We booked flat a-1203 in godrej reflection. Due to personal reason we had to cancel the booked flat for which we wrote email before the due date for payment of 1st installment (30th june, 2018). Even after that email i kept getting reminder emails for payment to which i replied many times and requested for refund of the booking amount paid i. E rs. 1.00 lac (Paid in may, 2018).

For the booking amount paid i didnt receive any invoice and even agreement was not signed for the flat. When i mentioned this in my email, i was surprised that i received tax invoice and reminder for payment of first installment, to which again i replied regarding cancellation of booked flat and refund of booking amount. After this i got call from godrej for payment of 1st installment to whom i again explained the entire matter, your executive said sr. Manager will get in touch with you as its is cancellation of property. After which i never received any communication from your company.

I am highly disappointed by the way my matter is handled and no one has replied regarding refund of the booking amount.

I want my rs. 1.00 lac to be refunded at earliest as i cancelled the flat and no agreement was signed for the same.

Please look into the matter.

    I have booked flat in godrej properties, godrej tranquil kandivali, mumbai on pre launch day, july, 2017 by paying rs 99, 000 as token amount through square yards real estate llc at dubai. As of now there is no agreement or sale deed has been made.

    Due to personal reasons, when i contacted godrej to cancel my booking, they are saying, there are saying entire amount rs 99, 000 will be forfeited.
    Please assist to get refund of my booking amount.

      I have booked flat in godrej, the suites-godrej golf links sector 27, greater noida on pre launch day, june, 2017 by paying rs 1, 50, 000 as token amount through square yards real estate llc at dubai. As of now there is no agreement or sale deed has been made.

        My flat is pinecrest a-104. I have terrace flat for which i was given verbal approval at the time of flat booking by sales person.
        When i started building shed fm team stopped it by given written notice that ' built shed only with provided design, do not built any permanent structure and requesting to adhere to the provided design and create structure which is based on that design only. So i followed them and sent back by taking a loss of inr 20000. (50000 worth of material were brought in to built the shed, but to follow instructions i had to cancel the deal with vendor and took up loss of 20000 inr which i paid as advance). After a month of denial i observed that other team member of other block with terrace started building the shed with totally opposite design also with brick construction on terrace. I immediately brought same in to notice with jll and ggc representatives - total 8 people but nobody cared to reply. After a week that construction progressed to completion stage. Same shed design i proposed earlier for which i sent all materials back. When i spoke with head - jll mr. Paras he denied me to give written confirmation to built the same design shed which i requested earlier and which other flat owner already built it.

        So i find no policy is there and if so it is not equal for every flat owners. Being a sincere follower of written instructions i had to bear inr 20000 by following jll's instructions.

        First image is what jll send earlier.
        Second, third and fourth are other flat owner already built the shed by making brick, using iron rods and galvenized steel. I was denied this design earlier for which

        What can i do now. Verbally they are telling me to start the shed design of my choice but not giving me any written approval and apology. Also i am demanding my monetary loss which i had to bear because of jll.

          I was made a booking at sky garden tower - 10 godrej viha badalapur, kharwai. Booking no. Gvt10a0905. I have paid rs. 45000/- as token amount and rs. 469, 683.34 /- further on date 24/11/2017.

          I have cancelled above booking and send many email but till date 12/09/2018 i have not recived my money.

          Kindly look in to this matter and arrange to return my money.

            At the time of booking q4 dec2013 they informed metro is to come on bt road and charged premium. But it turned out that the metro extension proposal was already scrapped by then by mamta govt and godrej still fooled around customers who thought godrej is a reliable household brand and no reason to be suspicious.

            Handover was by q2 or q3 2015. We are at the end of q3 2018. No firm date of handover as of yet. What they say is we will see in dec2018.

            Being an out-stationer i relied on phone call to get updates and every time in last 3 years they gave one excuse or the another for inordinate delay and the promises that now the things are on fast track and will be handed over soon but all was fake.

            Here let me add that i don't have enough reasons to think that their failure on annapurna was anything about cheating on money.. Perhaps it is all about very bad management and administration that could not cope up with the usual obstacles that comes with any such project. Well, will get to know of their money related intentions and integrity once the handover process starts and we start to live in the building. I only wish that the overall management and maintenance of the community and the facilities are of excellent quality that makes us forget about all the problems we faced in last 4-5 years and gives us the sense of 'all is well that ends well' however during my recent short trip to the premise have heard about some mutation related problem after the handover in the community's other towers where unjustified amount of money is being charged and some threats from people of influence. Don't know how far it is true but surely this worries me.

