiting the deposit without providing any services whatsoever. Your continuance to give information about the scheme through mail is of no use to me. Also, I was told by Ms. Sheena about filling up of a Cancellation form which not forthcoming from your end. Please arrange to refund my deposit of RS. 1.00 lakh and also return the cancelled cheque issued by me.

    Godrej prakriti, annapurna building, kolkata is getting delayed year by year. New date provided is jul 2018. This is the 3rd time date is extended and no announcement on how to compensate the loss that we are doing because of this delay.
    Also invoice are being raised without following the schedule agreed during allotment letter and during sale agreement. This is unfair trade practice and not expected such things from reputed builder like godrej. This is impacting trust that we have shown in the beginning.

      At the time of sale i was told that the possession date would be 2016 dec then the date moved to march 2017, then june then july and finally now dec. However; my emi is continuously going and i am paying rent as well. I want to know how the builder is going to compensate the loss? Also, i raised the complaint about the invoices for slabs (Third floor and terrace slab) from the builder but nothing is getting done. Its just exchange of emails and assurance. Please address my issues asap.

        I am the owner of 205 Shivalik, Godrej Prakriti, Sodepur Kolkata 700115, purchased the flat in Oct'2015. Due to seepage from bathroom o[censored]pper floor, to my bed room - part of internal wall and ceiling getting soaked. Complaint was lodged to site maintenance office, but no remedy. It was tweeted in @ParibarGP on 02.11.2017 and thereafter on 9th Nov. vide your intervention @GodrejGroup tweeted reply, on 13th Nov. rep. from GPL (Godrej Prakriti ) and rep. from local maintenance office (KF) visited the site and took note of the position. Since then no tangible action has been taken to resolve the problem; by this time the water soaked area widening both sides. The seepage is due to leakage of concealed water line/ accumulation of water on the floor o[censored]pper flat and seeping through the unfilled gaps/joints.

        Please take action early for stoppage of such seepage and avoiding any internal damage.

          I am an nri, living in dubai, booked godrej iconic 2002 apartment in may 2015, the property is still under construction.
          I have several issues:
          1. I booked the above property in 2015, and i signed and send the agreement via dhl courier, i have all proofs that the courier was delivered at the gurgaon office, but someone lost my agreement.
          2. Since almost 1 year, i am chasing csr, sending so many emails regarding my agreement, and no one got back to me earlier. I had to make so many international calls to customer care, but all the time some one answered and said they will get back, but no one called me back. I even spoke with some manager on floor mr shiva, he also assured me he will call back but never did..
          3. Finally, some one emailed on 29th nov 2017, stating that the new agreement is dispatched, without writing the courier details, courier company name, tracking number, no information was provided.
          4. Again, several emails and calls were made, finally, on 5th dec 2017, ms manu - csr emailed me back, stating that the agreement is not yet dispatched, she will do it now.. And guess what, today is 18th december 2017, till not i have no idea where my agreement is. I called her several times, asking me to provide with the courier company dubai number, as its not on the website.. But she has not replied.

          Now, major issues follows here...
          1. Suddenly between all this, on 5th dec 2017, i get an email that my next installment of almost 94 lakhs rupees is due on 22nd december.
          2, while booking, mr pulkith, clearly stated that i will receive 2 months prior notice for all my payments. And this is not done., also, this 40% was supposed to be due next year may 2018, as per the plan given to us, it is 5 months early..
          3. I had to rush and apply for my bank loan at hdfc,, all had to be done in a tasteful situation.. All banks takes time to process loan as we know. I am waiting for my sanction letter and i am tracing for my agreement as bank will not disburse the loan amount without the agreement??
          4. Again, i emailed so many times to csr, called customer service, to give me an extension for the payment. No one even bothered to reply back..
          5. It is not right to give barely 17 days notification for your customer to arrange such a big amount.. This was clearly asked at the time and booking and mr. Pulkith assured me that they will send me various notifications, 2 month prior..

          Extremely unprofessional behavior from the part of customer care. At the time of booking everyone is so nice, and after booking is done, you care a damn to the customers. I am shocked by all this.
          I hope i will get a reply soon on this matter.

          This is the 2nd time i am writing in this complain forum, I hope some one will call me.
          I am an NRI, living in Dubai. I booked a property in Godrej Iconic 2002,
          Firstly, someone at Gurgaon office lost my agreement which i signed and send it. its been a year I am tracking for it.
          10 days back some one from the office said they are re-sending a fresh copy of the agreement, but I have not received it.
          I am tired of typing so much.

          I hope some one calls me s I can explain what the issue is.

            Project name: godrej air hoodie white field.
            Booked flat: g502

            I'm ashish awasthi. I booked the flat g502 at godrej air. Before the booking, they told me agreement will be done 15 september 2017. Agreement delayed from godrej and finally its done 28th nov 2o17. Its 2 months delayed from godrej side. When the agreement was done. Same they send demand note for 2nd installment according to payment guideline.

