Tried to contact to noise through all possible ways and didn't get any reply. We have also requested to cancel the order. But still we didn't hear back from noise. It's been 10 days and still we didn't received smartwatch.
The page to cancel the order is also not working. I want to cancel my order and want my money back.

        Online Payment done through phone pe but didn't received order and product

        On 19th July 2022, I have made a purchase of Noise Colorfit Pro 4 through gonoise (www.gonoise.com) website. I made this purchase using my Phone Pe UPI account but I haven't received any order id or tracking id. My amount got debited from my bank. I made a call to gonoise customer service agent but no response....

              I received watch 2 days back. But system is not working. Showing message QR code invalid and pairing failed message. After pressing key 5-10 sec also reset is not happening.
              Not getting any support from Noise service after sending mail also.
              Service is not good. please send new one.

                Left side bud is not working and not even charging. I purchased this buds in the march and stopped working in the month of may . Registered warranty but no one contacted or resolved. Need replacement!

                    I ordered colorfit ultra 2 smartwatch through gonoise.com on 18th June 2022 . Order no. 1852406. And the shipment courier partner was blue dart. When we opened the outer box main watch box was not sealed. And box is empty. No watch inside.

                          I have purchased beads 45days before but I had issue in right side beads so I was getting and sending for replacement but the noise given me duplicate beads with old box and repair beads while the time I was returning the complaint again and same thing happened twise now return right side lights not working proper and sound quality also very cheap level.
                          Guyz don't buy the this type of product from gonoise third class service providing by noise and will tell u 1000 times don't buy any product from gonoise again telling u

                            You are claiming that my earbud is physically damaged but I have handover my earbuds to your courier partner And He had also assured that my earbuds is not damage physically...

                            So, please Replace my earbuds I am not gonna give you any payment of 559 rupee. If my earbuds is now physically damage Then this is your mistake only or your courier...

                            I was booked pickup service for repairing of my flair neckband on 7.5.2022 they said it will take 15 days but till now I didn't received my neckband and tried to contact but there is no proper response I am not getting any useful information about my product and noise complaint tracking page was updated last 11.05.2022 and till now that is not updated and tried to contact from email and last email I received from is 12th may and also tried call on [protected] but at this number proper customer service is not there and also I tried to contact at Instagram and they only asking a time

                                Dear Team,

                                I have raised my compliment regarding headphone issue on 5th of may 2022 and after that noise team has picked up my product and they have received product on 9th of may. And after that they had put my product in testing mode and they identified product is dead and after that they decided to send me the new product but still I have not received any update regarding that. I received call 2 to 3 times for product color and I was agreed on any of the color you can send and they have stated that they will proceed shortly. But still I am waiting for the despatch mail.                                   My Noise Neckband was having Low sound issue so i registered complaint on 13th of May 2022. My product was picked on 14th may 2022 and after that haven't got any mail or call from Noise team. I'm trying to call on the no's given on the website but its all not reachable. its almost 14 days completed.
