My phone was getting shut down frequently and got heated up. Suddenly the sim card was also not read. My phone is in warranty. But, the service center guys are quoting me 36000 for the replacement of motherboard. I bought the phone for 70k inr. When i talked to the google support they say they can't do anything about it.

Google maybe a solid company on the web applications side. But, when it comes to phones, they are the worst...

Ila jan 11th 2019 i have sented a 1000 rs to my another account through tez transaction failed it shows but amount debited from my account not received yet. I have already complainted to my bank they are not supportable due to this is third party application. I talked to tez customer care officer they are also not responding. Is this the way you responds to the customers. Till now it is not reflected. Take action about this.

I have sent 1297rs on 2nd feb 2018. Still now amount was not credited to receiver bank. Every month i have to pay emi on 2nd date, but this time i have missed the payment because of google pay negligance. Now iam feeling that im using worst payment service. Please solve this issue and refund my money back, after that i never use this app again.

I transferred Rupees 8000 to my friend on Saturday (Feb 2 2019). It got struck and the status was "Processing". On 6th Feb the status of the transaction status changed to successful but till now the amount is not showing in my friend's Account. I tried reaching the google pay team a lot of times but got no support what so ever from them and they kept on asking me to check the balance to and fro again and again. there is no proper customer...

Rs 600 is debited from my account but not credited to my friend's account when i sent money through googletez application on 22nd jan 2019 at 10:11 pm..

On february 1st i made a transaction of rs. 592 for booking a ticket in just tickets but unfortunately it got failed and my money got debited. On saturday (02/02/2019) my friend transferred me 8000 rupees through tez google pay but it went under process.

After a gap of two days it showed that transaction is successful but the balance is not getting reflected in my account. Tried to reaching google pay's "customer support" but "no help" or "what so ever".

Kindly assist....

I make a recharge of 409 plan of vodafone in google pay (Tez app) on jan 23, 2019 amount got debited and transaction got canceled, received info that the amount will get refunded within 7 days. Followed up with customer care and at last they told me raise the dispute with vodafone from google pay app. But no update from dispute team.
Hoping that my dispute will get resolve at earliest and thanks in advance.br...

I had made a transaction of rupees 10 thousand to SBI account using Google Pay. My HDFC account got debited and the Payee has not received the fund.

I have been taking follow ups with google pay but nothing fruitful is coming.

I have paid money to my broadband service from upi qr code scan money deducted from my account but partner site saying money is not reflected when. Someone has given the adds regarding the job by this number +[protected] it's totally fraud, owner of this number used to bring people on bangkok and take money and escaped, please take action against fake job adds, he is from india his name is raj kumar singh in one passport and another passport name is different, there are other people also involved in this job scam, please take punitive action, so other people will not be cheated...
