I had visited godrej Central park property with my husband on 9th March 2019 and there one of your agent insisted to give us EOI amount of 50000 which is totally refundable within 30 daysif we don't want to book it in future and your agent further said that he will give the email id and contact no to us but unfortunately they shared no details.But I talked to one of your agent he is telling that it will be refunded in 45 days. I want to ask why this much time is needed and why people at godrej dont give proper information.
So we swiped our debit card and gave him the EOI amount of 50000/-.Now we don't want to book the flat and want the EOI amount back..
Kindly refund it back as soon as you can.

    Dear Sir,
    On 02/Dec/2018, I paid 10% of the booking advance amount for purchase of a plot with Godrej reserve. The sales person gave false promises during the booking time and didn't allow to read thru the application form.

    Later when he sent me the full cost sheet, I was surprise to see more additional cost added to it and hence I was unable to raise fund for the same due to my financial constraints. So, i cancelled the booking and sent a formal cancellation mail on 03/Jan/2019. There was no agreement executed.

    But my mail has been completely ignored and for my surprise, I received the allotment letter mail on 5th Jan 2019.
    I spoke to the CRM Manager and the sales person. But there is no proper response from them till date on the refund part.

    It's been more than 3 months, I haven't received any proper communication regarding my refund in-spite of repeated mails and phone calls with the Godrej customer care. I am really disappointed on how a customer is treated when he request for a cancellation. this will definitely discourages any consumer to think on buying properties with reputed builders like Godrej.

    Since my cancellation mail has been sent before the allotment letter and agreement for sale is not executed, I am expected this booking advance amount to be refunded immediately.

    I am planning to take legal action on this issue and publish to the concerned forums to create an awareness among people on how Godrej properties work.

    Hi Team,

    Despite giving several reminder for refunding the deposited amount, godrej 24, hinjewadi, not responding to any of my email and also not returning my booking amount . Kindly look into the matter before I go to consumer court for official legal procedure.

      I have booked a flat with godrej team at godrej24 project which is in hinjewadi pune maharastra. I have given a booking amount of rs 1 lacs 7 thousand to the builder as a booking amount. The flat is in tower d and flat no 801. Due to some personal reason, i am not able to continue with that flat and the reason for cancellation was well explained to the team. I have asked for cancellation and they were agreed to refund the amount after several declination but now the builder is refusing the same. Need your support

        Hello,
        Myself abir roy chowdhury from bangalore, a not so proud owner of flat no g0906 of godrej avenue, bangalore. I have visited godrej avenue construction site in first week of june 2018. Where i met mr. Ashish razak (Sales & marketing of godrej avenue, cell: [protected], [protected]), mr. Gourav kumar pandit (Cell:[protected]) and mr. Bharath (Sales – indiabulls home loans, cell: [protected]).

        Mr. Ashish has explained me very nicely about the project and all other property related details. Also, he has shown us the one dummy flat for better transparency of flat interiors. I liked a 2 bhk flat (1219 sqft). Post our discussion, mr. Ashish has introduced me with mr. Bharath, who was from indiabulls home loans. I have been advised to take home loan from indiabulls, because godrej properties has tied up with indiabulls and there was no other banker present at the construction time.

        Mr. Bharat has explained me about home loan structure (Entire process) and assured me that he can provide me 88% home loan towards the final cost of my property. I was not the only one there. There were many other buyers who were present at construction site and filling up the booking forms, also was consulting with mr. Bharath for housing loan and other aspects as well. I returned home post finishing my discussion with mr. Asish and mr. Bharath.

        Later mr. Ashish keep doing follow up with us and sometimes his senior mr. Gaurav, for buying the property asap. He also sent me a cost sheet and blueprint of the flat in email on 18th june 2018. But i was little hesitating whether i can get 88% housing loan or not. Later, mr. Ashish spoke to mr. Bharat and his senior mr. Kameshwara reddy. V (Regional sales manager - home loans & mortgages, indiabulls housing finance limited, employee code – 110511, marathahalli, bangalore, +91 [protected] / +9180 –[protected].

        I got a confirmation call from mr. Kameshwara that i can avail 88% home loan from indiabulls, also he has sent me an email stating as “this is with reference to the discussion we had with mr ashish of godrej – we hereby confirm you that we will process home loan amount equal to 88% of the total cost of property including gst & other components of the cost break up sheet provided by godrej for the flat purchase. We will not be including the legal fees in the cost sheet for loan amount calculation.”.

        Mr. Kameshwara has asked me for few documents to process for loan sanction letter for me. I gave all the necessary documents to him and he has released the loan sanction letter to me on 20th june 2018.

        The amount sanctioned was sanctioned for rs. 65 lakhs at 8.50% interest for 240 months.

