I orded Noise Colour Fit Pro2 (Classic Jet Black), dated 25.10.2020, for use of my son Received on 28.10.2020 with Defective on Arrival. Register a Noise Compliant 28.10.2020 No.134533 After many mail and call Customer Care. error vedios, also send Whatup no. After, GoNoise arranged for Reverse pickup AWB Number:[protected] dt.07.11.2020. and I asked for Replace New or Refund. (but not done Replacement New one or not Refund).
Further, i send a email letter(grevence letter) for GoNoise 19.11.2020 @9.20 a.m. to [protected]@nexxbase.com and [protected]@nexxbase.com.

Further, this is not a first time, many more times I request to Noise Customer Care, Noise Customer Support team, and called for the customer call center but no reply send from my email regarding this matter, but continuously involving unfair and fraudulent services from 28.10.2020 to till date (19.11. 2020)."
Now, this matter is pending at your end only (more than 20days completed). Hence, I request you, kindly, to complete a solution for Refund of my amount Rs.2799/-and effective ones in 7 days. I am sure that this issue will be resolved soon before 26.11.2020…else I will sue you In Court of Law with Compensation and Legal Charges."
After that I call customer care but not reponce, and I received Defective Used Watch on 21.11.2020 (despatch on19.11.2020 time 14.57 Blue dart, AWB Number: [protected] ) so again i register a compliant No.152321, dated 23.11.2020 .
(Ref. my email dt.22.11.2020 - noise whatup compliance: [protected] -attached all photos and all Vedios for [protected]).
Finally I asked for Refund and i requested to arrange for reverse pickup. but noise not responding regarding this matter from to tilldate.
So i finally, i registered and rasied for compliant dated 24.11.2020. National Consumer Helpline (NCH) Government of India, Department of Consumer Affairs.
Gonoise.com customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
