I have booked one flat at godrej prakrity at sodhpur. My booking amount got cleared on 13 july. Your staff manojit given me the allotment letter on 2oth july.
Than i come to know that my case is getting handled by surachita das ; she told she will complete all my doc and give it to hdfc ltd. People.
Once the same not received. I have written a mail to manojit dated 26th to give

1. Allotment letter.
2. All money receipt.
3. Demand letter.
4. Builder nov.
5. Tpa.

But neither manojit not sanchita who is supposed to take care of my issues ; has provided the doc.

I have repeatedly told /requested sanchita to arrange my loan doc. Above to get the disbursement asap.

But post all failed commitment ; completed the tpa with solisitor signature.
Today comes to know from sanchita that demand letter has not been prepared.

Now pls. Confirm. Do you think people like sanchita is really doing her job honestly.

Afte repeated request, mails. Still dimand letter not ready.

Pls. Arrange for all loan doc. Asap. Along with dimand letter.

I want the dimand letter asap.

Also share the your ceo mail id escalate the issue further if demand letter and other doc. Not provided to me today only

    Dear sir / mam

    I would like to bring it to your notice that i had paid rs 1, 00, 000/- against booking for priority number in godrej meridian properties in dwarka expressway sect 106. On 19 jun 18 i had asked for the refund. Initially i was told that the process is likely to take upto 30 days for the refund to take place. However, in spite of passage of more 45 days i havent received neither the refund, nor any communication regarding refund of same.

    I am constantly in touch with their sales representative at godrej meridian mr aman, however, he hasn't been responding positively on same.

    Request if the payment could be expedited.

      I had done booking for a flat in godrej reflections (Sarjapur, banglore).
      Flat details : c-904, 3 bhk flexi (1494 sq, ft) 9th floor in c wing at godrej reflections

      It has been one and half months from the booking now and i do not see any progress in the registration process. An i tried to reach the customer care and it is of no use.
      I even sent an email for the cancellation and no response to that aswell
      I have given them 100000 rs as booking amount and no receipt is provided. They have not even updated my details in their system for the booking.
      I need my booking amount back as i do not trust the company anymore.

        I am the resident of Green hills co op hsg so, Splendor building Kalyan west.Totally worst material used by godrej.From2013 we are fighting with godrej.slab leakage started from 2012 same year of possession of flat.Overhead tank is in serious condition surveyed by Kdmc.All side walls of building heavily leakage all water showering on inner wall and stagging water on internal floor.Mr Khasnanis RCC consultant of Godrej visited and tell us to go under VJTI structural material Audit they also shocked after seeing flats and building situation . Kindly available the expert engineer visit as soon as.

          Kind Attention : Consumer Issue
          Hi ..
          this is with regards to Godrej Meridian in ggn .
          I had expressed my interest in that property by depositing 50 K in their ac & a post dated cheque of 4 lakhs. Due to personal reasons I had to fall back and demanded for refund way before launch date of the product as it was clearly advised by Mr Ajay ( Godrej sales team ) that if at any point of time due to any reason if the consumer would like the refund, it will be honoured by the Company. Uptil now there is no positive communication from the company wrt refund .Its been almost he month that I am ringing him and the company but there is no response .
          To an extent I went to the site today to get the clarifications in this regard and to understand the refund process but there was no body to contact to and people are not aware of such procedure.
          Kindly escalate the matter to the appropriate nodal officer wrt refund as it is highly unprofessional from employee side not to revert on consumers call and concern .. Kindly initiate the refund process at the earliest.
          Further to this I would like to inform you that it's the consumer hard earned money

