Sir, I surekha maheshwari invested Rs.1000/ in golden forests (india) ltd. Dtd. 08 / 10 / 1999 as a first instalment of rs. 4500 / - . Total six instalments (Rs. 27000 / - ) could be deposited. Date of last instalment is 20 / 11 / 2000. I had also notified / requested them thro' post office registry with a / d dtd. 17 / 12 / 2004. I also got acknoledgement with a stamp of' office of the committee - gfil;. . . By supreme court of india;. . . Jharmri, patiala. All documents are still with me in the hope of return. Name of marketing member enrollment no. - - 678098; bokaro steel city (Jharkhand) . 2) rs10000 for 5 yrs on (2/11/1996) .The matured amount is rs30000.(16/4/2003).Post dated cheque no. Is 05/95 no.2595750
3)my wife sudesh has rs1000 on (16/4/1997) for 6yrs .The matured amount i s rs3000(By 16/4/2003) cheque no. Ca/[protected]
4) also she has invested rs 18000(17/4/1997).The matured amount is rs21, 060.The maurity date is( 17/4/1998)reciept no. 147825
The matter has been reported to seby also in august 2000.
Kindly include my name in the list of chairman commitee appointed by supreme court.

Sir, I invested Rs. 1000/ in golden forest on 28/03/1995 whose account no is 01/9/LSD41752 & D/plan no.is 16/20 L/S, enrolment no is 56258 & they issued a maturity amount cheque of Rs.80000 / dated 28/03/2015 but when we presented cheque in bank the heque bounced so now what should I do so that I can get my money my name is veena maheshwari d/o sh R.L.Chechani 1-b-34 old housing board shastri nagar bhilwara RAJASTHAN

We have invested rs. 5000 / - vide receipt no. 97 / 263132 dt 12 / 11 / 1997 zone 3.

In teh said receipt teh company has promised toreturn :
- after 5 yrs rs. 10, 000 / - ; - after 10 yrs rs. 10, 000 / - ;
- after 15 yrs rs. 10, 000 / - ;
- after 20 yrs rs. 10, 000 / - ;
- after 25 yrs rs. 15, 000 / - .
Howver teh company failed to respond to various emails and letters and didnt respond when time came for refund.

We shall request you to retrun our hard earned money at an early date.

We all were very disappointed but there is always a hope remain in every one's heart that it can not happen. I was very younger that time but today I am working with a company at Gurgaon and trying to settle here. I came to know one year back the matter that Mr.Syal is fighting for his right in Hon.Supreme Court. On that basis, I can assure that there is an unbreakable believe in the hearts of people for Supreme court. The court will definitely give its judgement and the things will be settled at their places. But we require money on urgent basis that's why request you to please do the needful. Updated by vicky80 My father (Mr.Kuldeep Chand) has invested in October-96 but unfortunately, we came to know about it just after two years of investment i.e. in 1998 or may be in 1999 that the Golden Forest is no more in market. We all were very disappointed & were wandering here and there to find out the truth. We caught the agent and asked him about the matter, he was also answer less so we could not even told to anyone that we also have invested in Golden Forest, but there was a hope in our hearts that may be the things would be settled and money will be given back by the owners. I was very younger that time but today I am working with a company at Gurgaon and trying to settle here. I came to know one year back the matter that Mr.Syal is fighting for his right in Hon. Supreme Court. On that basis, I can assure that there is an unbreakable believe in the hearts of people for Supreme court. The court will definitely give its judgement and the things will be settled at their places.
