Hello sir/madam,

My name is manoj mahadik. My email add. Is [protected]@gmail.com. I got the problem of making a payment of best electricity bill of ₹670/- on the date of 28/01/2019 at the time of 01:00 p. M. From google pay (Tez) app with google transaction id - cicagkcsi6rrva. But my transaction was not processed in the app & it shows the transaction was failed & the ₹670/- was debited from my bank account but the amount hasn't credited on my bank account and the bill also not get paid on the app.
Sir/madam, i was requesting you to give me my money back to my bank account asap.

Even through i have logged compliment through feed back two times but no response. So kindly sort out the issue at the earliest and inform the same to my email id

    Am doing transaction on 10.12.2018 amount 20000.00, but not recived still now, pls check below transaction pic . Google pay told NPCI Is not responding properly.already gone nearly 2 months. Pls sir verify the transaction and credit to my account.

        The amount has been debited from my account but it has not been credited to the recipient account. I have been trying to reach the google tez app customer service for the past month but the call was always on hold. The chat service is not even working. I haven't received a reply to my email which was sent on january 19, 2019, and january 29, 2019. I don't know how to get my money back. Very frustrating!

        I transferred money to my friend account 2 days back, in Google pay the status is processing bt fund got debited from my account but not credited in beneficiary account. Please solve this problem.
        While transferring money through tez my account got debited two times and beneficiary account got credit once only.kindly reverse the same.
        I have paid 799 for uc ...money got deducted from my bank account but uc is not credited in my pubg account
        I transferred money to my friend account 2 days back, in Google pay the status is processing bt fund got debited from my account but not credited in beneficiary account. Please solve this problem.

          An amount of 500 from my account debited and not credited to the receiver on 21.01.2019
          And an amount 1000 debited from my nephew's account and not credited to my account. Why the bloody google pay playing like this
          Untrustworthy google.
          No one should have this problem,

          I strongly suggest/recommend that do not use google pay or any other third party apps.

            On 7th jan 2019 i send rs.5000.00 to my mummy's account. From icici to sbi via my googlepay. The money got debited from my account but not credited to my mom's account. I checked with sbi and they confirmed that it is not their fault. Google did not initiated the payemtn so sbi not received it. However the money is deducted from my account.

            I raised this with google over phone, email. Innitially, i got the response but later on neither anybody replying my email nor the call is getting responded.

            I have mentioned the google pay complaint number in subject. If someone could help me in this would be much appreciated.

              I received payment request to amazon again and again and then 66000 rs debited in my account its a fraud call n now amazon its don't take responsibility because this payment is made by google pay. And now my bank its freezed so i didn't contact with google pay customer service so how can i return my rupees because its a big amount and this fraud is done by google pay

              is the case of data leack of Google pay bcz i was received a call by amazon is located in same address which is Google pay's office karnataka, fraud amazon employee sending me a link in Google pay and my 66000 is gone then he said i[censored] want refund all me then send a money in paytm ill send money but more 34000 is gone, now paytm accept my complain and research of my case but Google pay is a third class bcz its don't gave a response to customer

                  I have done a money transfer of amount 9000/- from my google pay account on 23/jan/2019 at 2:42 pm to my friend's bank account the amount has debited from my account but, the amount does not credited in my friends account
                  The money should transfer within 3 working days but till date the amount has not credited to my account or my friends account

                        I have transferred money to my relative in village around 7th of january, but the money has not reached to her account and yet the money has not been given back to my account either.
                        I came to this point of complaining in consumer complaint because i have complained to them as well but no reply from them. Please it was 9000 inr means alot.. Worst experience, but i have hope in consumer complaint to get my issue resolved

                          SENDER done the 45K transaction via Google-Pay, Money deducted from SENDER's SBI account but not credited to RECEIVER HSBC account .
                          The UPI Trasaction id =[protected]
                          Can you please Google-Pay to look into it.
                          It has taken 4 days already to verify but no response yet.
                          Now Google-Pay said we need 7 business days.
                          Please look into it urgenlty.

                            Please resolve this issue immediately, or i have to complaint and showcase everywhere possible.
                            I booked a ticked in red bus using google pay app got hung and amount got deducted i called redbus for refund but they told u will get in 7 days...but after 8 days also...i didnot get refundI BEG U GUYS DONT use google pay...for payments because i[censored]r transaction failed...no custermer care will be there to talk...Nd they will lot your money...

                              A sum of rs.3000 transferred from my account google pay tez - upi [protected]@okicici to [protected]@oksbi on 4th january 2019 at 19.36pm. Amount got debited from my account but till now not credited in beneficiary account. I have also raised a dispute and got a confirmation that i would be receiving a notification in 3-5 working days but its been a month now and no proper response at all. Kindly check and do the needful.

                                Actually I send money rs 510 to my friend us Google tez.1st attempt is falied .I try my next transaction same 510 rs for next few minutes this transaction got success.my friend got money .But my bank account debited both transaction ( Debited money for failed transaction ) but my friend only got rs 510 only.i shared my friend statement also. pleasee refund my money(RS 510 ) to my account

                                This is regarding unauthorised debit from my savings bank Account number with SBI got debited several times on 07.06.2018. Please look into the matter. Contact me at [protected].total 46 transactions were made and I lost Rs. 9930.68 on 07.06.2010. Please to the needful

                                  I have done google pay transaction to a super market through Scan QR Code for 104 rupees twice on jan 3 2019 at 9.35 PM and 9.36 PM . Total 208 rupees got deducted from my account . The app is showing the status as Paid but the beneficiary has not received any amount. Google transaction IDs are CICAgKDi_YKNLQ and CICAgKDi_aKbYw.
                                  Its been 25 days I am following up. But I did not receive my money back to my account.

                                  I made a transaction through Google pay on 07/01/2019, amount debited from my account but not credited in receiver account, I dropped a complaint in customer support of Google pay but no response from Google pay authority's transaction id. No :[protected]

                                    On 7th of Jan 2019. I made one transaction of 5000 RS with upi transaction ID[protected]google transaction id CICAgKDip6DBBA), money got deducted from my HDFC account but its not credited yet in Beneficiary SBI account .
                                    further I called to HDFC and SBI customer care but as per them it is a fault from google pay.
                                    please help here and reverse/credit my amount.

                                    complain resolved by google pay team, not by this site. also behalf of this site someone is doing a fake call and asking your google pin with the help of asking to install an app in your phone. Guys please do not do this and be safe from fraud call. fake caller is 7282055362. I called to police and log a complaint for this.

                                    I did a transaction of Rs 4000 on 19th jan 2019 to my friend, the money got debited but status of the transaction was processing, on 24th jan 2019 the status became deposited but my friend has not received it yet . I have called the helpline of google pay and they told me to send statements of my bank account and I did the same .

                                      I had transfer 3939 amount from google pay in 22nd of jan, but the amount is not credited recipients bank yet. I contacted google pay customer care and they told to me the issue will solve within 3 days but the issue is not solved yet. So please solve this issue as soon as possible

                                        I made a transaction 5000 rs on 8 jan 2019 at 1 :30 pm. But did not receive my another account. And upi transaction i'd[protected] and google transaction i'd cicagkdir72pka. As per your phone discussion we have attached my both banking statement of both statement for this complaint related.
                                        So please request you that look into this problems and solve.

Worst service they like speak they are helpless.