              Dear sir,
              I have booked flat in sept 2011, promised as per agreement to deliver
              On june 2015. It is godrej properties ltd in kolkata. I paid 70% but now they are offering possession, i am demanding delay possession interest/compensation of my 70% paid amount but not responding. I paid that money from sbi home loan with 9.75% interest and took loan of 20% initial payment from personal bank fd with 11.75% in 2011.
              I have already face to face discussed and served notice by registered post 13 times till 01/2016 to till date 08/2018 (Copies are with me)
              Please guide me how can i get back interest of paid amount.

                On 15th aug, 2018, i paid a token amount 1 lakh inr for booking a 2 bhk in tower 2 of godrej emerald project, situated at gb road thane, maharashtra. The token amount was paid through a card swipe. Due to personal reasons the next day i. E. 16th aug, 2018 which is barely 18 hours of paying the token amount i expressed the need to cancel the booking by calling up the sales representative over a telephonic conversation. I followed it up with an email as well in few minutes to the sales representation. I was asked to come down to the booking site for a face to face meeting on 18th aug, 2018. During the meeting, a senior executive told me blatantly that the token amount will be forfeited upon cancellation. I would like to understand the draconian policy which the builder is applying to forfeit someone's hard earned money even though the cancellation request came in 18 hours. I am certain that the unit will be sold to someone else post the cancellation procedure and godrej will be in profit not only by getting the price of the only but also forgetting my money. It's the consumer who has to suffer the loss due to a change of mind due to circumstances. I would request the appropriate authority to take notice of this case and assist me in getting my money back.

                  As per the agreement if i was not going to take the property (Godrej elements) godrej will refund the token amount of 1l rs in 45 days. After 45 days and so many conversation and mail threads they promised me to refund that amount on or before 13th august. Now there is no communication from that side and they only give you false promises rather than returning your money back. They only call you when they want to take your money. I have to suffer to take my money back

                    My name is sanjeev and have done booking of flat in godrej vihaa badlapur about 2 years back. Have been paying all demands coming at various stage of construction for my flat. And from last year 2017 july onward builder has started applying gst charges, but still till date builder has not given input tax credit.. I have been following with various person in godrej property by writing emails and calling them but still itc credit amount is not given and continue to charge gst.
                    I request for attention to get input tax credit on gst charged by builder.

                      I had booked a flat in under construction project named elements in hinjewadi, pune. However due to some personal reason i have cancelled the booking. It has been almost two weeks and have not received my refund. The representative does not reply to email as well. I had a very hard time as the representative tried to intimidate saying the booking amount will be forfeited.

                        I had booked a token amount of 1 lakh for priority booking in Godrej Elements Hinjewadi Pune project. However, I requested for a cancellation on June 23rd and opted for a refund as I had other plans.

                        I was told that I would get the full refund within 20 days, before buying the token, if i decided not to go ahead with the buying of the flat. After I decided to not go ahead and asked for a refund I was told I would get the refund in 45 days. It's been almost 60 days now and no signs of refund.

                        Godrej is supposed to be a trusted brand but the manner in which sales representatives are fooled us in committing early. This makes one think something is wrong.

                        I have mailed them but there is no reply from the crm guys, and the sales representative always replies back, after a number of calls, saying that there are some technical issues.
                        Well if there are technical issues with some people’s applications then then the others should not have to wait.

                          I have very bad experience related to Godrej Element. I booked the unit in J1 tower the said project based on the floor plan printed on Godrej element brochure showed to me by sales team but later on found that floor plan as per approved blue print is different which was shared by CRM team.

                          Do not understand how false information is shared with customer for the RERA registered project.

                          When I complained for securing booking based on wrong representation of floor plan, none of the responsible heads are giving the satisfactory reasons.

                          Further when I asked for refund of booking amount paid to them then none of the team member is giving proper response and lagging the issue in name of one or other.

                          Also they do not give timely response to the customer grievances once I paid them the booking amount.

                          I want refund of my money that was secured by Godrej element team based in wrong information, brochure presented and shared to us.

                            I had booked a token amount of 1 lakh for priority booking in godrej elements hinjewadi pune project. However, i requested for a cancellation on june 23rd and request for refund multiple time & sent mails & tried calling sales representatives, but not yet received any response.

                            I invested considering godrej as trusted brand, but the way they are following the processes is very disappointing.

                            Promise date of refund was within 45 days. It's been more than 45 days now, still waiting for the refund.

                                Hi Team,

                                I had booked a token amount of 1 lakh for priority booking in Godrej Elements Hinjewadi Pune project. However, I requested for a cancellation on June 23rd and opted for a refund as I had other plans.