            I request to godrej air executive to extend the payment date just 15 days. They requesting make payment of before 11 december 2017. I'm requesting to godrej i will make surely 25 december 2017. Please extend the date. But godrej air executive not accepting my request.

            They forcing me to make payment before 11 december 2017. Otherwise, you have to make payment with 18% interest rate.

            Delayed in agreement from godrej side. Even i was following continually with godrej air. They were always replying agreement will be done by next week. By next - by next week. It took 2 months get done. But they not ready to give of 15 days.

            Because of agreement delay, i was not able to process the loan. For loan approval, register agreement copy is a must. Without that home will be not done.

            Could please provide godrej board member contact details so i can raised my complaint to them.

            Specially monika dewan godrej executive talked to me very badly.

            No help from godrej.
            I don't have any issue regarding the agreement. I'm having an issue with your CRM team and sales team. they committed to me agreement will be done 15/09/2017. but it was 22/11/2017. after need some to start loan process for 2nd installment payment. I wrote to CRM team I need 1 month time to pay 2nd Installment. but declined. that is the issue.

            Agreement delayed from Godrej Side. not my side. as a customer, I need some time to do the basic process for a loan. But they didn't allow me and talk me very badly.

              This is with regards to my ecity flat k308. We were promised a delivery date of dec 2016 and till date, forget about possession, there is not even a communication from gpl regarding the same. Have never experienced such a bad customer service in my whole life, to the extent that i’ve stopped purchasing anything from the market that has godrej brand name on it. Only occasion we get a mail from them is when they have to send invoice and we have to make payments. Money is all that they want. They don’t give a * about you or your flat. Regret having made those choice!

              Just one word - disappointed.
              I have replied to your mail, but there is no response till now. Would like to know what you mean by being customer centric?? Please do not send mails just to hush up the matter. Absolute disappointment with Godrej’s way of handling customer. My dream to own a house has turned into a nightmare.
              I booked the flat at godrej horizon. Before the booking, they told me, you'll get covered parking(mentioned in aggrement also) and now they are giving open parking. Have never experienced such a bad customer service in my whole life. Only occasion we get a mail from them is when they have to send invoice and we have to make payments.

                I have been chasing the company from last two months regarding my possession and even after paying the complete payment no one is now answering about possession while before making the payment whole godrej gurgaon team is after us to make payment but once you are done with the payment nobody bothers to answer your query forget about the possession.. Repeated attempts from our side in getting a confirmed and responsible response from godrej team but no one is responding and the best thing is now they have come up with new charges.

                  There has been an indefinite delay in the handover of apartments in phase 3 (Tower s) of godrej e city, bangalore. Repeated attempts from our side in getting a confirmed and responsible response from godrej customer care has been futile.
                  The initial date of handover promised verbally while booking was december 2016... Which as is evident is long past.
                  Moreover the due date of handover has moved one month at a time from january 2017 onwards... To december 2017 and is yet unconfirmed as of today.
                  No one @godrej seems to be accountable for their actions nor do they appear to have any knowledge about the happenings in their company. They are horrible @ communications and customer service.
                  For out-station buyers like us it has become extremely difficult to get a valid, confirmed and honest response as there is no specific point of contact @ godrej e - city.

                  Can the higher ups please wake up and stop passing the buck around by coming out with proper answers.
                  Please don't ask to send queries to a centralized customer care call centre because that is nothing more than a eye wash that results in wastage of precious time and call charges for your customers.

                  I am sorry to say that my concern has not really been addressed.

                  I want a definite answer as to when the OC for Tower S will be received by you guys and the de- snagging and handover of the apartments in Tower S commence.

                  We had bought this apartment with the assurance that it would be completed by December 2016.
                  It's December 2017 and we are still at sea. It is extremely frustrating and inconvenient for us as we needed to relocate to Bangalore in 2017 which was the reason for buying this property in the first place.

                    How long do I need to wait to get my concern addressed? I have sent several emails to customer care however; no response from your side. I’m highly frustrated with your late back attitude and forcing me to go legal which I don’t want. I will also check how RERA/consumer court can help me onto this if this is not sorted out soon.

                        I guess that is all the respect i have left for you. This mail is just an attempt to touch your cold hearts to which customer's feelings mean nothing. If you are still wondering who i am and why i write with utter disgust, i am your "esteemed" (The adverb you usually used for me) customer from godrej alpine, mangalore.

                        For you, this might be a small project in an insignificant city, but for me, it is o[censored]tmost importance as me and my family were cheated of all our savings. What you have done to us will definitely reach your family in a way you will not imagine and that is a curse from a mother who sits next to me as i type this mail.

                        Lies after lies after lies... Each and every time your associated speak to us they lie through their teeth. Is this what your company stands for? You are represented by goons and cheats or probably you want such people to be your face. And do not be surprised to know i have also heard threats from them. This mail might sound very uncouth to you, but my revering and polite mails have only found dead ends or more lies.

