The certificate issued aganist the invested amount bearing no.1316229, receipt no. Ls/99/18354 dated 18/03/1999, st no. Mrr-1392/999928, st date10/02/1999. Maturity date 04/02/2000.
Till now i have not received anything whereas as per the ''dainik bhaskar'' hindi news paper dated[protected] i have sent my orginal certificate along with the claim application to " chairman committee golden forest (India) limited, appointed by the supremme court, main building vill, po. Jhermandi, via laldu, chandigarh ambala naional highway-22, tehsil derabasi, dist. Patiyala, pin-1400501. But till now i have not got anything.
So you are requested that pease help me to get my money back.

I have deposited 2000 rupees in GOLDEN FOREST INDIA LTD in year of[protected] . the account number is :01-9-LSC658416 .the name of the depositer is PACHIPULUSU GIRIDHAR. In year of 2000 when company stopped its normal function and case was under supreme courts of india, then all the original papers were submitted to committee under RN agrawal ( retd supreme court Judge), Now almost 10 years passed but there is no refund made by the committee. I wanted to ask whether hard money of the investors shall be paid back. Once company is having land and other assets worth 10000 crores it is very easy to sell off by open offer to companies like Reliance, Tata etc to pay back money. Please do the need full at the earliest.

Reference letter to The Chairman Committe-GIL (Appointed by Supreme Court of India) dt[protected].

Many investors have invested in golden forest (india) limited through my enrolment. As per decision of Hon'ble Supreme Court of India, all the certificates of all investors in my enrolment, have been forwarded to the Committee for payment in the year 2000. But so far no payment has been disbursed to the investors although 12 years have already been elapsed. As per the reference above, all the maturity amount will be start in the year 2009, but still we are awaiting that our labourious money will be started. All the investors are coming to my home and quarelled with me in front of general public and in my family members so that I can not so my face. .

Requested for your necessary action please.

An early action in this matter may be intimated so that I will inform my investors and they will be cool.

My Father had invested Rs. 10,000/- in Golden Projects Limited in Year 1997.He has received Receipt Cum Allotment Letter whose details are as under:- Details :- Allotment Letter No.:- 97/70245 Issue date: 10/10/1997 St. Date:- 08/10/1997 Enrollment no.:- 785036 He has also received a cheque no. 0017226 amounting Rs.30,000 dated 18/09/2002 but not credited in my father's account. Need Official address of Company : Golden Projects Limited (Delhi Location) for re-issuance of cheque if possible or any other necessary measure which can be taken to get money back

I had filed the following complaint on July 18, 2013. -------I have invested Rs 50,000/- in Golden Forests India Limited, registered head office at- SCO[protected], Golden Complex, Manimajra, Chandigarh (UT) - 160101 under account number 01/9/LCC30442, 02/40613 on 24/11/1998, receipt no 98/175865 dt. 12/12/1998. The maturity (value Rs 1,00,000/- and insurance value Rs 1,00,000/-) date was 16/05/2002 with enrollment number 1349633. Neither have I received any amount of money on maturity, nor any communication from the management of Golden Forests India Limited. There was a newspaper notification ( in The Indian Express) dt 25th Oct, 2004 stating that the Honorable Supreme Court of India has vide its orders dt. 19th Aug 2004 appointed a committee under the chairmanship of Justice R N Aggarwal (Chief Justice Retd) to take all the assets of Golden Forests India Limited into their custody, realize the assets, call for claims of creditors, scrutinize them and submit a report to the court within six months. The chairman of the committee asked the investors to submit their claim as per the format given in the notification. As per the format, I have submitted my claim along with the original receipts given by Golden Forests India Limited in 2004, by registered post. This is my hard earned money. I am a middle class man and have suffered a lot financially. In spite of 9 years, my claim has not been settled so far. Now I am retired from my services, M/s Electronics Corporation of India Ltd (ECIL), and am a senior citizen, aged 66 years. I don't have any provision in the public sector. Hence, it is much difficult for me to feed hand to mouth to my family and myself. Moreover, I am a diabetic patient, I have to spend a lot of money on medical expenses. Hence, I request you to pursue the matter with the committee appointed by the Honorable Supreme Court of India and please see to it that my maturity amount will be settled at the earliest possible time, so that I can able to feed myself and my family with the amount I receive with your intervention and pursuance. Otherwise, it is most difficult for me to survive with the family and there is no meaning if it is not settled in my lifetime as per the direction of the Supreme Court, and it would be a gross injustice on the part of the GFIL for no fault of mine ( I invested with good faith in the system). I once again humbly request your good self to see to it that my hard earned money is returned at the earliest possible time, for which act of kindness and sympathy towards the senior citizen, I will be grateful to you in my life.

As such we came to know that the company has been shut down and that no one is entitling to look for the same