        Post receiving the confirmation sanction letter from indiabulls for providing 88% house loan for my flat, i have paid the 10 % of the total cost of my flat and booking amount to godrej avenue. The total cost of my property is rs. 74, 25, 358/- and i have paid rs. 51, 000 booking amounts (22nd june 2018 through internet allahabad bank e transfer) and rs. 666814/- (9th july 2018 through icici bank cheque no. 121919).

        Let me inform you that, my tri-party agreement with indiabulls and godrej property has not done till date. I did follow up many times with indiabulls executives (Bharat & kameshwara) and they have informed me that it will be done when godrej raise the demand note for the next instalment. Recently, i came to know that the next demand draft will be raised by april /may (As informed by ms. Anu, my relationship manager of godrej properties). Therefore, i have contacted indiabulls to collect the documents from godrej. But when i discussed this thing with mr. Bharath from india bulls then i came to know that, because of current change in rbi regulations they don’t have fund to disburse and also they do not have confirmation whether they can disburse the loan amount after may 2019 or not. Mr. Lokesh from indiabulls (Cell: [protected]) contacted me two days back and informed me that they will shift my house loan to some other bank because they cannot disburse the loan amount. Also, ms. Anu (Relationship manager of godrej) advised me to take home loan from another bank and leave indiabulls.

        Currently, i am in such tense situation that, i am not able to avail 88% housing loan from any reputed institution. I approached hdfc home loans, sbi, kotak, and icici and no banks can give me loan of 88% of my total cost of my flat. I consider this is a big fraudulence case and misconduct of business ethics towards this kind of situation. It is very shameful and pathetic that i personally approaching all the bank at last moment for home loans and do not get any positive solution.

        On light of above series of consequences, please not that it is not fault from buyer’s end. Godrej properties and indiabulls should coordinate with each other and help their customers to protect their own image in this competitive market.

        We are looking forward for your kind consideration and quick solution on this above matter. If we do not receive any further communication from either party (Godrej or indiabulls) till 8th march 2019, legal action needs to be taken in this regard towards misconduct of business ethics and harassment of customers towards buying godrej properties and advising to take home loan from indiabulls. Also, necessary action will be taken towards indiabulls housing loan for providing false promises to buyers for providing 88% housing loan (Includes approved home loan sanctioned letter) for buying properties, and later forcing customers to take home loans from other banks.

        Hello,

        After great difficulties, myself and Godrej Property people helped each other and sorted out the issues. We have approached SBI, Yelahanka branch and got home loan finally. Many thanks to Mr. Ashish (Sales) and Ms. Anu (Customer representative), who helped us a lot and make this happen. Hopefully all future transactions between SBI and Godrej properties will be done smoothly and we will get our house on time.

          I am a ustomer of your produts like fridge, washing mahine and mirowave oven, my fridge (Pentaool double door of 2005 model was submerged in flood of aug 2018. First free servie was done. But not suessful. Agan serviing was done on 27/10/18, (Fan motor was replaed. Still it is not working, again omplaint was given (No.[protected] dt.[protected]. The person ame from muttom, aluva found the ompressor and fan running and the timer o. K. But the fridge is not working, freezer is o. K. The main hamber is not getting low temperature air. He wanted to leave and demanded rs.500/ whih i refused as he had not attended anything. On 27/10 /i have paid app. Rs. 1500 for the above. I told him if the fridge is ok i will pay the money,. So he left. And the omplaint losed saying there is no omplaint. The people from muttom dont have the expert for attendig. If you arrange some expert i am ready to pay if the fridge is made o. K. If it is not done i will be fored to leave your brands for ever.

            I have booked a flat t2-1106 at godrej meadows godrej city panvel p[protected]
            As the site banker representative assure that i will get sufficient loan but now am not eligible for the require loan amount hence i request to godrej team to refund my rs 377595/-amount as registration is also not yet done but godrej team is refusing to refund the said amount and also not receiving my calls and not revert on my mails also
            My humble request to you that please refund my booking amount as am not in position to afford this flat my mistake is i have dream big that's all. Am middle class women please help me in this regard and give me the refund as earliest

              We booked on 9/12/2019, paid reg amt on 10/01/2019, two months passed but still registration process has not completed we have even paid 45 days payment .Now govt tax increased 1% who is supposed to pay this additional cost???poor customer service of rejuve is costing me my full months salary.Since payment of registration amount we have been following up without accurate response to our query

