I made a transaction for rs1000 through google pay tez, but its shows paid but my friend did not got that money... I made the trasaction on 31/01/2019

    On february 1st i made a transaction of rs. 592 for booking a ticket in just tickets but unfortunately it got failed and my money got debited. So i made a complaint on the same and i was told that i will get my money back in 3 working days. I called again on feb 4th and same reply was given to me and asked me to wait till 12am. Nothing happened as usual, i reverted back on feb 5th, the agents were so lethargic in answering and i was not treated as valued customer.

    Each and every time i called them they would come up with a different solution asking me to wait for another 3days. Till now the money wasn't credit and the agent (Mubeena) whom i spoke with lastly gave me a reply as "if your money wasn't credited yet then you will have to wait another 7 working days according to rbi rule". I am pretty sure that nothing is mentioned in google pay more than 3 days and i don't know how rbi comes to play in this role.

    Even i am a customer service executive, i never treated my customers in the way i was treated. Moreover i spoke with floor manager also after waiting for an hour and floor manager disconnected the call while speaking.

    We are know that the google is in the top of the world but the customer support i got from your end is like suffocating under the water.

    Really shame that i got to do a transaction with the people who doesn't know how to speak with fellow people.

    Google pay was my payment platform so the responsibility is yours. There is no point in asking the merchant, since you people confirmed the cancellation form your end and the mistake was yours.

    Paytm doesn't even have customer support team through call but still they maintain a standard in their commitment. Many of my transactions got cancelled but still i get the money on time without interacting or biting them on regular calls. Learn how to do business from them.

    Don't hire the people who don't know what is customer support. These people come here to pass the time and giving lethargic answers to the customers who are in agitated state.

    Try to treat a customer in the way you want to be treated.

    To all the fellow people who is doing a transaction through google pay please note that if your transaction got failed then wait for the blue moon to come up.

    Still zero response as well no money refunded .
    My friend sent 6000/- in google pay its showing received but in my account amt is not deposited and transaction id is[protected]

      I had transferred the money on 2 feb from google app but due to some problems it’s was showing processing and noticed me for wait till 3 to 5 working day now it’s showing paid but still i couldn’t get the money at my other account and money already deducted from my first account from which i send the money plz help me out this my 95000 amount stacked by this google app upi service. And one more thing i have tried a lot but google pay costumers care did not entertain me

        Hi,

        On saturday (02/02/2019) my friend transferred me 8000 rupees through tez google pay but it went under process.

        After a gap of two days it showed that transaction is successful but the balance is not getting reflected in my account. Tried to reaching google pay's "customer support" but "no help" or "what so ever".

        Kindly assist.

          I want my money back!!! Use have taken so much and i have not once heard of young joy or whatever this is not cool at all. Stop # taken people money you greedy #. Give my money back😠😡$144 is missing from my account all to you stupid company. That is my kids food shopping that i cannot buy now. Do use have a company in nz i can go and see i want my freakn money back😠. Can anybody help me please😢

            Hi team,

            I make a recharge of 409 plan of vodafone in google pay (Tez app) on jan 23, 2019 amount got debited and transaction got canceled, received info that the amount will get refunded within 7 days. Followed up with customer care and at last they told me raise the dispute with vodafone from google pay app. But no update from dispute team.
            Hoping that my dispute will get resolve at earliest and thanks in advance.

              I had made a transaction of rupees 10 thousand to SBI account using Google Pay. My HDFC account got debited and the Payee has not received the fund.

              I have been taking follow ups with google pay but nothing fruitful is coming.

              Above mentioned case id has all the details with google, The passbook of recipient clearly showing that amount was credited into his account and then debited with same upi reference.

                I have paid money to my broadband service from upi qr code scan money deducted from my account but partner site saying money is not reflected when. I reach to Google Pay ( Tez ) application team there is no proper response. Please help me with this. After the transaction I even raised a dispute from the transaction menu as per the guide lines but there is no response post that I connected to Google team those guys asked me to get confirmation mail from client team which I paid to I have done that and updated to Google team in my next conversation but still there is no update and money not get paid to me back.

                Google team not responding and not even single response message from them. They are simply ignored and not even responded for my dispute in their application as well. Please help me with this.

