Dear sir,
I have received a damaged product and not charging wire and blue dart person has denied to accept the product.

My neckband has not works

On 19th July 2022, I have made a purchase of Noise Colorfit Pro 4 through gonoise (www.gonoise.com) website. I made this purchase using my Phone Pe UPI account but I haven't received any order id or tracking id. My amount got debited from my bank. I made a call to gonoise customer service agent but no response....

A reverse pickup of the product was initiated but yet no one took it
- Ordered on 6/07/2022
- Received on 08/07/2022 and placed a complaint on same day
- I want a refund in exchange of the product

On 10th July 2022, I, Sunil Samanta, placed order for NOISE CALIBER (METAL BLACK ) worth ₹1849 .. Money was already deducted from my bank account while ordering... But still order not placed... Please help ASAP

My noise watch not working it is not on watch under warranty date

Sold by you is defected. It's one ear bud is not charging at all. Please exchange it.

Left side bud is not working and not even charging. I purchased this buds in the march and stopped working in the month of may . Registered warranty but no one contacted or resolved. Need replacement!

I ordered colorfit ultra 2 smartwatch through gonoise.com on 18th June 2022 . Order no. 1852406. And the shipment courier partner was blue dart. When we opened the outer box main watch box was not sealed. And box is empty. No watch inside.

Noise earbuds vs202, i ordered and money got deducted and i paid via upi but i didnt get any order confirmation, its ordered under the name Neha Nagpal

I have purchased beads 45days before but I had issue in right side beads so I was getting and sending for replacement but the noise given me duplicate beads with old box and repair beads while the time I was returning the complaint again and same thing happened twise now return right side lights not working proper and sound quality also very cheap level.
Guyz don't buy the this type of product from gonoise third class service providing by noise and will tell u 1000 times don't buy any product from gonoise again telling u

Maine 15 may 2022 ko colorfit iconbuzz purchase kiya tha jiski order id 1761147 hai. Jo ki 18 may ko deliver hui mujhe.
Sirf 3 din hue aj watch aye hue aur watch me battery bahut fast draining hori wo bhi without use kiye. Wo product complaint krne pe 22 ko return k liye collect krliya gya bt mujhe 2 june 2022 ko mew product mila jo ki shuru se hi range connectivity issue show krne lga
10 feet ki range...

This complaint is regarding to my noise buds VS102(Ticket number[protected]

You are claiming that my earbud is physically damaged but I have handover my earbuds to your courier partner And He had also assured that my earbuds is not damage physically...

So, please Replace my earbuds I am not gonna give you any payment of 559 rupee. If my earbuds is now physically damage Then this is your mistake only or your courier...

I was booked pickup service for repairing of my flair neckband on 7.5.2022 they said it will take 15 days but till now I didn't received my neckband and tried to contact but there is no proper response I am not getting any useful information about my product and noise complaint tracking page was updated last 11.05.2022 and till now that is not updated and tried to contact from email and last email I received from is 12th may and also tried call on [protected] but at this number proper customer service is not there and also I tried to contact at Instagram and they only asking a time

Dear Team,

I have raised my compliment regarding headphone issue on 5th of may 2022 and after that noise team has picked up my product and they have received product on 9th of may. And after that they had put my product in testing mode and they identified product is dead and after that they decided to send me the new product but still I have not received any update regarding that. I received call 2 to 3 times for product color and I was agreed on any of the color you can send and they have stated that they will proceed shortly. But still I am waiting for the despatch mail. My Noise Neckband was having Low sound issue so i registered complaint on 13th of May 2022. My product was picked on 14th may 2022 and after that haven't got any mail or call from Noise team. I'm trying to call on the no's given on the website but its all not reachable. its almost 14 days completed.

I got a call on 17th may 2022 at 12:30 pm in the name of Gonoise company. It was a lady on call named Pihu Shrma. She told me that noise is doint their promotion and in that i was chosen as i bought a product from noise previously. So there were 5 gifts and i have to chose one. From those 5 I chosen Sony Bravia 49inch Tv. So to avail this prize of mine they told me that i have to do a shopping of worth 4999 from noise and i can get a 40% discount in that. So she told me go to go www.gonoise.com website. After seeing that website I tought it was a genuine website so the prize offer is also real. From there i selected Colorfit 2 of worth 5499. But at the time of payment they told me that to attach my gift with my product I have to pay throgh UPI into their bank account. So i did that. After sometime I got a call again and there they told me that i have to pay GST amount of my prize which is refundable. They make me do the payment 3 times through the same method. After that they told me that as i did 3 trasactions for GST because the privous 2 were incorrect accourding to them so I have to initiate a refund request to the company for which they will give me a 5 digit OTP that i have to put in the payment option and instead of pay, ent it will get converted into a Activation code. In this way my 93028.24rs is now gone. They made me do the payments and took all my money. I have call recodings, ss of the payments, their account no with IFSC code.
