Godrej — washing machine not working since we purchased

I had purchased a godrej washing machine on 15 feb 2017. From date of purchase it is working properly. I had complained many times to the customer support but the service agent is responding us. He abuses us for the service and say do whatever you want to do. They ask visiting charge for every visit. I had complained for the service provider and mail to the company regarding this issue but there is no response from company also.
