      I placed an order on 24th jan 2022 which I was supposed to receive by 29th jan and was an advanced payment order but it's been 8 feb today but i didn't got my order as of now. After checking with the courier service provider through which noice have some kind of contract I didn't got any reasonable answer and they said my product is damaged and therefore cannot be delivered neither I got any reply from go noise or the bluedart which is delivery agent I'm surely going to take a legal action because more than financial this problem has given me mental irritation.

        I purchased three units of noise ultra 2 on 30th December. Unboxed 2 of them on the same day and they were good. But i unboxed the third unit on 12th jan and found it defective so registered a complaint. My product was picked up for return/replace and then after many calls with the customer service I got the replaced product. The replaced product is having more damages than the previous .. First of all it has not been replaced.. I have received the same unit with more defects. Earlier there was not a single scratch on the screen but now the replaced unit is having scratches on the screen too.. Such a pathetic service...when contacted the service team immediately after the delivery of the replaced product.. They requested me to raise a complain again. So i did. Again they promised me to replace it with a fresh piece. They can arranged a reverse pickup. Today I received the so called replaced unit. I am so shocked that they have again sent me the same defective piece. Noise is a real cheat. Please don't buy any product from this company. They are fraud. My ticket id is 553347

            Hi,
            I have bought HRX edition xfit noise watch on 28 nov 2021, after a week o[censored]se, the product stopped working it was facing battery issue, watch hangs, vibrates without any notification. So I have contacted the support team and they picked up my product. They returned it on first week of jan 2022, after another 5 days o[censored]se again the same issues started.
            When I contacted the support, I asked them for replacement or refund. But they said that, due to their policy theu won't be able to provode replacement or refund. Noe my watch is again with the service team, I don't know when I will get it back.
            If a new product stopped working in 5 days o[censored]se, that means product is not good, as a good provider they should replace it, but still they serviced it. Now again it stopped working and they are not ready to provide a replacement or refund.
            My hard earned money is lost by buying a product from Noise, please help me. I had enough.

              Today I got a call from someone claiming he is from Noise . He told me there was a promo offer, where if I purchased items for INR 4999, I would get 40% cashback. In addition to that, I could choose an additional gift from the following products:

              Dell Inspiron
              Sony Bravia TV
              Apple iPhone
              Voltas AC
              LG double door fridge

              They claimed that offer is from Noise sales and promotion team and that I need to pay the amount of products (4999) not from the app(as it would be like any normal purchase and not the offer) but from Bank transfer.

              After payment they said sales promotion person will call me and confirm dispatch and then you can search the order ID on noise application as well.

              The dispatch guy called from and said that there is some GST issue that government is not approving using their GSTIN as the invoice for laptop that I chose was in my name(they sent me the invoice for laptop on which Noise GSTIN was there. I checked it later on govt portal).So he insisted me to pay 9000 and said I'll get reimbursed immediately. I refused by saying I don't have that kind of money and asked them to pay n charge me on delivery of products. He said he will have a word with his senior and get back. Since then all the number that I mentioned are switched off.
              The same scam was done in name of nykka which I found out on Google.
              My concern is without any support from Noise or data leaked by them how did those people know about my order history my address and all other personal details because that is one of the major reason I thought it was authentic.

                        I purchased noise ear buds in September 21.after few months left ear bud was not working .so i tried to put a complaint but for that invoice is required.when I tried to download invoice from website, error was coming that the order I'd is invalid.but actually order I'd is valid.what to do now

                          I have purchased a product from Go noise genuine site even received the product after 2 months received a call from scam callers they have all my data product purchased date, my number, address everything without company support they can never have such a clear information.
                          I have recorder everything even emailed to gonoise original support team rather no response.
                          Even fake and real website slight difference of www. And without www is there which anybody can be scammed.

                            I'm using noise shots X5 pro ear phones. One of my earphones keeps changing continuously untill the battery case completely discharges. Please help me out with this issue.

                                We had ordered a noise VS 103 wireless earbuds as a gift for brother. So it was given to him after few days and by the time he started using it, the Amazon return policy was over. One earbud was not getting charged. Since the Amazon 7 day return policy was over, we tried contacting noise directly. After filing the first complaint on their official website, we recieved a reply as product image uploaded doest not match the product mentioned in invoice document. After few days, we again filed a complaint and recieved the same feedback. Third time, we clicked a better photo thinking that the photo is not clear enough and uploaded it on their website. But sadly we recieved the same reply that is ' product image doesn't not match the invoice details '. The product is still under warranty. It was purchased in Nov 2021. There is no way to contact their customer care executive. Hence we are filing a complaint here. Please help us in resolving this issue.

                                      My device Colourfit Nav is just completed its basic one year warranty. Just after that the device started connectivity issue and it is not getting connected with phone. Raised complaint and they given reply that it is out of warranty. Cant they even give service, I am not asking to replace my device or so, it is just a connection issue. Costing 4000 for the device and just after one year if this is their attitude then what is the price they are giving to customer?????