                                I was told that I would get the refund within 15 days before buying the token. After I decided to not go ahead and asked for a refund I was told I would get the refund in 45 days. It's been almost 50 days now and no signs of refund.

                                Godrej is supposed to be a trusted brand but the manner in which sales reps are fooling the buyers in committing early refund dates while buying tokens that they do not adhere to is very disappointing.
                                I would think twice and also advise others to think twice before buying tokens as my 1 lakh is stuck now and no one cares to respond to my emails.
                                Request you to arrange for a refund asap as I have followed up multiple times to get back my own money.

                                Hi,

                                As was committed by your sales rep on 7th August (post the earlier committed deadline of 45 days), the refund amount should have been credited into my account by last week but still it's pending and getting further delayed. I just spoke with your customer care representative and was told that I will have to further wait till 31st August which will be more than 2 months then to expect my refund credited.

                                Request you to arrange for a cheque that I can collect from your office in person as this seems to be going on forever with no resolution.
                                Thanks for responding as I finally got a call now. Please note that all my concerns will be addressed only after the amount is credited into my account. Shall wait. Thanks.

                                  I would like to bring it to your notice that i had paid rs 2, 00, 000/- against booking of 2 flats for priority number in godrej properties in sector 150, noida dated 05th june’18. Before booking of the priority number it has been informed to us that the same is refundable and if due to any reason you don’t want to process further the same would be refunded within 7-10 days. However, in spite of passage of more 90 days i havent received neither the refund, nor any proper communication regarding refund of same.

                                  I am constantly in touch with their sales representative at godrej meridian mr sidhart, however, he hasn't been responding positively on same.

                                  Request if the payment could be expedited.

                                    i have taken godrej 21 elements token sum of 1 lac in 17th June 2018 and we decided to not to go with the deal on 22nd June 2018 as the expected price went really up. As per promise the refund of amount should be process within 45 days. I m still following up with Godrej properties.

                                    Thanks for response. I have already mailed all details in mentioned email id as we’ll continuously called representative pf godrej with whom initially i had word. I m snot getting proper response for same.

                                    As per communication 45 days are also been over. Please help me with this issue.

                                      I have a flat booked in godrej - eternity, bangalore. At the time of booking, tentative schedule is provided in which 3rd installment is to be paid in nov 18. But without giving any prior information, invoice is sent 3 months in advance for payment in aug 18. It is understandable of schedule a couple of days +/- but not 3 months, that too without any prior information. I plan my installment payments based on the tentative schedule. But this surprise has put me in hardship. I will be able to pay only as per schedule (+/- a few days). As i need to arrange funds. I am worried whether this happens for further installments also.
                                      Please provide updated schedule immediately.
                                      I get a casual reply from your concerned authorities at bangalore for my concern without providing convincing reply.

                                        Adjustable invoice after compensation deduction for delay possession.

                                        Kind attn: sh arun burman
                                        Sub: adjustable invoice after compensation deduction for delay possession of godrej prakriti, kapilash unit 1405 for the period of 01/07/2015 to 20/07/2018.

                                        As per face to face discussion on 19th june 2018 at 11.20 am to 1.15pm with mr. Arun burman, m/s godrej properties ltd, marketing office, 187 f/1, b. T. Road, sodepur, kolkata – 700115 regarding inordinate delay possession, builder godrej pvt. Ltd respondent will provide late possession compensation @ 14 % as per exiting apex court sc order on 18th february, 2018 and will raise adjustable invoice.
                                        I have not received adjustable invoice till date. However, i already served twice notice about interest of paid amount and rented accommodation charges for delay possession of builder owner dated 13th january, 2016 and 18th october, 2016 via registered speed post and e-mail communication dated 28th march, 2017 and 22 feb, 2018.
                                        Please adjust following three charges and raise adjustable invoice earliest:
                                        1. Interest of paid amount rupees twenty five lakh thirty six thousand and forty six only (Rs.25, 36, 046/-) for the period of 01/07/2015 to 20/07/2018 @ 14% is rs. 13, 84, 996/- (As per hon’ble supreme court order, 2017).
                                        2. Waive of additional added gst charge with invoice (As it implies for only delay possession)
                                        3. Rental quantified rs.5, 18, 000/-for housing rent for last 37 [protected]@rs.14, 000/-per month
                                        Total adjustable amount (Rs. 13, 84, 996 + 5, 18, 000) = rs. 19, 02, 996/-
                                        I have not received any reply/response for your end till now. We are looking forward adjustable invoice for final registration.
