I have purchased one gonoise play 2 camera on 28 th may and received the product on 03/06/20 which i found defective and lodged one complaint on the same day. The complaint ticket number is 27459 returned the same through reverse pick-up process. The company have acknowledged the receipt. But no action was taken towards refund of my money......

I have purchased one gonoise play 2 camera online. Received the product on 3rd june, 2020 which was found defective and i returned the same on the same day... Ticket no. 27459. It was reverse picked up on 06/06/20. One message i received regarding receipt of the product. But till date i didn't receive any feedback... Not the refund till date....

The products were not even worked for a month.
The complaint was raised a month ago and they are still saying that this is the testing phase....

I have been calling several times to customer service they are asking me for lockdown to end. Even after that did not get a call from thek regarding the issue solving...

When i took this product, it's battery backup was 3 hours, now its battery backup will be less than 1 hour. Please reslove my issue as fast as possible....

I ordered Noise Shots X3 Bass truly wireless headphones from Amazon Order #[protected] on Date- 07-Mar-2020 and paid Rs.3499. its been only 20days only and I'm facing charging issue since last 5-10days with this. Noise shot x1 is not working properly first thing volume of ear buds is not like before it decrease so much and right side ear bud is completely pack up within 3 month after buy.
