Dear Sir, I invested in the Golden forest (India) limited with the following 4(four) nos. investmentment made in 'Land unit of Golden forest (India) under 'lump sum investment unit plan' in the name of Swapan Das for 3.5 years at Calcutta branch. I have submitted all the 'original certificates/acknowledgement receipt in response of press advertisement to the ...Chairman Committee – Golden Forest (India) Limited (Appointed by The Hon’ble Supreme Court of India ) on 25.10.04. (1) Rs.5000/- on 25.04.98 with the Certificate no.841119 and Receipt no. LS/98/61782 dt. 19.05.98 (Maturity Amount Rs. 10000/- Matured on. 25.10.01) (2) Rs.5000/- on 21.07.98 with the Certificate no.948860 and Receipt no. LS/98/95558 dt. 18.08.98 (Maturity Amount Rs. 10000/- Matured on. 21.01.02) (3) Rs.28000/- on 06.11.98 with the Certificate no.26668 and Receipt no. LS/98/126530 dt. 17.12.98 (Maturity Amount Rs. 56000/- Matured on. 06.05.02) (4) Rs.20000/- on 13.03.01 vide 'Acknowledgement slip' no. 017609 B dt.13.03.01 from the Chamber Office at Lenin Sarani, Kolkata through marketing member Mrs. Mili Mukherjee, Enrollment no. 465467 (Maturity Amount Rs.40000/- Matured on. 13.09.04) . Myself Airmelin Pereira invested Rs 5, 000.00 as a fixed deposit at Golden Forest in the Year 1997. I was supposed to get the double amount in the year 2012. But till today I have not received my deposit amount from the company.

Sir I have remitted an amount of Rs.5000/- on 21/01/2000 vide enrolment No 863269. The Maturity date was on 21/07/2003 and the maturity value is Rs.10000/-. But till date I have not received any response from the company. My Account No is 01/09/LCC25175503/129099.

Till now i have not received anything whereas as per the ''dainik bhaskar'' hindi news paper dated[protected] i have sent my orginal certificate along with the claim application to " chairman committee golden forest (India) limited, appointed by the supremme court, main building vill, po. Jhermandi, via laldu, chandigarh ambala naional highway-22, tehsil derabasi, dist. Patiyala, pin-1400501. But till now i have not got anything.

I have deposited 2000 rupees in GOLDEN FOREST INDIA LTD in year of[protected] . the account number is :01-9-LSC658416 .the name of the depositer is PACHIPULUSU GIRIDHAR. In year of 2000 when company stopped its normal function and case was under supreme courts of india, then all the original papers were submitted to committee under RN agrawal ( retd supreme court Judge), Now almost 10 years passed but there is no refund made by the committee. I wanted to ask whether hard money of the investors shall be paid back. Once company is having land and other assets worth 10000 crores it is very easy to sell off by open offer to companies like Reliance, Tata etc to pay back money. Please do the need full at the earliest.

Reference letter to The Chairman Committe-GIL (Appointed by Supreme Court of India) dt[protected].

Many investors have invested in golden forest (india) limited through my enrolment. As per decision of Hon'ble Supreme Court of India, all the certificates of all investors in my enrolment, have been forwarded to the Committee for payment in the year 2000. But so far no payment has been disbursed to the investors although 12 years have already been elapsed. As per the reference above, all the maturity amount will be start in the year 2009, but still we are awaiting that our labourious money will be started. All the investors are coming to my home and quarelled with me in front of general public and in my family members so that I can not so my face. .

Requested for your necessary action please.

An early action in this matter may be intimated so that I will inform my investors and they will be cool.

My Father had invested Rs. 10,000/- in Golden Projects Limited in Year 1997.He has received Receipt Cum Allotment Letter whose details are as under:- Details :- Allotment Letter No.:- 97/70245 Issue date: 10/10/1997 St. Date:- 08/10/1997 Enrollment no.:- 785036 He has also received a cheque no. 0017226 amounting Rs.30,000 dated 18/09/2002 but not credited in my father's account. Need Official address of Company : Golden Projects Limited (Delhi Location) for re-issuance of cheque if possible or any other necessary measure which can be taken to get money back
