I booked the train ticket on april 16th journey of may 4th (Tomorrow), the ticket is confirmed but i dint get message in google pay, ticket is available in irctc. Now my concern i want to cancel one of my passenger in irctc its not canceling because i booked the ticket in google pay.in google pay i dont get any message so cancellation is very difficult. So i try to request the google pay customer care and google pay call center yet now not responsible reply. It;s my google support inquiry: case id [[protected]], last 3 days i am suffering a lot for this issue yet now not resolved it. Tomorrow is my travelling date they customer people cooly speak you raised the compliant to tdr but why should i am going there because ticket details is send means i cancelling in my mobile itself. They dont send my ticket details. They asking details of my transaction and all. I provided all then also they are not solving the issue.

This one is not resolved yet. I filed IRCTC they are charged half payment instead of 60 RS. very worst customer support for google pay not happy too. i try to avoid the big amount transferring in Google Pay no safety too.

      I paid payment rs. 5000 on 30th april 2019 using google pay and the transaction failed. Assuming that the money will be refunded to my bank account i made another payment for the transaction.

      However, it has been 1 days now and the money is not refunded. I confirmed from icici bank that the amount is credited to [protected] and then spoke to customer care, nodal office, but they have not resolved the issue.

        I have debated the amount which have been transferred to the recipient account and the holder of account dint get the money so how to fix this problem .
        So, plz help us to solve this.
        As the account which I have debated is corporation bank and the recipient is union bank .
        As I am in required of money urgently so plz help me .
        And it happened this for many time with me I don’t know why it happens is it ur tez problem or my bank account problem
        So fix it as soon as possible so it’s very urgent for the recipient.

          Hi,

          I am working in TCS for a banking project and I am not supposed to bring smart/camera phone inside my ODC since we are working with sensitive information. So i am using basic mobile in which i have inserted my primary sim and this is attached to both of my bank accounts. In such case I cannot keep this number always in my smart phone to use GPAY since its mandatory to have registered mobile number.

          But, to access gpay i will have to change sim card, do transaction and again change it back to basic set. Its not convenient.

          Type of customers will be many. While creating any application security as well as convenience of all user should be taken care even physically challenged customer.

          Hope i can expect the updated version.

            I paid my airtel bill on 30th march using google pay and the transaction failed. Assuming that the money will be refunded to my bank account i made another payment for my bill via myairtel app and completed the transaction.

            However, it has been 30 days now and the money is not refunded. I confirmed from hdfc bank that the amount is credited to airtel and then spoke to customer care, nodal office, but they have not resolved the issue.

            This is a real blunder from airtel. Please help

              I have made payment of Rs. 2917 for electricity bill on 04.04.[protected] through google pay. My amount was deducted & electricity bill was not processed. For this I have raised dispute on 11.04.2019 with all relevant documents, but no refund was made. Again I have made complaint on 22.04.2019 with relevant documents. But till date my refund is not made. I have called many times, different persons who attended the calls assured for refund but no refund is done yet. Last call service request was made today i.e 27.04.2019 having request no [protected].

                I had made transaction of 99000 on 4th april 2019 through google pay.
                Amount debited from bank account bu not credited to beneficiary account.
                I had raised dispute to google pay on 15th april 2019.
                They asked me to share bank statement, i shared it on 16th april 2019.
                Thay asked me to wait for 7 working days.
                On 26th april 2019 they mailed me that no amount has been debited from account.
                But my bank statement shows debit of rs.99000. Agai i had called google and informed about that again they said me tpo wait for some more days.

                Help me out

                  Sir/madam.
                  I tried to purchase electromagnetic field wbut jan 12 by sp ghosh on google play books chrome app. I paid inr 309.75 via united bank of india netbanking. The transaction was shown as pending for some time on google pay website. Later all the transaction failed. My account was was debited and following was the id:google_play_nb/[protected].
                  All the transactions have been cancelled and i havent received either the book or the refund. Please help.