                During my maiden visit to your sales office on 03rd Feb 2019, the sales team (Mr. Gaurav Sehgal & Mr. Subrat) had offered the apartment numbered 803 in Tower 2 of Godrej' Golf Meadows" as the only available unit and had stressed on making and early initial payment at that very moment or ASAP. You had stressed that it was imperative for me to transfer the money ASAP. This was done vide NEFT on 07 FEB 19 and a sum of Rs.50, 000/- was transferred to Godrej CITY PANVEL-PHASE 2 from my account. A premium rate was also quoted, owing to the fact that the said apartment #803 had a 'Golf course' facing view. However over the next few days, when I had a chance to examine the brochure closely I came across certain issues which were not intimated to me earlier. These were:
                Two areas were marked as ‘future develoment’ on the plans in areas right opposite #803. This was never even mentioned on our initial visit to your sales office . I had discussed the matter with Mr. Gaurav Sehgal multiple times on telephone. Based on our tele discussions, he had instructed me to write a mail (which I did on 11 Feb) the sales team were apparently unclear about the nature of future development and needed to clarify the same with the design team. Their reply was forwarded vide email on 14 Feb 19. The reply to this query as per their mail was” No Skyscraper is planned. However any development that might come in the future will not block the golf view completely”. I discussed on the tele with the sales team that this response left the issue open ended as to the prospect of the future development blocking the view partially, a matter to which they did not have clarity.
                I had further sought clarification regarding the issue of proximity of the apartment and Tower 2 to the MLCP as this was also not intimated to me by the sales team during the initial visit. To this, the reply forwarded in the email dt 14 Feb 19 was: “ MLCP is not in from of flat 803 (sic). It is however 17 m away from Tower 2 Flat 1 and ends around fifth floor of the tower”.
                On receipt of the email on 14 Feb 19, my concerns and fears were justified about the Tower and the unit being very close (only 17mtrs as per the Godrej design team) from the multilevel car park, an issue not disclosed to my wife or me on our visit. Further the issue was compounded by the presence of the proposed basketball & futsal courts on level 6 of the car park (just two floors below the eight level at which #803 would be located), which would be a source of noise & disturbance.
                Based on the above I had communicated that I would not be pursuing #803, to which end I was requested to visit the Sales office, which I did on 17 Feb 19 along with my wife. There I was offered alternatives in Phase I and II of your project, which after due consideration (since both were priced higher), my wife and I rejected.
                I communicated the same to the sales staff on tele on the evening of 17 Feb itself. I had also requested for the refund the amount of Rs. 50, 000/- which was made by NEFT, after which I have sent two emails documenting the same.
                I have neither received any acknowledgement nor any response for the sales team.
                I request you to kindly resolve the matter at the earliest.

                  I had visited godrej reserve, devanahalli and liked one plot ph -244 and wanted to go ahead with the deal, i also paid rs, 65000/- as a token advance but within a week i realized i have an issue in getting pf amount, hence i could not go ahead with the same, please note i am the existing customer of godrej, hence i had showed interest in godrej reserve but due to some unavoidable circumstances i could not go ahead with the deal.

                  Now the sales team i was dealing with are completely ignoring and at any cost i don't want to loose my hard earn money. I tried all your customer care number but none of them seems to be are working and not getting any email response as well.

                    issues in property handed over

                    We are the owner of flat in eden cluster, godrej garden city. This email is complaint regarding the issues which were highlighted during the pre handover flat inspection but are still not rectified even after months.

                    We have got the handover on 8th october 2018 after innumerable follow-ups post our inspection visit. It took exactly 50 long days from the date of inspection (18th august 2018) to handover...

                    I am trying to get response on some of the questions i have on the payment schedule and mode of payment. One of the customer relationship exec was in contact with me before. I was trying to reach her for these details.
                    I have sent 6 emails in last 2 weeks. I have got no response.
                    I have called all the number i have for the past one week several times[protected],[protected],[protected]. None seems to be working/continues busy or no human answer!

                    Now i am really worried to do the payments as nobody seems to be bothered to answer and i don't have any way to contact anyone from godrej properties!!!

                    I don't know what to do!

                      Sriram subramanian visited godrej 24 site office on 23th jan 2019, and and 2bhk flat at bldg d-3 flat 904 was oroposed. As required, we transferred the booking amount rs. 3.25 lakhs.
                      Due to several personl reasons, we wish to cancel the booking. The godrej24 official bharat ramchandani was intimated on phone and by email in 27th jan 2019.
                      He informed, the entire paid amount will be forfeited as cancellation charges.
                      Please note that the company have not executed any legal documents for the payments i made. At this point, if the proposal is cancelled, godrej can forfeight some fine for stationary charges and close the issue. This makes logic considering customer consideration.
                      However, if any legal document is executed with the regstration authorities, the builder (Godrej) may forfeit as per sale agreement.

                        I have booked flat 906 in Juniper Tower Godrej Emerald on Dec 25th, 2018 by paying Rs. 1, 51, 000 as token amount.

