Accually sir i was ordered a noise neckband from noise side on 10 may whose order I'd is 1753682 but did not delivered until new status show me in saket from 3-4 days but did not ofd for so many time sir please take some action regarding my issue it's a very bad experience for me to order item from noise please take necessary action delivered my order within 2 days anyhow otherwise I will cancel and ordered from some where else

      I ordered one watch from gonoise.com but even after days they still not dispatch my order. It is prepaid order with order id 1729379
      Gonoise.com customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
      Ticket No 682400 Awb No [protected] date pick up 22 /04 /2022 by Blue data References No [protected] products shots Rush earbud which was under warranty problem facing charging issue which till today I have not received the product earbud which was given for rectifiering and u self confirm received and will get back within 2 to 3 working days but till today No response

        I have ordered noise color fit ultra buzz smartwatch, later I wanted to cancel the order(order id[protected] before it got dispatched but on their website their is no option to cancel the order. When we call to their customer care service, from their alse we do not get any proper response.. I just want to cancel my order and need a refund.

            I have purchased a noise airbuds in[protected] after 4 months o[censored]ses left earpiece doesn't work so well even right earpiece also . I was went to gonoise warrenty claim service and I was trying loads of loads of ways, sending mails, even contact to gonoise . But noise didn't reply or mail me again. I am feel very ockward but what will try . I want replacing of my airbuds from noise as much as possible. So ya, that's what my problem I have been facing since 1 months ago . Please support me or help me please. 🙏

              Hi Team,

              I purchased Go Noise shot rush from CRED application platform. (CRED Order ID : 055393Z12ELW) 17th May 2021. Since 15th April 2022, out of two ear buds left side ear bud is neither getting switched ON nor it is charging. I reached out to GO Noise support team under ticket number (681800 & 681861) . As I happened to lost the invoice copy of the product, I shared auto generated mail with CRED order ID to Go NOISE support team and also informed them Go Noise team has supported me earlier also on the basis of CRED order ID.

              However, this time GO Noise team is not supporting even though product is coverved under Warranty.

                      I have giving the product for service three times and today i recieved a damaged product again. i am fed up with this nonsense. My warranty date will expire on 12th April 2022. I have called customer care many times and they always assure me that the product with good quality will be delivered but i havent recieved any such good quality product. Now i dont know what to do. i just wanted my damaged product be repaired but they havent done that. This time they even told me that they will try to dispatch a fresh product to me but this is also damaged ( i cant charge it). please help me

                          Unable to pair both wireless ear buds at same time, i tried to contact alot of time but facing not contact back even after more than 5 times complaint. Such a cheap services and products that not able to work properly under there waranty period. Very disappoint for wrong investment

                              Very bad services and facilities provided by noise. I had an issue with my product so I claimed under warranty repair. Unfortunately they failed to repair my product and instead of that they give me another subsequent product used by some another person having some other issues. Very disappointed with it as they only shuffled products under warranty. Never seen and experience such a bad services and products like noise. Please guyz don't buy any product from noise if your money is valued for you.

                                Ordered color fit pro 3 assist on 10 Feb 2022 and was delivered on 14-Feb-2022. The smart watch has stopped working on 27feb 2022. Raised a complaint on 28-Feb-2022 and they took the complete product with charger, strap, warranty card included the box. After several follow up they said it’s defective and they sent me a refurbished watch on 15-March-2022 with an very old strap which has dirty marks like blood, grease and faded which is about to tear. Main thing is it not fit to take it with bare hands.
                                Charger and warranty card was not there. Again raised a complaint and they promised to deliver strap, charger and warranty card.
                                After several follow up call they sent me the charger alone on 26-March-2022.
                                After that I following up for strap and warranty card which they are saying they will send in 24 to 48 hours and the smart watch is now been not used for more than 35 days.

                                On 05-April-2022 support person Karthik promised to send me the strap with in 24 hours.
                                Today 07-April-2022 support person Kavitha promised to deliver the strap by today and a senior person will call me to tell the courier number.
                                Promises were made from 15-March-2022 and still not fulfilled.
                                Today 08-April-2022, I didn’t receive the courier details of the strap been dispatched from NOISE. Today again I have to follow up.
                                By 10:30 I called the customer support and Ritesh customer person told they will send it before 2:00PM of today. Same apologies and he is marking on priority and he is personally escalating to close this as the are repeatedly dragging for last 40 days.

                                  I bought a Ear Buds from Gonoise.com . Product Name is Noise Buds VS 202. After use of 20 Days this product stopped working. Then i filed complain to return my product on go noise website because they have 30 days return policy. They took my product back for quality check and now 14 days completed they either have not returned my product nor refunding my money. they just saying today tomorrow blah blah.
                                  Please Help me in this matter. I want my Money Back.

                                    Myself Aman kumar jha from surat. I have bought noise trully wilreless earpod (black jet vs 102 ) on 13/11/2021 from flipkart. after some days o[censored]se it has battery problem which i made complaint of it. but after some days problem got solved itself. now at march end i facing earpod mono problem. my left side earpod didnt connect with right one. also it has no light blinks. i rest earpod and my phone many times but nothing occur. So i made complaint for replacement. but due to my error i mistakenly select white earpod in place of black one during online complaint ( ticket number 647584). so courier person didnt accept the earpod from my home. I realise the fault and again made complaint ( ticket number 649107). but this time you send same message that you send first time( duplicacy of product) you not even generate return process. so again i made complaint ( ticket number 655011). but again you send same message without generate return process.
                                    I dont understand why are you doing this without checking anything.
                                    I got fed up by your service and i am going to rise this issue on your facebook and insta page. please generate my return process as per your procedure.
                                    Also check my all tickets and see how you doing proxy work without check anything.
                                    This is very serious matter regarding your service value in market. Please do needful.
