I had ordered a pair of earbuds of NOISE on 17th of june 2020, but yet now i am totally unable to connect their customer care . I already paid for order, but i am totally dissatisfied from there service. Now what i do for recieving my order I actually need them for my online classes every day i suffering from many problems . I am trying to connect customer care of noise everyday but they call me to wait and i also wait till the call automatically cutts
Now i dont want the product.
Now i am totally dissatisfy with noise
My order no is 556748
And they text me that your area is under containment area but thats not truth.

    The company is not approachable at all. They haven't replied to my mails, my calls nor the consumer complaints.

        I have purchased one gonoise play 2 camera on 28 th may and received the product on 03/06/20 which i found defective and lodged one complaint on the same day. The complaint ticket number is 27459 returned the same through reverse pick-up process. The company have acknowledged the receipt. But no action was taken towards refund of my money...

          I have purchased one gonoise play 2 camera online. Received the product on 3rd june, 2020 which was found defective and i returned the same on the same day... Ticket no. 27459. It was reverse picked up on 06/06/20. One message i received regarding receipt of the product. But till date i didn't receive any feedback... Not the refund till date.

                When i took this product, it's battery backup was 3 hours, now its battery backup will be less than 1 hour. Please reslove my issue as fast as possible.

                        I sent my product for repairment and because of lockdown it got stuck later on, i changed my delivery address to gurgaon which was earlier noida.
                        The executive told me that it will get delivered to gurgaon address but it reached my noida address. And the delivery person told me that the is cancelling it from here and the noise team will get it again delivered at gurgaon address. (All happened on 8th may 2020).
                        From then i have talked to the noise team for around 6-7 times every time they my issue has been escalated but no response i get. And when i call they say the order will be delivered in a 3-4 days.
                        I have been very irritated by all this and i'm not getting my product or any update related to it since then.

                            I've used this product only for a month and it's charging case stopped working i. E., it wasn't getting charge the earphones were working perfectly but that's completely pointless because the earphones were discharged after a day and i can't charge them without that particular charger. The issue is when i filed a complaint in the noise customer care centre they told me to send the pics of the product but after that they didn't reply to my email and even after sending the pics of the product i've sent quite a few messages to the complaint centre email of noise but they have not even replied once. I bought this product for 4000/- and that's quite a big amount for an earphone in these days but i saved and bought this set just to get the quality but i didn't expected this from this type of company. I want you to please resolve my problem. Thankyou.

                                    I bought this product from amazon on the month of january last 2020 and now the charging case is not working even the led is not glowing the earpods are also not charging. I don't know what happened to it. It seems like the charging case is dead and the voice is also bit kinky. The promise from such brand is not being fulfilled. Im a student and this thing is making me fell into depression i spent a good amount of peny on this product and after two months it stopped working.

                                    The charging case is not working.
                                    The earpods are also not charging. And the voice is also bit kinky.
