Purchased a smart watch of noise for ₹4999/- and it’s screen accidentally broken by me and I registered for the screen replacement on noise customer care and they responded with an e mail asking for the repairing cost of ₹ 4399/- which is almost 90% cost of the new watch ❓ This is a complete fraudulent activity by this company as there is no product which repairing cost os 90% of its value . Please take strict action

      Bought Air buds+ but quality of the product is very poor like Chinese products, very cheap and low quality, while calling you can't hear voice of caller lots or surrounding noise, and customer service are not responding and very rude

        When I received product..it was working nicely..but before 4 -5 days suddenly it get switched off though just before that I was fully charged it.
        Now it's not getting start. I am trying alot to register complaint.please resolve my problem.

          Hi team, I had a Noise Shots Beat earbuds, and the right earpiece stopped working inside the warranty period and I tried to get it repaired, so after contacting the service center I got to know that its not possible to repair and only replacement was possible, and they also said that they cannot replace my earphones with same product as the company have stopped sales of that specific product, so they informed they will provide a newer version(Noise Airbuds - Jet Black), provided I pay an amount of ₹50 as an upgradation charge, I made the payment and my earbuds were collected from me, and I was waiting for the new product. I didn't receive the product by the promised time, after one week of expected delivery date I had to check with the Noise customer service team daily for any update, for which there only response was that, it was pending with the courier service and the product will reach within 24-48 hours, when we checked with the courier service (Bluedart) they informed us that they have not received the product and the tracking id noise provided was invalid, after doing this process repeatedly for one week, I finally received the product on 26/09/2021, But I received a different product (Buds VS 201) which is ₹500 cheaper than the promised product, and I am not accepting this product. Please assist with resolving this issue. I have attached the original invoice of the product I bought, the invoice for the upgradation to Airbuds, the images of the product I received and the email confirmation from noise team.

          Resolution: I am expecting the get the product I paid for, that is Airbuds and give back the one I received, I am not willing to give back the wrong product Buds VS 201 unless I receive the right product as if I return this now, I don't know again when I will receive the product from my previous experience.

          Replacement Date: 30/08/2021
          Date of damaged product pickup: 31/08/2021
          Date o[censored]pgradation: 10/09/2021
          Date I received wrong product: 26/09/2021

          Original product (Noise Shots Beat) : ₹1749
          Product noise said they will deliver(Noise Airbuds): ₹1999
          Product I received(Noise Buds VS 201): ₹1499

            Bought a product on august 12 and the product stopped working on sept 4, after 10 requests, they finally arranged pickup of the product, product was picked by Delhivery logistics and no confirmation mail or message was received. Now both company and delivery company refuses about the pickup status. I don’t have the product with me now, and they’ve refused that they picked up the product.

                            After 1st charging my watch display is off..and after posting 2 complaints still they did not contact me and noise company is sending me random messages like they solved my problem and they closed my complaint but we can’t contact them directly and for offline complaint we have to travel alot thats not affordable so they are just making fool of me like they are good service provider plz don’t go for noise watch they give u defective products and u can’t contact them directly

                              I Had ordered a noise shot groove earbuds on 7th january, it got delivered on the 10th january after few months i tried to download my invoice copy from the website but its showing INVALID DETAILS, even though i have put proper details i cant reach out to the customer care people as they dont have an option of speaking to the staff whenever i call on the mobile number, WHEN I VISIT the noise service centre they are asking me to show the invoice copy but how will i get it when its showing invalid details to me, how can i reach out to talk to the team?totally unsatisfied with the NOISE Company!!!

                                2 times Complaint regarding low noise and quality issue(Case has some scratches and dark patches and which is looks old) has been raised on buds play. No proper response from team.

                                When ever we ask for exchange this defect product. Noise team sending again same old defect product. We are following up with noise team since 1 and half month. Still no resolution.

                                  I have registered a complaint on 3rd August with complaint id - 346470 that earbuds is defective, not pairing properly and battery is draining out heavily. The team picked it up that day and it was with the testing team the next day, they told they would check and if possible refund or replacement would be given, but after multiple calls to customer care fake promises are done on the name of policies and procedures. They are not even connecting to senior team members and not replying to my mail to their grievance redressal - [protected]@nexxbase.com which i doubt if that is the grievance redressal mail they have provided.. Please check and help in this regard. My product is with them and i paid 1899 rupees and still facing issues

                                      Got a defective piece and the thing refused to work after hardly two weeks o[censored]sage. The screen is unresponsive, the watch kept restarting on its own and after trying to reset the watch the thing refused to pair with my phone again. Sent it for repair and it came back still defective and with more issues, this time the alleged 5 day battery life just drained in less than a day and it still kept refusing to connect with my phone. Sent ANOTHER complaint and requested a replacement piece since the one I recieved is clearly unusable and was promised a replacement. And I TILL RECIEVED THE SAME DEFECTIVE PRODUCT.

                                        I ordered a noise colour fit ultra smart watch gunmetal grey on 18th July 2021. I got the watch as per the delivery date but received a used one
                                        I placed a complaint on their website and they asked me to send the defective product and they will send a new one instead of that
                                        Today I got the replacement package from the noise company.
                                        But received an empty box with nothing inside..
                                        Already I purchased this watch for my health tracking like spo2 measurements and all in this pandemic period
                                        Now iam suffering with this unconvince due to this type of approach by the company I paid 4050/- for this watch after their discounts and all…
                                        I need proper resolution
                                        They wasted my time health mental health and all
