    I ordered noise earbuds VS201 on 2.11.2021, my order id - 1299487 by paying full via Gokwik UPI, later i thought of cancelling my order because I got the same product at low price in Amazon. But I dint recieved any refund till now and today[protected] there costumer care complaint number is also not working please provide me a solution for this problem

    I ordered the noise color fit ultra smart watch - space blue on 30 Jun 2022 I canceled by not receiving from blue dart courier service. Today is 2 Aug 2022. Still I didn't get my refund amount. From blue dart service has returned the product to origin shipping address of noise.When I will get amount can u please solve this problem.

        There is malfunctioning done with my product.

        I have given my product for repair/replacement as battery was not working.

        I haven't expected this from such a good brand.

        My product sent by me was not in this condition. The strap is damaged in parts. Also you haven't returned my charging cable.

        Is this what the service center do? I thought sending product to authorized service center would help me out but the you people have just done pathetic work.

          I purchased my truly wireless buds VS103 from amazon within a week of buying it it faced some glitch with the charging case because of which I took it to my nearest noise service centre in vadodara, gujarat. they gave a receipt after I submitted my product there. unfortunately I have lost that receipt nad now am not able to find it. Is there any solution as to how I can get my product back now that I don't have the receipt

              Product is not charging even after it is being connected to the usb. It switches on when it is charging but there is no increase. When taken out of the charger doesn't switch on.

                I am pranesh vichare and I have ordered a gonoise colourfit ultra watch from company website

                When I get the delivery same moment I have mailed company that I don't like the quality of the watch its pathetic and I want my refund

                And company mail came that we can't do anything as its not under company policy to give any refund

                I asked what if a person just don't like the watch it's the customer right to ask for a refund and you have to give it

                They said no we can't do that sorry

                So I mailed again and told them IT WAS MY BIIGGEST MISTAKE TO ORDER ON COMPANY WEBSITE AS I SHOULD HAVE ORDERD FROM AMAZON ONLY SO THAT I WOULD DEFINITELY HAVE GOT MY REFUND AMAZON DONT ASK ANY QUESTIONS AND GIVE REFUND I HAVE GOOD EXPERIENCE WITY ANAZON REGARDING REFUND

                SO I REQUEST ALL DONT EVER BUT GONOISE PRODUCTS AS ITS VERY CHEAP IN QUALITY JUST THEY DO ADVERTISE AND MAKE FOOL O[censored]S

                AND I STILL WANTMY REFUND SO NOTE DOWN THIS CONCERN DEPARTMENT AND PERSONS

                    I had raised a complaint on 23 october about my noise shots x1 air2 earbuds that i m.unable to charge my case ... And this is from the date when my bud was returned after my first complaint ( that the earbud is not working) then my first complaint was solved earbud starting working but the case stopped working. I had rasied complaint at that imediate point. But after few days the complaint was automatically closed, then again i had to raise a complaint which i raised a week before .. but only mails are sent at midnight that link has been sent and u try to troubleshoot ur device.. how can i do that when i raised a complaint that i m.unable to charge my case ...and what ur troubleshooting would do when case is not getting charged . I m very unhappy with this product. It is giving me problem from.the very first day... I have many things to do rather then raising complaints on the produCts . I thought that the product would get totally repaired after raising my first complaint...but my one probem was solved and second was raised... And i m not getting satisfactory output for the patience i m showing from very starting... Very upset with the product.. i request to replace my product ..and take the necessary steps as soon as possible...

                        I placed an order for Buds Solo and AirBuds Mini using your noisefit application. I have completed the payment using UPI but the order did not place. What should I do..I have no invoice or order ID..but only the reference number of payment.

                            I bought this product on 15th October from Amazon. I hardly used it.. today after a activity, the watch is not turning on.. The sensor at the back is working. I tried charging but didn't help.. Kindly have this product replaced or please refund the amount.

                              I want to cancel my order from noise site and that was a noise buds mini but there is no such option available to cancel order . so it should be cancelled asap . the tracker is also unable to track my package I don't know why . I just want my money back and the order to be cancelled as soon as possible . now it is become a headache to me so please its a request do it fast. My order I'd is #1262692.please help.

                                Hi I have exchanged mails many times with noise regarding the defect in my watch after replacement, but they have not replied in my last few mails, they promised me to provide gift voucher worth of my watch, I m still to receive any voucher or reply from noise.I have bought watch in the month of July 2021, My name is Punam Thakkar and contact detail [protected] and mail I’d is punam.[protected]@gmail.com

                                    I purchased this band on September 1st and paired with my iphone. It got unpaired by mistake and now am not able to pair it again. Resettled the band and uninstalled/reinstalled app in phone also however nothing worked. Called customer care and had even put a tweet on official noise handle however it seems Noise is not bothered for its customers. Once the product is sold then there is no help from them. Pathetic disgusting service

                                      I bought Noise earbuds XO on 20th oct 2020. Earbuds were working good but after time in the month of July I stared facing Connectivity issues in earbuds and at the same time both earbuds didn’t connected, connectivity range become too short, even voice also reduced.

                                      Then I approached customer care Center in Chandigarh but they refused to accept the product and advised to sent the product at their Gurgaon warehouse by reverse pickup. Then after approx 20 days I was informed from from noise that my product is not possible to repairs so they are send me another product of same model in replacement.

                                      But I was shocked after receiving the replaced product that it was refurbished and the the date of manufactured mentioned on that box was almost one year older that is dec 2019. It was clear that the product sent me in replacement is refurbished. Then I reduced to accept the refurbished product as there is no policy to replace product by older and refurbished product.

                                      I complained about the same on different portals like Facebook and Instagram chat box and at GONOISE website too. There is no customer care no. From GONOISE.
                                      Now my last complaint of replacement of refurbished product was launched on 7th aug 2021 and the same was accepted by GONOISE but till date neither the product picked up nor the contacted me back.

                                      Now I am feeling being cheated by GONOISE as there is no point of contact from GONOISE as they blocked me from Instagram ans Facebook as well.

                                      Kindly help.

                                        I purchased Noise colorfit pulse smartwatch on Sep 10th 2021, order number 1215159 which was dead on arrival.. It
                                        use to get reset couple of time a day. I opened a ticket, ref 402930 to return the product but they refused
                                        and took the product back for repairs. I received the product after the repairs but problemstill exists.
                                        Even now it gets reset couple of time a day. I have again opened another ticket, ref 419698... I need full refund as
                                        this is a defective product.
