We have invested rs. 5000 / - vide receipt no. 97 / 263132 dt 12 / 11 / 1997 zone 3.

In teh said receipt teh company has promised toreturn :
- after 5 yrs rs. 10, 000 / - ; - after 10 yrs rs. 10, 000 / - ;
- after 15 yrs rs. 10, 000 / - ;
- after 20 yrs rs. 10, 000 / - ;
- after 25 yrs rs. 15, 000 / - .
Howver teh company failed to respond to various emails and letters and didnt respond when time came for refund.

We shall request you to retrun our hard earned money at an early date.

My father (Mr.Kuldeep Chand) has invested since October 1996 but unfortunately we came to know about in 1998 or 1999 that the Golden Forest is no more in market. We all were very disappointed but there is always a hope remain in every one's heart that it can not happen. I was very younger that time but today I am working with a company at Gurgaon and trying to settle here. I came to know one year back the matter that Mr.Syal is fighting for his right in Hon.Supreme Court. On that basis, I can assure that there is an unbreakable believe in the hearts of people for Supreme court. The court will definitely give its judgement and the things will be settled at their places. But we require money on urgent basis that's why request you to please do the needful. Dear Sir My Father (Satish Kumar Verma) had invested the hard earned money in the name of my mother (Raj Rani), sister (Kanika Verma), himself (Satish Kumar Verma) & myself ( Sourabh Verma). Hello, My dad invested some money in golden forest India limited and I have check of 2, 22, 000 with maturity date 05/04/2020. But problem is company closed in 2000. In the year 2004 The Hon’ble Supreme Court of India had appointed a committee to make a list of all the investors of G.F.I.L and to take over the assets of G.F.I.L. The Hon’ble Supreme Court of India had in 2010 transferred the case of G.F.I.L to the Hon’ble Delhi...

My all family members and friends had lodged all the claims due from Golden forests (India) limited to the SEBI WITH REQUEST that the COMPANY/RECEIVER /LIQUIDATOR ( as the case may be ) directed to make payment of the aforesaid Deposits along with interest due thereon in accordance with the Term and Conditions of the Deposit that further orders be passed as the SEBI may deem fit in the circumstances of the case. This type of letter along with the photocopy of all the deposits receipts were sent on 20/01/2005 but regret to say no acknowledgement were received from them in respect of all the claims. Now as per telephonic talks I had on 15/12/2014 with the Committee members of liquidator fresh claims can not be lodged since all the documents is sealed by the Supreme Court, in this case how we may be assured that our proper claims is already lodged with the liquidator committee members. All the lodged claims should be uploaded on its Web site so that every claimant may get its confirmation. On the other hand All the Depositors registers/hard copies must have been acquired by the committee before taking charge so they must have detail records i.e. all records of Assets and Liabilities to disburse real claimant of their own source. In case any depositors could not lodge their claims they must be informed individually.