            Dear Sir,
            With reference to agreement executed between the builder Godrej Properties Ltd and buyer Mr. Saroj Kumar Banerjee and Mrs. Tania Banerjee above said unit flat Kapilash 1803 was suppose to give possession on Oct 2014. I borrowed home loan from [protected]@10.5 % and paid you as per agreement.
            Except last instalment of Rs 194381.00, the entire total amount of all instalments already paid to you as per agreement
            I already gave notice several times to your executive regarding interest paid of said amount, extra house rent due delay in possession, non availing income tax benefit and mental agony and harassment for late possession but I did not receive any suitable reply from your end till date.
            Now LICHFL is also not ready to disburse the final amount of Rs 194381.00 unless the registration is complete . When I have requested M/s Godrej properties for arranging immediate possession & registration, your executive is asking me to pay the excess amount beyond our original agreement.
            Please arrange to provide following two before final settlement of payment.
            1. Interest of paid amount for the period of Oct 2014 to June 2018 @ 18% from the date of payment.
            2. Waive of additional added GST charge with invoice (As it implies for only delay possession)
            3. Opportunity loss incurred had the same money is being invested in other instruments like mutual funds, Trading & else where
            I am ready to provide balance amount if any after deduction with above three amounts against invoice for possession.

                I have booked an apartment at godrej meridien with booking amount of rs.1, 00, 000, i have informed next day morning that i am not going ahead with project due to financial outflows are not matching with our budget.

                None of the terms states booking amount will be forfeited/ cancellation and they have not informed during discussion regarding incase of cancellation. We never informed us that if we wish to withdraw then this amount will be forfeited. There is no communication from godrej on this which shows the lowest level of transparency they have in their operations.

                When i contacted godrej to cancel my booking, they are saying, there is no refund policy from godrej and entire amount (1 lac) will be forfeited and considered as a cancellation charges.

                Online terms and conditions of godrej says amount will be refunded post deducting rs.5k.

                I would request godrej to please consider my request, i am in a bad situation and this money is really important for my family.

                Looking forward for my refund as soon as possible.

                Godrej people is so busy that they don't bother to call even once. I think I should take up this matter with your higher authorities.

                And don't think that I will forget about my money, make sure that I will take my money back with full interest.

                  I have booked an apartment at godrej elements, pune (Flat - i2403) with a paid token amount of rs.1 lakh on 22 june 2018, i have informed next day on 23rd june 2018 that i am not going a head with project due to financial outflows are not matching with profile.

                  When i went for booking i have good impression w r t money is safe & they are transparent in dealing but that is not the case.
                  None of the terms states booking amount will be forfeited/ cancellation & they have not informed during discussion.

                  On 24th june 2018, i received a call from sales team & they informed me that they have allotted i2403 to some other buyer & i will get me token amount of 1 lakh back but now on the same day in evening, i met with crm team & they told me that this 1 lakh rs is not refundable but they will try to refund back. This is my hard earned money & i can't loose in a day because o[censored]nknown clause.

                  Online terms and conditions of godrej says amount will be refunded post deducting rs.5k only.

                  Hi Team,

                  I have noticed couple of points & the shared attachment, so based on that I have decided to go to the Consumer Court.

                  1. The legal agreement should be signed from both the parties builder & customer.

                  2. Though initially I liked the project & booked as described by the team. But after visiting the site along with my wife and actually reviewing the sample flat, we found not as per promise.

                  3. As per the Godrej property rule discussed with customer case only 5K is cancellation amount

                  In the event of cancellations of order:-*
                  Before confirmation of inventory by Godrej, no cancellation fees shall be charged to the applicant.
                  Post confirmation of inventory by Godrej and signing of Application form by the Applicant, Rs. 5000/- will be deducted as cancellation fees from booking token amount.
                  Any cancellation post issuing of Allotment Letter – Terms and Conditions of the Application Form signed will be applicable.

                  4. On 24th June 2018, I received a call from sales team & they informed me that they have allotted I2403 to some other buyer & I will get my token amount of 1 Lakh. So why things are not sync now.

                    Godrej Prakriti Sodepur - Kapilash Tower Apartment 306.

                    This is in continuation of my previous email where we have sent you the details of all the issues and snags in the apartment after our first inspection done on 18th January 2018. After that on 11th June 2018 my wife did the revisit and complained about the issues reported during inspection was not yet fixed and in addition to that a major issue and concern was reported as we found that two walls of the apartment are damaged.