                        I feel like going out there every single time i see your advertisements and warn those unsuspecting buyers of what they are getting themselves into. A lair where you get stolen of all your hard earned tax paid money. Your tag lines of 'unlimited experiences' is just laughable considering my plight. You surely have given me unlimited experiences.

                        The brand name godrej, just disgusts me, makes me want to throw up every time i hear it. When i went to buy an air conditioner for my present home and the salesperson suggested me a godrej one, i felt like abusing him. That is amount of pain you have put my family through. I guess we cant take it anymore, we need to look at more uncomfortable ways of seeing this fiasco to an end!!

                          I nadeem dhanse would like to address my issue with regards to my booking made for flat 207 in tower 10 of sky gardens godrej vihaa, badlapur project dated 14th october 2017 as a part of pre launch booking. It had been an attractive deal considering the pre launch offer and discount offered, however, the booking i wanted to make was in my name as first owner nadeem dhanse and the co applicant be my mother. As my mother was not along with me at the time of booking so i was being informed that the documents will be sent the very next day to my home address and the rest formalities be completed thereafter. No one happen to turned up on sunday dated 15th october 2017 and so since then i have been trying my best to get in touch with godrej executives but no one responded. Its been 17 days now and i still have received no communication from godrej team. I paid 45000/- as booking amount and thereafter godrej team is least bothered to address me which is what no one expects from a brand like godrej.
                          In these 17 days i tried to contact the godrej sales executives and also sent emails to customercare. [protected]@godrejproperties.com but no revert given as yet. When i contacted godrej properties customer support on ‭[protected]‬ to address my concern, the reply given was my booking has not been updated by the sales team and so they hav no record. I literally had to walk up to the sales office today dated 26 october 2017 and raise my complaint and only after which they sent an acknowledgment stating payment has been received. However, with this kind of service i donot wanna go ahead with my booking and want it cancelled immediately.
                          All i need is to cancel my booking right away and get my 45000/- credited back to my account.

                          I have sent endless emails to customercare.[protected]@godrejproperties.com and made calls to [protected] but there has been no response yet.. And this is why now i want to do all my communication through Consumer Forum. This is now getting worse and Godrej Team is making me suffer. This is nothing more but a horrifying experience. I even visited your Godrej sales office on 26th October and your executive said will get in touch by evening but its been 2 days already. I just want my MONEY back. Now your team is killing my patience. No one is ready to attend me with regards to the money i paid. This looks like a Fraud to me and the next thing I will be doing is filing a Fraud Case against Team godrej.

                            At k010 godrej e city, bangalore, in our kitchen the utility pipes from the house above us drop into our kitchen.

                            We see 3 potential issues, 1-a leakage of these pipes could damage our interior and equipments and the dirt and smell that it would bring.

                            2- maintenance of this utility will constantly disturb and breach our personal space.

                            3- aesthetically this gives extremely bad look right from the living room.

                            We have raised this with their customer care team, marketing team, gms and everyone for more than 3 months now. And the only response that we get is some design team is working on this issue. The best solution that we got was some kind of false sealing, which is a very poor and temporary solution.

                            Godrej will conveniently handover the property and move on. It will be us who will struggling with other house owners over this poor design. It is very disappointing to see for such a brand like godrej, who has been making consumer products for so many decades and godrej properties who has built 100s of properties to make such poor design.

                            On top of it they have started sending mails for handover, wonder what will happen to our case et al.

Gitt2b2103 in godrej infinity in mundhva, pune thru it's official partner address of choice agent name vivek singh as per commission basis, he promised me that if i have booked flat thru his company then he gave me commission as per contract between godrej and address of choice but later he refused it and told me that there is no connection between them.                                 Godrej is not able refund excess payment done. All i got from them is the dates were they told that they will refund the amount. Sadhana told that will refund the amount by 31st may 2017 that didn't happen, anuj told on 10th of july and prassana told 25th of june. I am following up with them from feb 2017 still there is no surety when i will get the amount refunded.

                                  As per the cancellation policy mentioned in godrej properties website, the booking advance amount is refundable after reducing 5%.But your reply mail says that the booking amount is not refundable as per the policy which is completely contradicting.Please verify your website for the same and refund my money back.

                                      Dear customer service,

                                      We were handed over the apartment gecity f406 last year with registration but there is no bescom connection so far and the electricity is using dgsets which is causing the dg sets to depreciate and no 15 amp connection working.

                                      We have seen a lots of leakage and cracks and quality issues with gecity f406 apartment. Leakage from walls, ac duct, leakage from aluminium window channel gaps during rain. Leakage has caused other issues like paint coming off, door getting jam. Please see the attached pics and help us correct the issue.

                                      We have tried using lot of ways to communicate these issues to mr. Prasanna from the last 6 months but nothing is happening. Only mails being exchanged.
