My father had invested rs.1000 in the form of a bond on my name when i was a baby in golden forests limited, account no. 01/9/lsc789482. It got matured on 11th september 2018. I am unable to find a solution how to claim the amount, and couldn't find any office of golden forests near to my locality where it existed in past. Can some please assist me how to claim the matured amount as i would like to claim.

Would like to solve the issue regarding filling of claim form details in the start section. I am lalita dhansukhlal rana (Depositor), holding a account in golden forests (India) limited (Gfil limited) bearing the account no: 01/9/lcc133922 14/268. After filling all my details and submitting the details in the first section, i'm unable to move to the next section where it is generating a pop-up message as account number is invalid and shows name/amount/receipt number mismatch sometimes... We had invested rs: 10000/- (Jointly) with golden forests india ltd vide receipt no; 97/211982 dated: 09/09/1997, account no: 01/9/lsc763670 in the names of 1. Nitin gupta s/o sh. Ashok kumar gupta 2. Ashok kumar gupta s/o sh. Jado rai.
The above details were filled in the claim form on the company web site on 29 oct 2018 but the same is not accepted by the web site. The claim could not be registered with gfil as the complaint was filled on 10.03.2003 before the president, distt consumer dispute redressal form ambala against golden forests (India) ltd but it was pending because disputed case with the govt.
Request golden forest india ltd committee (As fixed by the hon’ble supreme court) to help us to settle the issue.

Hon’bl supreme court had ordered for release of 75% of basic amount invested with golden forest and claims for the same were invited by golden forest committee up to 31 st oct2018. Accordingly golden forest committee had engaged a reputed agency named karvy computer share for making payment to such claimants as per hon”bl supreme court order within stipulated period. It is heartenting to note that karvy computer share successfully implemented the scheme immediately after receipt of all claims during oct.2018. As such the orders of hon’bl supreme court side by side with prompt compliance by golden forest committee and karvy computer share is really commendable.
It is evident that the date of registration of such claims was further extended indefinetly beyond 31 st oct 2018 keeping in view the fact that huge amount was still left with committee.
It is therefore requested that golden forest committee may kindly consider the following suggestions in claimaint’s interest.
1. May assess/put forth the facts and figures of claims received, amount disbursed and balance funds available with the committee / karvy before honb’l supreme court of india suggesting/ seeking orders for release of balance 25% of investors/claimaint’s invested amount and a part of interest amount subject to availability of funds.
2. May consider further steps to be taken for speedy disposal of remaining assets of golden forest to cope with remaining liabilities/assets piled up manifold during a long period of about 20 years.
Any such action taken expediciously will be remarkable for the claimaint’s who had already suffered a lot.
