I had done booking for a flat in godrej reflections (Sarjapur, banglore).
Flat details : c-904, 3 bhk flexi (1494 sq, ft) 9th floor in c wing at godrej reflections

It has been one and half months from the booking now and i do not see any progress in the registration process. An i tried to reach the customer care and it is of no use.
I even sent an email for the cancellation and no response to that aswell

I have booked an apartment at godrej meridien with booking amount of rs.1, 00, 000, i have informed next day morning that i am not going ahead with project due to financial outflows are not matching with our budget.

None of the terms states booking amount will be forfeited/ cancellation and they have not informed during discussion regarding incase of cancellation. We never informed us that if we wish to withdraw then this amount...

Just a week after moving into my new flat in godrej e city, the wall behind the door got cracked and the magnet came out of the wall.

I did raise this issue with the facilities team and they are least bothered to help.

This is the response from the godrej e city facility manager mr. Lakshman
"sir the person responsible is not ready to work, we cannot force him to work".

I moved in to a new flat in godrej e city, bangalore.in two days the magnet behind the main door came out of the cement.

I wrote a complaint in the complaint register to fix this issue. No body turned up. I called up the managers to help on this issue, nobody really seems to be interested in rectifying the issue.

It has now been more than a week. I need an urgent solution on this....

Ihave booked flat in godrej24 and at the time of booking it was informed that gst discount will pass on to customers once the construction will start. But when i contacted the godrej24 team they informed me the discount is already given to me at the time of booking. This is completely misleading and every time i am getting different responses from the team since last 10 days....

I have recently moved to a new flat which i bought in godrej e city.
However i'm disappointed that after paying all the amount on time, i get a western toilet which has a very big cement mark on it.

I tried cleaning the toilet multiple times however the marks are not getting removed.

I request you to get the toilet replaced as nobody would expect to buy a damaged product.

I got my possession on nov 2017, however basement parking was not ready until yesterday which i had to call and chase and then i was informed that its partially ready. I have booked flat in godrej 24 on pre launch day, april 28th, 2017 by paying rs. 1, 000, 00 as token amount. As of now there is no agreement or sale deed has been made between me and builder.

Due to personal reasons, when i contacted godrej 24 to cancel my booking, they are saying, there is no refund policy from godrej and entire amount (1 lac) will be forfeited and considered as a cancellation charges.