                        Due to some personal and financial reasons, I dont want to continue the same.
                        I am not ready for the Registrations now, but when I contacted Godrej to cancel my booking, they are saying, there is no refund policy from Godrej and entire amount (1.51Lakhs) will be forfeited.

                        If i am not taking somebody's product why should i pay for the amount? Is RERA can help in this scenario? I have all the email and sms details for making my case.

                        Please assist to get refund as soon as possible.

                          I had paid rs 100000 token amount prior to booking flat at godrej elements, hinjewadi. The amount was paid in may 2018. I did not book flat and thus contacted godrej for refund multiple times. The rs 80000 amount is refunded in august 2018. Even informing abut pending rs 20000 refund to employee of godrej several times via email and phone. The amount is not refunded till date. Its now 7 months.

                              I sandip ranjan, have done pencil booking of a flat in godrej rejuve and for same i paid rs 1lakh through card. Now there is change in plan and i have cancled the booking within 3days only. I have also send a mail to the concern sales person. But they are not giving any response and not answering my mail. Hence i want to know when my amount will be refunded...

                              Hi, I made a booking in godrej woods and in only within 10 days of booking I canceled my booking because I am getting transferred to Bombay but there is no proper response from RM for refund of my amount. Request you to please refund my money.

                                I booked flat in godrej rejuve on 08- Dec[protected], but booking was on hold due to my wife final decision. For booking i swiped for Rs 40, 000 and given check for 2 lac 78 k.
                                But due to personal family reason, I want to cancel my booking .
                                due to which I cancelled my check and talked to godrej rejuve's Management.

                                Management asked me to submit a written application (subject : flat booking cancellation). I submitted my application on 11- Dec[protected] .
                                I want to know about my refund of Rs 40, 000 . till when i will get my money back.
                                How many days, the whole process of flat cancellation will take place.

                                Also submitting electronic receipt generated for payment.

                                  I am nro resident at godrej woodman estate.

                                  The association has give approval to neighbour in the complex to build illegal construction without planning permission from the bbmp and bda.

                                  Please kindly stop this construction without further delay and follow the rules of bangalore maharnagar palike.

                                  Dear mr gordrej chairman,

                                  I would like to bring to your notice that illegal construction is normal practice by some residence at godrej woodman estate and gweaoa allows to do so.., despite the objection by the residence has been ignored. I am the owner of flat a1404, aspen, tower 2, godrej woodman estate.

                                  My objection has been ignored by the assosication and allowed the construction to go ahead, without any planning permission from the bbmp and bda.

                                  The incompetency runs very high at gwe and mc at the moment. The low maintenance and low standard of cleaning in the gwe community.

                                  Please it’s my humble request to you mr chairmam (Godrej properties ltd). Please take immediate action without any procrastination.

                                  Due to association action i am really in stress.

                                  Further to my email dated 26/11/2018.

                                  Yeasterday, evening the nephew of the owner of flat A1304 and B1304, Aspen, Tower 2, came to my home and he has informed me, that the owner of these two flats live’s in Mumbai (Bombay).

                                  He has rented out one of his flat below my flat A1304, Aspen, Tower 2, and owner of these two flats has informed me few months ago, that he is thinking of selling his flats., because, I am the Neighboure who has objected to cover the open area for his two flats A1304 and B1304, Aspen, Tower 2.

                                  Yes, I have an objection to build the permanent open area, cover with heavy metal beans and soleid plastic sheets, in front of my flat window.
                                  This construction work needs special permission from the PMC Bangalore Maharnagar palike (BBPM )and no objection letter from the both neighbours flat A1404 and B1404, Aspen, Tower 2, Godrej Woodman Estate, and GWEAOE.

                                  My argue with you is? Who at the GWEAOA and how can the security at GWE granted the permission to bring construction material and labour without the neigbhoures acknowledgement of Flat A1404 and B1404, Aspen, Tower 2?

                                  Does the security take no objection letter from the neighbours flats number A1404 A and B1404 Aspen, Tower 2, GWE?

                                  Please no further procrastinate to stop this illegal construction .

                                    Godrej e-city - prior handover i complaint about the broken tiles and crack on the wall. I took the handover without realising the issues remains the same. On my recent visit, i noticed the issues are still the same and have written to customer care and facility however; no response from them. Very pathetic post sales service. Please address all my issues.

                                      I have booked a flat in godrej greens undri, pune by depositing booking ammount ruppes one lac on 29/12/2016. I cancelled my booking in february 2017 & requested to refund the booking ammount. Mailed to concerned authority. Communicated by mail & on phone. They confirmed cancellation but denied to refund the booking ammount.

                                      Please look in this matter & refund my booking ammount ruppes one lac immediately.
