    Hi Team,
    I ordered Noise Shots X3 Bass truly wireless headphones from Amazon Order #[protected] on Date- 07-Mar-2020 and paid Rs.3499. its been only 20days only and I'm facing charging issue since last 5-10days with this. I tried to charge by plugging charger for 2-3 hours with original cable with and without headset in case, but its not charging headphone and case as well.
    Due to corona, I'm unable to log any complaint.
    Kindly replace my headphone as its all new or let me know another way to solve this

      Noise shot x1 is not working properly first thing volume of ear buds is not like before it decrease so much and right side ear bud is completely pack up within 3 month after buy. The performance of the earbuds is going decrease day by day. Is these earbuds are can be repair or replace. Tell me what to do with these earbuds i can't keep these with me anymore.

        I purchased Noise Shots X1 Air Truly Wireless Bluetooth Headphones - Carbon Black - Black order no. 491073 on 22 jan 2020. But with one month o[censored]sage my right earpod is not working. Neither it is charging nor connecting..it seems dead...kindly replace the earpiece at earliest. The product is still in warranty period.

          Its been almost an year that i have received my smartwatch and the next day its display didnt worked well and after that i got busy and then when i asked for the replacement the company ignored at once and afterthat gave no response. Kindly, take this matter in consideration and give me a solution atleast not free but charge for that and change the new display.

            I have Noise X3 Bass. Now the issue is that the charging case is not working, it does not show any lights and not even charging, both the ear buds are now down due to less battery and not able to use now.

              Dear sir / medam,
              I have ordered noise shots neo product from gonoise company website. I ordered this product on 9th february 2020 and it was delivered on 12th february 2020. When i used it, i found it was defective product. I informed gonoise company about the defect but for 4-5 days they didn't do anything just mail me to reset the product. I done as per their instructions but didn't get any success in product. After so many mail they accept that this product is defective and arranged to reverse pickup. On 24 february 2020 his employee come to pick up that product. The product is delivered on 25th february 2020 but noise company informed me they have not any update about return back product. On 27th february 2020 when i asked about the status they informed me that product received and our team will work on it in next 4-5 days after that we will inform you about product. On 2nd march 2020 they informed me the product was defective and we have repaired it and sent back to you. I refuse to accept that product because it was defective and they have repaired it. Till today 13th march 2020 they are not giving me my refund. Please help me.

                I bought noise shots x1 directly from this company vide order no 517957 dated[protected], for ₹1700. I got a cheap chinese product which doesn't work. Sound quality is poor and bluetooth signal keeps breaking every few seconds?
                Company didn't send me any invoice but when i complained after filling a detailed form, company didn't do anything except asking for a copy of invoice?
                Instead of buying a chinese product from amazon, i thought of promoting an indian start-up. I paid 100% more for a useless item!!! Because of such fraud companies, india can never progress. It's really a shame!

                If i had ordered through amazon, i'd have got refund in 1 day. Through your portal, i request the company to refund my money after reverse pickup.
                Otherwise i'd be forced to approach consumer forum.

                  I have purchased this from amazon which is delivered to me on 22/02/2020 and right side earphone is not working properly, The sound has reduced significantly and is very slow, The product is just 12 days old and it is creating a problem to me. Please do the needful as I had just purchased my earphones 12 days ago. Please replace it for me.

                    I ordered noise tune flex bronze grey. I paid with internet banking payment succeeded but gonoise site shows a toast like something went wrong.. I checked my orders no orders found. Please refund my money. Otherwise send the product. Please resolve my issue quickly as possible. Purchase date 25th february 2020. My email [protected]@gmail.com.                     The Next Day gonoise confirms the payment and delivered today
                    Connectivity issue with the X1 Air Shots.. Disconnecting several times. They have said it has a 1 yr warranty But I m not able to make a complaint. I have got the order bill and it's not been a year. I have ordered them in November and February is going on
                    My order is confirmed at 23rd December 2020 but not placed after 1 week & also online payment is done please check the what issue in my order and send the confirmation about my complait

                      I had problem with my headphone my left side of headphones was not working so as my product was in warranty made contact with noise service portal and they asked me to self ship the product. The product was delivered on 4 th of feb and i have not got any updates on the product till now today is 21 feb i have made many call to service number but no response please get me my product they always tell me to wait for 24 hours to get me updates on my product but no one mails or call regarding it. My ticked id is 1059 on their website for complaint

                        My son milan rao purchased the noise ear buds last month through on line
                        With the order number 484554.
                        Yesterday the noise ear buds slightly increased its size while charging and out cover peeled off. As my son is a regular user of these buds request for a replacement asap, as he is doing his final year engineering he attends lot of calls on his engg. Subjects. Need help please

                        Can i have an update please. So far not received any solution in this regard.
                        I heard that Gonoise teams resolves the issues immediately, do not know why are so reluctant.
                        I have bought tuneelite bluetooth headphones on august 2019,
                        After 2 months one side stopped working.
                        After some days it has stopped working completely.
                        I have already tried contacting at the site but no replies.
                        I have sent 2 emails regarding the issue but no reply.
                        Please look in to matter as soon as possible
                        I have taken the wireless headphones 5 months back i.e in October and my both the side ear plugs are not working. Please replace the ear phone.

