Dear sir / madum

I've invested amount of 19,000/- on monthly basis, for every month we used to pay 1000/- for 19 months from 22-12-97 to 24-5-99. My application number is GRA11946.

My amount maturity date is 20/12/2002 under enrolment no. 92403. I've not received any amount till now.

Can some one please look into this issue as soon as possible.

NON RECIPT OF MATURED AMOUNT....

Dear SIR
My Mother and Father have invested rs.10,000/= each for a period of 5 years under Golden project ltd.regd.office chandigarh.ext-nh22, chanigarh-delhi highway, near ambala, teh.rajpura, dist.patiala(punjab) ..

acordingly the company had issued recpit com alotment letter and a post dated cheque of. rs.30000/= each in favour of my parents as bellow details.

1.allotment letter No. AP 97/43425 and 97/ 43495 dt28/04/1997 s.t.no AP97-4228/999982 and AP97-4151/999982 dt.26/04/1997

2.We got two cheques .no.064373 dt.22/03/2002 o[censored]nion Bank of India,Sec-35C Chandigarh.

Sir i deposited both cheques in respective A/C but these cheques got bounced and the reason was as below:
RETURNED UNPAID FOR REASONS:

1) Refer to drawer in view of Failure/ default of golden projects Ltd to comply with order dated 17th March, 1998 of Hon'ble High Court of Punjab & Haryana at Chandigarh in CWP No. 18167/97 Subject to which we can entertain the cheques of investors for encashment.

2) List not provided by Golden Projects Limited.

I am very much surprised that why Consumer Court and RBI are keeping mum on this matter since 1998. Is it like anyone can make a company with great marketing plan and wipe out common man's hard earn money so easily. Is India really largest democratic country..... Hoping for positive response.

I am G. ammaji have invested 1000/- on the view of golden forest . a/c no :o1/9/Lsc273484, on behalf of venkata lakshmi for the maturity period of 11/12/2016.
as you said that ,after the maturity period the amount you said will be deposited in the ac/no : 171 please conform is it true or not..

Dear Sir, I am surprised to note that my Maturity amount of Rs10,000/-(Ten thousand only) vide Receipt no 97/173312, dated 04/11/1997 through agent Mr Sunil Sharma from Saharanpur, has not so far been remitted to me though eleven years have passed.
Please look into the matter personally and remit the cheque for the same with interest within 15 days positively.

My father has invested around 2 lac in Golden forest from various means, and now there is no company, no authoriy, the original documents are also sumitted way back in 2005, I have the photocopy of the documents submitted, but I don't think it is of any use. Government and supreme court still lingring on the case. What a customer should expect from such a system. I have heard that a comitte has be assingend for the settelement of returns of investors, but there is no intimation, inforamtion to the investors. Any one like to take blame on this part. The hard earned money will be back one day? I waiting for that miracle to happen.

.In these paper retaining by me , it is written that you will get return your money two times of invested money . But till date, I am unable to know about the current status of GFIL company. I, therefore, request to you to inform me the DATE upto which WE can get our BACK Money FROM GFIL & about status also.

Supremem Court of India had constituted a committee of Chairman Golden Forest Indi Ltd.main buildinng,V&PO Zharmadi via Lalru Chandigarh Ambala National HIgh way-22 Tehsil Derabassi Distt. Patiyala Punjab. This committee published a Public Notice in newspaper and advised to submit orginal documents for claim to the said committee for refund of the money.

we submitted claim and sent applications to Chairman Committee vide registered letter dated 6-1-2005

We also wrote our complaint to Prime Minister of India but no reply. We wrote to Member of Parliament late Manvendra shah and his personal secretary Mukesh kumar sent us a letter vide no. IPC/04-05/650 dated 28the December 2004 for acknowledgement of the complaint.

IRONY IS THAT STILL WE HAVE NOT RECEIVED OUR INVESTED MONEY.

So you are requested please make efforts to get refund of our money from Golden Forest India Ltd.

back in 1999 i invested in golden forest investment company as fixed deposit and it is already metured but this company was closed now.. and thier case is running in supreem court till date have not recieved the status of that case and my money please help me in this regard my contact e mail id is - [protected]@gmail.com

I have invested Rs 200 in 1995 and the policy will be matured in 2020 withthe maturity amount of Rs 444000.
My address has also been changed and I dont know how to inform them about my changed address.

They have also issued a post dated cheque. Cheque no is 0264784 dated 23/03/2020.

Please let me know about the status of my investment. Also, kindly clarify about the validity and geniunity of the post dated cheque.

I Am Pleased To Say You That My Father Invested Rs 1000.00 On 01/11/1994 In Golden Forest India Limited, In Company’s Plan 22/15 For 15 Years .The company Gave Me A Post Dated Cheque Of Rs 34000.00 While I Was Investing In The Compnay.After Maturity -Period Of 15 Years I Have Deposited The Cheque On 01/11/2009 & Cheque Was -Bounced Back. The Oriental Bank Of Commerce Give Me The Reason For This Bounce Cheque Was The Above Company (G.F.I.L) Is Closed.
So For That I Have Already Written The Application To The Company (G.F.I.L) That To Issue Me New Cheque Of Rs.34000.00 Instead Of Bounced Cheque. Though I Have Written Application To The Company (G.I.F.L) They Don’t Reply Me In This Matter Till Date.
So My Urge to You That Pleased Help Me in This Matter .Herewith I Have Enclosed The Copy Of Important Documents That Needed To Solved This Matter.
