I purchased a product from gonoise, thn it had some fault, so i returned back to company for repair, but soo many days spent and company do not giving my product to me. My complaint number is 13569. I want any action against company as soon as possible

    I have purchased the product on 4th july, received on 7th july. Right earbud was not working. So i raised the complaint on the noise website.
    They told be that they will give me a call back within 48 hours, call was not received. Then they again contacted me that call will come by 24 hours but it was not received. Its already 22 july. No appropriate response have been yet received.

    They don't even update me regarding the status of the complaint. I have to call them back again & again to know the status. There main team is unreachable as they don't even provide me with the contact details or email id of managers.

        Dear Team,

        its been observed this company is giving defective product is given and for a while i was not able to raise the complaint also i have written multiple mails but they have least bothered to revert or resolve the issue after some days i have written the mail to higher official immediately i had received the call from them i explained given product is not working and i am not able to raise the complaint, after the discussion they raised the complaint.

        i told i dont need this product because their products are not worthy and to refund they are not ready to refund or i told give any other product i dont want this product for that also they are not agreeing i told i will raise the issue in consumer forum they will help me, please help in getting the refund i dont need their product any more.

          I received a noise fit endure on june 5th and it was faulty unit so immediately raised a complaint & product got re-delivered back to noise on jun 15th, after testing noise found that they cannot fix the issue and they arranged a fresh unit which is not yet dispatched even after 45 days of waiting i am just lost my patience, worst ever company to trade.

              I have ordered noise pro colorfit watch on 8 th july 2020 but i didn't received my product so i complained them but not getting proper response from them. They are not responding properly notlr through email or by call. They are sending auto email. Not providing correct email address. So please take an action on them. They are fooling people with courier services that we cu stomers are not receiving our call and rejected.

                            This is the second time i am writing as the earbud has stopped working past 2 days which seems very disappointing, the last complaint was done as the charger console was having issues which were replaced and delivered.

                                My watch is suddenly off. After not start, no any physical damage no any other problem. Watch in my hand not suddenly off. Also put in charge but not a start. Watch not any problem.

                                    Noise shot x3 bass wireless headphone s with charging case i ordered 15 september 2019 and they stop working in month of november and i complained before also and my product they take for repairing in february now i'm not getting my product.

                                      I bought noise x1 air in mid march. For 3 to 4 months it worked fine. But since last 2 months the sound in right bud has decreased to almost zero. This is not acceptable. This was bot due to any accidental damage. The sound decreased gradually om its own. As 1 year guarantee is provided i need a replacement or refund
