I had bought an earbuds from noise website but it not feating to my ear then i call to noise customer care but they told me that we don't have any return policy so i can't refund your money .

      The noise shots earbuds was not working and was still under warranty. I sent for a complaint in company portal . A reverse pickup was made and the product reached their warehouse . It was on 2nd feb it reached them . The testing and replacement time as for now stated on their web page is 2- 3 days. Today as on 13 th feb is the 11 th day . Whenever i ask them on customer support either they ignore or say they are investigating the issue.
      No reply for emails from company side .
      Extremely terrible service.
      I dont have an idea where my product is or when will it be replaced.

        I didn't get my earphone in the case, it was all empty. And I didn't get invoice with the product which should have been there. And I have got a manual which was hand written too. Either they refund me or they must replace the product.

        The order was Shots X5 Pro Black Color.

        No they didn't resolve till date and from my three complaints they had closed 2. Now 1 complaint is left. Hope they would work on it and if they won't then they will close this left complaint also and mark as closed as they did till now.

                  I am having trouble with my right ear bud.it doesnt switches on. If On it switches off instantly. I have already made a complaint few days back and you said you hav solved the problem.bt the same problem is unresolved.I am facing lot of problem with it. Kindly replace it or take it back

                      I have purchased the product on 14 Nov 2020, and delivered to me on 17 Nov 2020 by Amazon. I am facing issues but neither Amazon nor noise company is looking to reslove issues. I had advised to contact customer care of noise and did so. But the problem got resolved once then again new problem arises after 1 or 2 days.
                      I am feeling cheated. Also complained to online portal of noise, but no one is taking it seriously.
                      Please look into the matter ASAP.

                        Dear Sir,

                        I had purchased Noise Shorts NEO vide Invoice No.NEX/20-21/45962 dtd 30.06.2020 against supplied against order No.568127 dtd 29.06.2020. In less than 6 months time twice the same has been send to you for repairs and now it’s the 3rd time it is now non-functioning.

                        Last time the right earphone was repaired and previous to that the left earphone was repaired. Once again the left earpiece is not working. I am really dissatisfied with the product.

                        I have been repeatedly telling that this has got a manufacturing issue, but it is surprising that you do not even care to respond back to your customer no reply comes from your id

                        If I again send this you will get it repaired and send it back and after few days the same problem gets activated, we as a customer feel cheated with the product. I would request you to kindly replace this product or refund me the amount.

                        I trust at least now you will care to reply to my email and understand the suffering of customer when you send bad quality products

                          I have purchased a noise product i.e shots X3 bass, it's been an year from purchase that I m not able to use it as its charger case is not charging, but due to pandemic situation around the world I have not approached for any kind is service, now I want that gonoise should check through it, I am not claiming for replacement, I just want service/repair of my product that I could use it.                               I orded Noise Colour Fit Pro2 (Classic Jet Black), dated 25.10.2020, for use of my son Received on 28.10.2020 with Defective on Arrival. Register a Noise Compliant 28.10.2020 No.134533 After many mail and call Customer Care. error vedios, also send Whatup no. After, GoNoise arranged for Reverse pickup AWB Number:[protected] dt.07.11.2020. and I asked for Replace New or Refund. (but not done Replacement New one or not Refund).

                              Further, i send a email letter(grevence letter) for GoNoise 19.11.2020 @9.20 a.m. to [protected]@nexxbase.com and [protected]@nexxbase.com.
                              "...So, I repeated a request to Noise teams, to replace/return the new watch, After your Customer executives called on 04.11.2020 and again I also sent the defective/errorvideos TO sent via Whatsapp no [protected] dt.04.11.2020. but noise teams arranged for reverse pickup only (dated 07.11.2020, AWB Number:[protected] but not done for Replacement of New Watch (Ref. my email 08.11.2020).

                              Further, this is not a first time, many more times I request to Noise Customer Care, Noise Customer Support team, and called for the customer call center but no reply send from my email regarding this matter, but continuously involving unfair and fraudulent services from 28.10.2020 to till date (19.11. 2020)."

                              Now, this matter is pending at your end only (more than 20days completed). Hence, I request you, kindly, to complete a solution for Refund of my amount Rs.2799/-and effective ones in 7 days. I am sure that this issue will be resolved soon before 26.11.2020…else I will sue you In Court of Law with Compensation and Legal Charges."

                              After that I call customer care but not reponce, and I received Defective Used Watch on 21.11.2020 (despatch on19.11.2020 time 14.57 Blue dart, AWB Number: [protected] ) so again i register a compliant No.152321, dated 23.11.2020 .
                              (Ref. my email dt.22.11.2020 - noise whatup compliance: [protected] -attached all photos and all Vedios for [protected]).

                              Finally I asked for Refund and i requested to arrange for reverse pickup. but noise not responding regarding this matter from to tilldate.

                              So i finally, i registered and rasied for compliant dated 24.11.2020. National Consumer Helpline (NCH) Government of India, Department of Consumer Affairs.

                                Not working from the day one and also after sending to your service center the same product was sent back to be during the lock down saying that it's ok and also I didn't got got my charging cable with the box and when I call your service center I was told that it's in the courier once lock down is opened I will get it,

                                NOW IT STOP WORKING LEFT HEADPHONE IS NOT CHARGING AT ALL I WAS ABOARD I CAME YESTERDAY THAT'S WHY I DIDN'T MAKE A FALL UP PLEASE HELP ME.

                                  Bought Noise Shots Neo latest model as a birthday gift for my father.
                                  Received product with very less battery life. Sent back for replacement and got an old pair of earbuds as replacement. Tried talking to Noise customer support but no way to talk to a real person. Tried multiple emails but got no reply. They only let you register complaint and don't communicate with you at all. Now the replaced product I have is visibly old and has distorted buzzing sound at volume over 50%. I tried replacing it again but got it as it is back and a resolution that my product is working fine. I am stuck with this useless old product. Worst support ever.