                  I made a transaction of Rs 10, 000.00 from my Google pay India/Tez account on 30th January, 2019.
                  Its was an UPI to UPI amount transfer transaction.
                  The amount of 10, 000 Rs. was debited from my account immediately, but has not been credited to the recipient's bank account yet.

                  Now, Please either send the debited amount of 10, 000 Rs.to my own account (Sender's UPI Id: himanshu.dixit.[protected]@oksbi), or send it to the recipient's account (Recipient's UPI Id: [protected]@oksbi) as soon as possible.

                  I have attached the details of transaction as a screenshot here.

                    This is to inform you that I have received a worst customer experience from Google. More than 5 Days have gone and still google is not able to take a manual review of my website http://www.affordablepropertygurgaon.in to approve that I just wanted to know that how much time they will take more to review a 2 page website. I have called their customer care many times but they always tell that my website is clean but still they have not done their manual review to approve that. This is seriously unprofessional behavior by Google. Please help me out from this problem.

But beneficiary not recive the money.

                        Someone has given the adds regarding the job by this number +[protected] it's totally fraud, owner of this number used to bring people on bangkok and take money and escaped, please take action against fake job adds, he is from india his name is raj kumar singh in one passport and another passport name is different, there are other people also involved in this job scam, please take punitive action, so other people will not be cheated

                        Someone has given the adds regarding the job by this number +[protected] it's totally Fraud, owner of this number used to bring people on Bangkok and take money and escaped, please take action against fake job adds, his passport number is L8956883, he promised me to give the job in Tunisia, so that I gave him 1200USD, in Bangkok, he is from India, his passport no is L8956883, please take action, so when ever he wants to move another country, so he could detained in Airport,
                        His passport no is L8956883, he booked the hotel for us in Bangkok the Hotel name is Happy Inn 2, 77/4 sukumvit Road soi 4 klongtoey Bangkok Thailand 10110, from 2feb 2019 to 5th Feb 2019, he told I should purchase flight ticket from Bangalore to Bangkok, and Bangkok to Bangalore, like way my departure flight on 1st February and come back flight on 5t February I booked, after reach in Bangkok I should pay him 1200USD he told for both side tickets for Tunisia and sphonsership, after reaching in Tunisia I will get visa on arrival, after that will convert Tourist visa as a work permit, so I reached in Bangkok on 2 Feb 2019 morning, he took. me in Hotel and took money 1200USD from me, next day he absconded, please take strict action.                             An amount of 13, 400 has been transferred to me from my sister on january 6th, 2019.in spite of calling and submitting the bank accounts of both senders and receivers multiple times to google pay customer care, nothing has been resolved. It has been already a month neither i received the money to my account nor my sister received the money. Please help in resolving this issue as soon as possible.

The amount was debited from my boi accnt but not credited to beneficiary sbi accnt even aftr 4 days.. I reached my bank they replied fund is transfered to recipient accnt and also checked recipient bank accnt but amount is not reached.. The problem is with google play. Plz help me urgently

                                I tried to transfer rs. 20000/- on 03/02/2019 the first transaction was failed so i tried once again but both the times the transaction was failed. Today on 04/02/2019 i check my bank account the amount deducted twice from my bank account. While the recipient only received once. I check in google pay once it is showing the transaction is failed and another one paid. Please help. The upi transaction id is[protected] which was failed but amount deducted from my sbi savings bank account. Very harassing.

                                  N 28th of jan 2019 i made a transaction of 20000 rs with upi transaction id[protected] and google transaction id is v, money got deducted from my sbi account but its not credited in the beneficiary sbi account. Further i called to sbi customer care but as per them it is a fault from google pay. Please help here and reverse/credit my amount in to my account.

                                    The amount has been debited from my account but it has not been credited to the recipient account. Money was transferred on 25th january, 2019. Already raised a dispute in the app but till now i havent received any updates. App shows that the money will be transferred in 3-5 working days but still now they is no details available on the app.

Further i called to sbi customer care but as per them it is a fault from google pay. Please help here and reverse/credit my amount in to my account.

                                        One of my relative transferred some iujt in to my account on 1st of feb. It shows as successful to them and even i received a message that mount transffered through google pay but the amount is not getting reflected in my account till now. Can you please update me regarding this as i am in need of some money. And hoping that it will soon be resolved