                    This has been a big shock as we did not expect that a builder like Godrej Properties will have such quality of the apartment. I request you to please let me know as early as possible about what action you are taking against these complaints mentioned below once again. I have also attached the photographs of the apartment taken during recent revisit along with this email.
                    1. Apartment wall damaged (Complaint on 11th June 2018).

                    2. Cracks at the door henges was very much visible ( This issue still exists)

                    3. The bathroom tile replaced is of different colour.

                    4. The apartment is very dirty and not properly maintained.

                    5. The overall bathroom decor was not satisfactory. (The shower and the tap placement of the common bathroom is different from the one shown in the site picture at the time of purchase.)

                    A signed copy of the inspection mentioning the details of snags was also provided at the time of inspection.

                    In addition to this we have asked you guys several times and have also sent emails about the compensation related to delay in possession but have not heard any proper response from your end. Please note that the delay in possession is impacting us financially and would like to be properly compensated as per the government law. If Godrej Properties in this case the builder chooses not to respond or comply with the requests, we will prefer an appropriate legal action.

                      Dear friends,

                      I need india support to fight against godrej as they've made my life miserable to the extent that now i may have nervous breakdown any given moment as i'm suffering from an incurable neurological disorder known as multiple sclerosis, i'm a family man and if something happens to me then only godrej should be held responsible for it, kindly have a look at the mail chain and the mail below which entails all that i've gone through in the last 2.5 years.

                      I bought a flat at godrej 101 just like you people more than 2 years back, the booking amount was only 50000 rs but still i made payment of 1 lakh rs as i was given commitment by godrej through a broker that i need to pay only 20% of the overall amount at that time and remaining amount needed to be paid at the time of possession. I obliged by paying 1 lakh rs as it suited my finances.

                      After few months godrej started exploiting the situation stating that the remaining 80% of the amount needs to be paid post finishing work and not at the time of possession. I was literally aghast as i was in a trap and my 1 lakh rupees were in wrong hands.

                      I literally pleaded godrej to return my booking amount as it was all due to a trap and i was already into it with no way out, i was shocked to see the insensitivity of godrej as they didn't even try to understand the holistic picture and with all their might confiscated the entire amount and even threatened me with dire consequences if i didn't stop telling godrej that they've literally looted my money for no fault of mine.

                      Finally i had to forego my hard earned 1 lakh rs as godrej is too mighty and i'm an ordinary citizen of india with limited resources and even lesser financials. Godrej started showing it's true colors right after that, they literally made my life hell by sending me 1.02 crore payment reminders through calls, sms, mails and by sending physical mails at my registered address where my parents in their 80's are staying.

                      Please have a look at the below mail chain to understand my plight and the number of times i've begged godrej to spare me this trauma of continuously receiving 1.02 crore payment reminder for a property which was already cancelled and too after godrej eating up my hard earned 1 lakh rs. Receiving couriers from godrej at my permanent address with 1.02 crore payment reminder has given my father stress beyond imagination as he's a heart patient and for an ordinary family like ours, 1.02 crore is a big big amount.

                      Friends i doubt godrej's intention now and even fear for my life as they haven't stopped harassing me even after 2.5 years. You'll be shocked to know that godrej even called me up today asking me for the remaining amount in excess of 1.10 crore. They've called me up from [protected] on 18th may 2018 at 5.50 pm.

                      Godrej just doesn't stop harassing me and too after screwing up my 2.5 years and after eating up my 1 lakh rs. Godrej is not a company but it's a mafia which would do anything to extort money out of innocent citizens of this country and i can say that basis my experience with them in the last 2.5 years. I've even sent mails to adi godrej begging him to not harass me anymore but guess he has given instructions to his employees to suck blood out of innocent citizens like me. Godrej has even sent me a payment reminder on 12th may 2018 at 11.52 pm and i'm attaching the screen shot to prove that all that i'm stating here on mail is true and can be corroborated in the court of law against godrej.

