Please help me i made a transaction of RS 5000 to my friend by google pay but the money get deducted from my account but not credited to my friends account and google pay customer services are also not providing any help to me to get my money back..

    Please help me i made a 8900 /- transaction on 10/01/2019 via google pay to my frnd account but transaction is still in process and my money not back to my a/c till the date. I already raise the dispute on the app but no response from the app on this matter. I mailed on my banks upi support team's mail id but from there no support or response come to me.       I paid bill of my airtel dongle number [protected] on 9th february 2019 through google pay account number [protected], receipt attached for your reference but still today its not paid to airtel.
      Still now i am waiting for approval from operator.
      And status shows successful at the google pay.
      Please do the needful so that i can use my dongle smoothly.
      I will be highly obliged to you.

        Money has been debited from my account and has not transferred to recipients account.
        Really not satisfied with tez. This is the 4th time its happening to me.
        So please refund as soon as possible.
        They show transaction has failed but the amlunt has been debited from my account. So please do as soon as possible

        On dated 12th February, 2019, I am send amount of Rs. 2, 700/- to Om Collection account in AXIS Bank but amount does not receive to receivers bank. I am reach to my bank and inform the said transaction. But they are informed me that money is already send to receiver account. After that I am reach AXIS Bank and inform that said transation, But they are answer me amount is not deposited to Om Collections account. Hence this complainant.

          I have done a transaction of 2000 rupees on january 2nd 2019 and the money has been debited from my account but not credited to the recipients account till now. I am calling them since a month and they still dont have any update about it. And last friday when i called them they told me that the money has already been deposited to the recipients account. But when i checked the bank statements of both the account i got to know that he was making me a fool. I called them today 12th feb 2019 still they don't have any update regarding transaction.

            2 transactions of rs. 599/- *2= 1198/- (Cicagkdi0bg-gw & cicagkdi0an6ca) was debited from my hdfc account on 31st december 2018 to ola money, and only one transaction was successful and the other got cancelled. I have raised a dispute and several attempts sending feedback was done no reply or update from this team on the reversal of rs. 599/-. Even today i logged an call back request and received a call from mr. Avinash (Customer support team) and mentioned to have raised this compliant to the specialist team and will have the issue resolved in 7 days and also confirmed to share the compliant number and will send me an email regarding this compliant and till now its not received. I am now worried to get my money back & no response from google?

              My name is Suresh Parmar and my Tez/Google pay Account ID is [protected]@okaxis. I transferred amount of Rs 1000 to Mr Jagdish Ayar Account ID. [protected]@okhdfcbank but the amount still has been in the process from 8/2/2019. In Tez/Google pay they are showing that it will credited to reciever's account within 3-5 working day but still it in the process so it is my humble request to you please do the needful.

              I think that money has been credited thanks for your support
              I have recharged my mobile with rs 169 my recharge was not successful but money deducted from my account. I have raised dispute for but i didn't get any response. In last month I have recharged my mobile now 1 month left still refund is not getting to me. It's very late process, please take some action and refund my money.

                My friend has done google pay payment of 500 but money has not credited to my bank account but debited from his account. The status of payment showing successful. So send the money as soon as possible. My friend has done payment on february 5th but showing as money credited on february 8th.in both apps its showing as payment success full. I like to know when my money will be credited.

                  I create a txn on 02/01/2019 via google pay upi app but txn was failed and my money not back to my a/c till the date.                     Made two transactions, one worth rs.2000 and other rs.2500 on 10jan 2019 to recipient's account through google pay. Money has been deducted from my account but not deposited in the receiver's account. Tried contacting google pay multiple times, sent them the account statements, but still no response. Issue pending with them since a month.

                    Please contact google pay and ask them to resolve this.

                    Hi my upi transaction id[protected] it shows money delivered to my friend account but they did not received the money please do some action thank you.
                    I've sent 1000 rupees to my friend but he didn't received it, the amount was debited from my account but not credited in my friends acocount, please help me to get my money back.

                      My phone was getting shut down frequently and got heated up. Suddenly the sim card was also not read. My phone is in warranty. But, the service center guys are quoting me 36000 for the replacement of motherboard. I bought the phone for 70k inr. When i talked to the google support they say they can't do anything about it.

                      Google maybe a solid company on the web applications side. But, when it comes to phones, they are the worst cheating company you can ever find. They just don't care about the customers problems and send you to a third party to handle.

                      This is a warning to all those who think google pixel will be good phone. If you are wanting try a new phone, go with other android brands or stick with iphone.

                        Ila jan 11th 2019 i have sented a 1000 rs to my another account through tez transaction failed it shows but amount debited from my account not received yet. I have already complainted to my bank they are not supportable due to this is third party application. I talked to tez customer care officer they are also not responding. Is this the way you responds to the customers. Till now it is not reflected. Take action about this.

                          I have sent 1297rs on 2nd feb 2018. Still now amount was not credited to receiver bank. Every month i have to pay emi on 2nd date, but this time i have missed the payment because of google pay negligance. Now iam feeling that im using worst payment service. Please solve this issue and refund my money back, after that i never use this app again.

                              I transferred Rupees 8000 to my friend on Saturday (Feb 2 2019). It got struck and the status was "Processing". On 6th Feb the status of the transaction status changed to successful but till now the amount is not showing in my friend's Account. I tried reaching the google pay team a lot of times but got no support what so ever from them and they kept on asking me to check the balance to and fro again and again. there is no proper customer support system or any such facility provided from google pay to the customers. Using such an interface is not trustworthy at all where the amount is getting struck and there is no one to take responsibility for

                                      On february 1st i made a transaction of rs. 592 for booking a ticket in just tickets but unfortunately it got failed and my money got debited. So i made a complaint on the same and i was told that i will get my money back in 3 working days. I called again on feb 4th and same reply was given to me and asked me to wait till 12am. Nothing happened as usual, i reverted back on feb 5th, the agents were so lethargic in answering and i was not treated as valued customer.

                                      Each and every time i called them they would come up with a different solution asking me to wait for another 3days. Till now the money wasn't credit and the agent (Mubeena) whom i spoke with lastly gave me a reply as "if your money wasn't credited yet then you will have to wait another 7 working days according to rbi rule". I am pretty sure that nothing is mentioned in google pay more than 3 days and i don't know how rbi comes to play in this role.

                                      Even i am a customer service executive, i never treated my customers in the way i was treated. Moreover i spoke with floor manager also after waiting for an hour and floor manager disconnected the call while speaking.

                                      We are know that the google is in the top of the world but the customer support i got from your end is like suffocating under the water.

                                      Really shame that i got to do a transaction with the people who doesn't know how to speak with fellow people.

                                      Google pay was my payment platform so the responsibility is yours. There is no point in asking the merchant, since you people confirmed the cancellation form your end and the mistake was yours.

                                      Paytm doesn't even have customer support team through call but still they maintain a standard in their commitment. Many of my transactions got cancelled but still i get the money on time without interacting or biting them on regular calls. Learn how to do business from them.

                                      Don't hire the people who don't know what is customer support. These people come here to pass the time and giving lethargic answers to the customers who are in agitated state.

                                      Try to treat a customer in the way you want to be treated.

                                      To all the fellow people who is doing a transaction through google pay please note that if your transaction got failed then wait for the blue moon to come up.

                                        I had transferred the money on 2 feb from google app but due to some problems it’s was showing processing and noticed me for wait till 3 to 5 working day now it’s showing paid but still i couldn’t get the money at my other account and money already deducted from my first account from which i send the money plz help me out this my 95000 amount stacked by this google app upi service. And one more thing i have tried a lot but google pay costumers care did not entertain me