                    Hi,
                    I made an airtel prepaid recharge for rs 399 on google pay using my linked sbi account at 1.19 pm dt 25/04/19. However, it gave me an error message saying transaction failed try again. I tried it again at 1.20 pm. Money was deducted from my bank account for both the transactions. After some time i got a message that the first recharge had worked and money for both transactions have been deducted from my account via sms confirmation. Pls refund my money for the second transaction of rs. 399.
                    I tried calling your customer care service no as well as airtel prepaid customer care no but with no success. Pls look into my issue and refund the money.

                      Hai my transaction number is[protected]. I recharged airtel mobile for 448 on 30-april-2019 money was deducted and the recharge was failed. I contacted google pay more than 10 times through call, mail and feedback for the refund. Each and everytime when i ask for the refund they asking me to allow 5 bus days by saying we have escalated the issue. But i almost 25th day still am not yet received refund. Today also i called them again they asking to mail me. Really you guys were playing with the deducted money and making me tensed. I need my refund back along with the penalty of delaying. Am sure i wil not use this app hereafter.

I had complaint their customer services. The case id is[protected]. They told me problem will solve in 7 business day. But 7 business is over and problem is not resolved yet.                                 I am highly disappointed with the disastrous experience i had with google pay. I made the payment of 486 rs twice on 30th march, both of which failed.

                                I raised the dispute from the app on the same day and waited for 3 working days. But my money was not refunded, hence i called on 3rd april again and it was said to me my the customer care exectutive that my money will refunded on the same day only. But again not refunded.

                                I again called on. 5th april, and the customer care executive told me it will take 3 more working day, then i called on 8th of april, again one more time they said it will again take 3 more working days from now.

                                Then on 9th of april, i talked to the customer care executive along with the supervisor and i requested him to be precise and clear. He told me it will take theee more working days.

                                On 11th of april i again raised a complained the complain id of the same is mentioned below. Accordingly i was told that it would take 7 working days now from 11th of april. I again waited for more than 10 days.

                                Now again on 22nd of april, till now i have not received my money. I contacted today too and again now i have been sent a complaint id and have been told to wait for another 7 working days.

                                I am not sure if right people are sitting at the position of customer care executive at google pay. Such kind of experience wipe out the credibility of google pay too. There is no such portal to raise a complain against the customer care executives who have provider misleading infromation.

                                In my case it’s been more than 23 days still my money is not refunded. I have contacted customer care executives and even the supervisor almost 6-7 times but they have provided misleading information and has not taken any action in my case to solve my grievances. Now, i have gave up on receiving my refund, i just expect possible actions to be taken against the erring customer care executives.

                                Such a horrible payment app, google pay has turned out to be all due to the erring staff it has hired.

                                    I am attaching screenshot of pmt made to sun network dth recharge on March 7 of 230 rs. The 230 is not credited to sun network when I contacted them and my Sun network Dth was not recharged. I raised dispute in Google pay app and there is no response till now. It's more than 1.5 month and my money is lost. First, pls let me know where my money has gone and give me resolution.

                                      On 10th april i have recharged 149₹ on my jio number via google pay but at 1st attempt they show me an server error, so i repeat the payment process, on 4th attempt the interface showed "recharge successfull" and balance deducted from my bank is 149₹ but after a while another message came that 149₹ again has been deducted from my account. So two time the money has been been charged which was very uncertain. Please fix this problem. I have already send feed back from the app but there is no response till now.
                                      Hope for the better solution. Thanks and regards..

                                        On the date and time as mentioned above, i attempted to paid electricity bill which amount rs. 2429/- on 2nd april 2019 using my google pay account. However, the bill paid failed and this amount debited my savings account in two times (2429 +2429). However, i was informed that many times but no reply from your site. After that i am lodge a complain on consumer forum. This id (Google india / tez complaint status update [id: 2294931]. I am attached screen shot my account details.

                                        In view of the circumstances as mentioned above, i request you to kindly arrange to re credit the amount to my account at the earliest.

Amount transfer accont holder name is in Gooogle pay Vikram, and acount number is 20121582049, ifsc code is sbin0002369. i request to you sir please refund my money from his account.
                                        I transferred my money to my friend's account Rs 300 on 6 feb 2019 via google pay. Still that money has not deposit neither my account nor my friend's account. Often I transferred Rs 300 to my friend on 8 april 2019. That also have this problem.I raised it a complaint on google pay. Still there is no action. I request you to consider my complaint.
