Rs.202000/- was issued but now in July 2016 when I approached my banker, they refused to entertain my cheque being delayed above 3 months. The Co. had failed and its whereabouts are not known. Kindly advise me what to do ?

As Per company people we have submitted all documents that required for the claim release but till now nothing received and phone no. which we was communicating are not responding now to us. Please look into this urgently,
