My father(Mr. Bankat Pallod) have invested in Golden Forest (India) Limited in my name Pooja Pallod an amount of One thousand(Rs.1, 000) rupees in the 5/12/1995 for the maturity of Rs.1, 01, 000 (One Lakh One Thousand Rupees)in the 5/12/2016, I went to bank today they are not helping me out till today no amount is received, Don't know how we will get. Pls help & mail me how to get this valuable hard earned money of my father.

Hi There,

I want to seek redressal for the investment of Rs. 4, 000 made in Golden Forest India Limited in the year 1996. The maturity of the units is in Feb-2017. I am aware that a case is currently being heard in Supreme Court. I have not deposited the documents any where, please suggest if I need to submit my claim to some authority or committee.
Can you suggest me how to get the maturity amount and whom to contact for this.

I would appreciate a quick and satisfactory response.

With reference to your receipt no. Ls/96/19235 issue date 4/2/1996 by golden forests with personal discussion, we agreed and i have paid rs.1000/- to you. For the above reference receipt you have also mentioned the maturity. The maturity date is 11/12/2016 and the matured amount you have mentioned is rs. 1, 01, 000/- as per in the given cheque holding the c/d a/c 17022 in union bank of india.

Hence i request you to forward the updates of the above issue as soon as possible.

The payments of cheque no. CA/21 083641 for Rs. 25785/- in the name of Manohar Lal Verma S/O Shri Kanwar Bhan & 083644 for Rs. 44973/- in the name of Adarsh Mohan S/O Dr. M. L.Verma, both from SBI Patiala could not be made due to insufficient funds. On receipt of letter No. GFIL/HQ/2000/1080 dated 28.6.2000 in response to my letter dated 14.6.2000, the original cheques were sent to MD of Golden forests for issue of fresh cheques which were not issued/received till date. The matter was raised in Lok Adalat under Delhi Legal Services Authority, which issued necessary notice to Director GFIL vide ref. LA(138)/DLSA/03 dated 07.02.2003 with the request to appear before Member Secretary DLSA on 02.04.2003. The matter was disposed off by mentioning that the dispute is already under the Consideration of the Supreme Court Appointed Committee dealing with the entire episode of GFIL.

I have lost the hope of getting anything back. Hon supreme court is also dragging the matter so long that it seems they are incapable to distribute the property. They are waiting when the property rate will go high, they will sell it and distribute it.

It is very easy for a company to grab the money and make it mess.

I have a strong hope that Mr. Modi can do something quickly on this matter. After all, this is a biggest scam and many investors are frustrated and died in the due course. Please raise the voice so high that it can reach to our respected PM.

Rs.97000/- was invested in 1997 and 1998 with a maturity period is passed away As the case against the company was heard across various courts, the matter was finally transferred to the Supreme Court. Four years ago, the apex court appointed a committee under the chairmanship of retired chief justice RN. Agarwal, with two members, one each from the Reserve Bank of India and Sebi, for the purpose of taking into custody all the assets of Golden Forest and calling for claims of creditors and scrutinizing them. The court later asked the committee to auction all the assets of the company so that the investors could be repaid.I submitted all original documents on 4/12/2004 to Committee headed by justice R.N.Agarwal before 9 years back but no response received so far.
Will you issue a list of the persons registered for the claim, so that at least the investors will be sured that he is included in the list also display the amount which will be paid to him when the Honb. Supreme Court is ready to do that.

Not received maturity amount

We have started investment in the year of 1996 on dated 21/09 with the amount of Rs. 500 per month for 5 years. My account no. is GRA1396 and Enrollment no. is 815888. The maturity date and amount of the investment was 21/9/2001 and Rs. 55000, after so many communications and they replied to submit original documents of the investment to particular address, after that we have contacting many times with them but there is no response against the same. We have all the copies of all documents with receipt and courier receiving receipt where we have sent the documents.
we need to register our complaint refund my amount with interest.

So please do needful and intimate us for further communications.