                        I had purchased 4 straps for my Colorfit Pro 2 smart watch. By mistake I have purchased 2 straps for Colorfit Pro instead of Colorfit Pro 2. I had sent multiple mails for replacement of same but no resolution received yet.

                          Hi,

                          I tried contacting in your customer care number but no one responded. I raised a helpline ticket also online but got no response. I bought your noise shots x3 wireless buds just a month ago and suddenly last day the right ear bud stopped working and doesn't pair back with left one. The only voice that comes from the right ear bud is pairing beep sound and when i try to pair it by double click on right it beeps continuously like a bomb and stops working. It doesn't turn off also. No sound of the device that used to say "pairing". Only beeping. Please advice on this and help me repair it or replace it.

                          Both the customer service number are not working and no reply for emails also. Please note this point. When calling customer service it is showing as "We're closed right now" even if we're calling them during working hours specified by them.
                          We recently bought Noise ear pods and to my surprise the service and product are not as per our expectations. Firstly the product came late to us and secondly one of the earpods stopped working.

                          This is my second complaint so far and it's a call for help. Kindly do something with regards to it or else I'll have to go to the consumer court.

                                I am using this noise shots earbuds for 1.5 yr from now. Recently i found a problem that cheging case is charging fully but buds are not charging fully they only charge 60% approximately. However if i charge the buds with box and put charger with it the buds charges completely. I think the buds connecter or maybe the battery has some problem pls give me some positive response for it..!! Or i[censored] know pls give me custer service center address in surat..!!

                                  Hi, the product i received was a defective one and tried to reachout the company but the everytime i email them this complain they reply back with an autoreply email to send the pictures of the product and its details along with the shipped address and i sent them more than a couple emails of them and thats it they dont even reply back and i have been sending emails since a month and the problem hasnt been solved yet!

                                    I purchased one watch model colorfit 2 smart band. I received that product defective. It was not working also strap of that watch was so hard to remove for charging. I have dropped them mail for replacement almost 10 to 12 days back. At first they didn't replied within 24 to 48 hours (As per their policy). Then i call them on this number [protected]. They said, frequently it happens that they don't receive mails, further they said this has happened with you unfortunately.

                                    On their suggestion, i dropped them fresh mail again, for next 3 days i didn't receive any confirmation. Then again i call them and they said we will reply asap because we have to look for other mails also. Later on i got mail to submit required documents like ss of order summary, actual photo of product and their barcode. I attached all those images in mail, again didn't got any confirmation from them
                                    Called them third time for that images confirmation, they said they got mail but didn't found images. Then again sent mail with attached images again didn't got reply for 2 to 3 days.

                                    Finally after taking headache, i call them and talked with their executive angrily. Then they immediately arranged return product pickup for replacement and sent reply on my mail. On that mail they asked me to provide them aiw or tracking number, courrier boy name. My product got picked up by bludart. When that guy came for pickup, i was not available so asked him to come next day. Next day when he came i was not there again but he got the product. Bludart courrier boy neither gave his name, aiw/tracking number nor any tracking details message. When i asked bludart boy to provide me tracking details he said "sir don't worry, your dispatch has been approved, your courrier will be sent"

                                    Now i have informed gonoise company on the mail about the scenario, but i have upadted them only courrier boy's mobile number.

                                    Again waiting for 2 3 days for their reply, but still there is no response. Please if you red my full message, penalise them by hefty penalty.

                                    Ordered X5 and got left bud defect piece and spent 400 for replacement (courier charges) and again got replacement piece defective. This time right ear bud not at all working and this is frustrating. No proper response from the support. Need different model or refund immediately!

                                    Bought (Noise Tune Elite) headphones in the month of September and have stopped working immediately in December. Also raised a complaint but never got any response.
                                    The earphones of two ear buds are not audible to hearing purpose.
                                    I purchased earphones in the month of Aug -2019.
                                    So, I want to replace or repair the earphones.

                                      I had brought the noise earbuds on dec but now the left side earbuds is not working properly I'm kindly requesting you to resolve this issue so that i can be comfortable in buying the other products of noise in future so please resolve it quickly the left side earbud only is not working i can't able to hear the audio in that left sided earbud so please resolve the issue

                                        3months pehle mene noise tune elite neckband buy kiya tha, approx 3 months ke baad both sides earbuds me voice completely band ho gyi h, koi customer support bhi available nhi h, pehle ek side wala earbud support krna band kr deta h and suddenly dusre earbud me bhi same yhi problem ho jati h, agar kisi ko bhi service center se related koi information ho to plz share
