    I have ordered noise watch from goniose.com the order was cancelled but my prepayment for the order still not refunded i have ordered it on Dec 15 2021. But till now not even they care about my refund they are saying it your mistake to cancel the order. This is ### brand they just fraud with CUSTOMERs. Please refund me asap

      I am not able to connect my colorfit ultra smartwatch with my iPhone after updating ios to 15 and since then neither I m receiving any update notification call alerts any data related to health nothing it’s acting like just a regular watch

                23 December I purchased 3 products from Gonoise I paid them through UPI and after my money got deducted the website said something went wrong and the order didn't placed and I tried to contact them but no response please help me it was around 6000 and that's a lot of money please help me I have the transaction ID from phonepe

                  I buy this noise buds prima yesterday and after that is not working properly when u connect the Bluetooth after sometime it's get automatically disconnected and very disturbing sound I want to exchange this item or I want my refund back as soon as possible

                    Bought a Black color fit pro 3 on 1st June. By Nov, found that battery draining too fast( 90% charge to 30% charge within 3 hours). sent to Noise service station . got back after 10 days, again finding the same issue within 15 days of service.
                    also, not been able to pair with mobile.

                        I have ordered ColorFit Pro 3 smartwatch but when I opened it and try to start I does not work. I tries many time by pressing start button but nothing happen. I want full refund for this.
                        Even when I call service center, they ask for invoice which we can download from their website. When I was trying to download invoice, it says wrong product ID although my product id was absolutely right.
                        So how I will replace the product or get refund.
                        Its totally fraud with the consumers.

                                I filed the complaint the same day I recieved the watch about its laggy user interface, no notifications issue and half letters case.
                                They asked me to submit video and I did same day
                                Later on I called them back next day to know the update but they told me that u will recieve call back in 10 mimutes
                                Now after 4 days approx I called them and they are demanding me to be a f...g video Grapher
                                I told them I don't hv another device to do same and they don't care.
                                Now I m left with a faulty aur useless watch and worse customer service experience.
                                They tend to compete in market with so many dissatisfied customers
                                Literally there owner and management has some issues

                                    First of all your Register a New Complaint is not working, as the site is not allowing to upload a 45Kb file of Invoice, for reason that file should be less than 5MB!!! No way your customer support people talk to us.. no other option to connect to them too

                                    Refer original Case ticket no 415848 and the revised Case ticket no 470000. This is the 3rd time and as per your mail this is a replacement Watch given, without resolving the issue!!!

                                    Your smart watch is not at all smart and May be a toy that gives inaccurate measurements. For 1 km walk, your watch shows 0.82km and error is over 20%. Same with calorie calculation as well.

                                    Against my 3.6 km walking, noise registers just 3 km and calorie burnt is 67cal against actual 190 cal registered in another smart watch and also on Runkeeper app..

                                    Since July I bought the watch, this is how it works and enough complaints also registered done all trouble shooting exercises and even sent back the watch twice to your gurgaon service centre.

                                    I wish you guys cancel this order and refund the money. Feels like informing my contacts not to buy this product which is heavily advertised.

                                    Please resolve this amicably. Before sending a proper watch please show me the accuracy against another watch performing properly. 100% dissatisfaction and money waste buying noise colorfit pro 3.