                      I have mails from godrej to prove what i'm stating here on this mail. I even have a more than 2 year old call recording with the broker where he confirmed that godrej (Piyush & xavier) did indeed manipulate the situation to confiscate the booking amount or make me cough the remaining 80% much sooner than agreed initially for which i absolutely had no capacity.

                      This is just one mail chain that i'm sharing, i have dozen more where i've been begging godrej to not harass me anymore.

                      Kindly help me by spreading the word of mouth against godrej as this company doesn't have any ethics and is full of lie, deceit and most certainly no moral standards and will do anything for money even if it means taking someone's life, just what they're doing in my case.

                      I'm literally begging you people to help me out of this situation by showing solidarity and by joining my campaign on facebook against godrej.

                        I have booked an apartment at godrej avenues with booking amount of rs.50k.in have informed with in hours that i am not going a head with project due to financial outflow s are not matching with profile.

                        When i went for booking i have good impression w r t money is safe nd they are transparent in dealing but that is not the case.
                        None of the terms states booking amount will be forfeited/ cancellation nd they have not informed during discussion regarding case of cancellation.
                        Online terms and conditions of godrej says amount will be refunded post deducting rs.5k.

                        Hard earned money of rs.50k lost in hours. Please beware nd suggest prospective buyers take all clarity irrespective of reputed builders since your money may burn in lieu of hidden clauses.

                            Just a week after moving into my new flat in godrej e city, the wall behind the door got cracked and the magnet came out of the wall.

                            I did raise this issue with the facilities team and they are least bothered to help.

                            This is the response from the godrej e city facility manager mr. Lakshman
                            "sir the person responsible is not ready to work, we cannot force him to work".

                            They doesn't even attend the phone calls if we ask them to resolve the issue. I have been facing a lot of issues since the day i moved in. Godrej apartments wouldn't be the right option if you need a peaceful stay.

                              I moved in to a new flat in godrej e city, bangalore.in two days the magnet behind the main door came out of the cement.

                              I wrote a complaint in the complaint register to fix this issue. No body turned up. I called up the managers to help on this issue, nobody really seems to be interested in rectifying the issue.

                              It has now been more than a week. I need an urgent solution on this.

                                  However i'm disappointed that after paying all the amount on time, i get a western toilet which has a very big cement mark on it.

                                  I tried cleaning the toilet multiple times however the marks are not getting removed.

                                    I got my possession on nov 2017, however basement parking was not ready until yesterday which i had to call and chase and then i was informed that its partially ready. My flat no.1203 in vindyachal tower. They didn't provide us with intercom facility yet. We don't get network coverage and there is no way to contact anyone. If there is any need to contact then we have to come out of the building and do the same. This is not possible for old aged members in my family. There is no way to contact them during emergency when we are not at home. Arpita saha from godrej prakriti office cannot give me any tentative date for the installation of the intercom facility. We were supposed to get the concealed wiring, which they have done however when we tried to install ac, geasar, microwave, footlamp. We found there is no wire inside. They have asked us to complete the wiring and install new set of switches as they are not supposed to provide us with the same. I have never come across this kind of poor quality services from so called brand godrej properties. They have really put a question mark on their brand and can not be compared with other brands like lodha etc. The kind of property provided by them seems to be similar to local builders. Please take some action against the service provided by godrej prakriti site office staff who are not proactive. They are not providing services as promised to their customers. Mr.Palash Das, Niladri and team had done the complete inspection of my apartment post my telephonic discussions with them. With regards to faulty AC switch I have been informed that new switch will be provided in the first week of June'2018. Team was proactive and had taken care of my concerns in timely manner.                                       Please enquire from mr abhijit aute, your staff at godrej infinity who is not replying to my queries in specific & conclusive terms and neither refunding a paltry sum of rs.25000/- paid as a token amount to block one of the flats in that complex. He price quoted for the flat was increased substantially only after making payment of the said amount with a very silly reason that they quoted price of another flat.
