Product purchased on 16 May and got dead after 3 days o[censored]sage. raised a complaint on gonoise.com for replacement and received same product 1 month after without any replacement. now even after claiming warranty and receiving product same problem has come back without any usage,
no replacement or no repairing work is done whatsoever and just taking lot of time and causing inconvenience . the earphone is not charging no response from the earphone weather in touch or in connectivity. replacement of product is demanded as product is in warrenty

    When I connect one year but second will be can disconnect and when I turn off the bluetooth and when turn on one will be connect and second will be disconnect the problem was I have to connect both of them but one will be connected

      I have logged a complaint regarding low sound in my neckband on May 3rd and they picked the product on 5th and after that I am totally unaware what is happening with it. Whenever i call to customer care they say its under testing and last time one manager promised me that he will provide an update but no update till now. I am highly unsatisfied with the service you guys are providing. If i didn't get a resolution fast i will complaint in Consumer court to see what's going on.

        Hi,

        I bought this earbuds from noise on 2nd May 2021, couldn't check if the product is good, finally after 7 days of return policy from flipkart found the product is defective. Mic isn't working.
        Raised a complaint in noise, but the ticket is closed without my intervention.

        please help!

            Hi Team,
            I bought a noise smart color fit nav watch from amazon on 6th Aug 2020 with one year warranty. Now the watch has stopped responding I have raised the complaint but the simply ignore the request.

            I would like to replace the product from noise or return the purchase amount which is Rs 4000.

            Please help me finding a way out here.

                Height of patience now... complaint no 255185
                I received your worthless products after repairing but again same problem.since i bought ur product I haven't got chance to use it . Since 1 month you guys are playing game.
                Left ear phone is getting automatically off while right one is working properly.
                What the hell is going on???
                Why such pathetic services???
                I have only 1 work left to keep on complaining???
                I want my money refund don't want to keep this ### anymore

                  Order ID : #981908, I have ordered noise fit active on May 23, 2021 by paying full via UPI, later thought of cancelling the order due to delay in delivery and one more reason is spo2 measuring is not accurate as per the review comments by the users and youtubers . There is no option to cancel the order from noise website, Even there customer care toll free number is not functioning ( Call Us: +91-[protected] ) . Dropped mail many times still...

                  I have placed an order on the website and it has a dedicated link that states that it will take you to the cancellation page, but instead it just takes you to a complaint page where there is no mention of any cancellation whatsoever. And its been 24 hrs since i have placed the order but i havent gotten any other notification other than confirmation whatsoever whereas other sites promise delievery in 4 days. i want to cancel my order on gonoise but they simply wont allow it

                      I have registered the complaint 4 times in 1 month but still solution not given by noise team and also not arrange the call back to me only mail drop to me for arrange pick up for replacement but still not courier guy come for pick up and remarks mention wrongly again and again refused by customer.

                                  I have got a Noise Evolve fit pro and i am happy about my product and following to that I have purchased Noise shots neo Wireless ear buds. After 3 months of Purchase I am facing problem in the left ear bud which is not working. Raised a complaint regarding the same 4 times in the website and no one is bothered to respond. Worst experience.

                                    I had ordered for a noise fit fusion on feb 10th 2021, i received the order in a few days but it had defects so i raised a complaint! They took 3 days to respond and make me go through all trouble shooting steps but none of them worked so they arranged a pick up and replacement. After 10 days i received a replacement which didnt even pair with my device. I raised another complain and this time i told the executive and the manager that either test and send me a proper product or just refund the amount, they did the same thing and after 10-12 days, today on 21st march 2021 i received my second replacement which is also not pairing with my phone, its been 40 days since i’ve paid the money and i didnt get to wear the watch once! Horrible experience, never going to purchase anything else nor am i gonna recommend anyone to buy from this disgusting company! I need a refund, please take your product back i cannot go through anymore harassment!
