Hi, i have transferred 15000 to my cousin sbi account, amount was debited from my source account but it was not credited in destination (My cousin) account. I raised a dispute and i didn't get any update. Please help me on this. I was waiting for the update from last 5 days. Please help me asap.

client send me an amount of rupees 14000 on 4/01/2019, the amount has been debited from a client bank account, but it reflects me on 07/01/2019 in google india/tez but amount not credited into my account till today. please transfer immediately its very need to us to pay in hospital

    Dear sir,

    I transferred money to sbi account as on 4/1/2019 rs 8000/- from hdfc bank through google pay but still not credited to beneficiary account and not refund to sender account also when i will ask to customer care its not google pay issue it's npci issue it takes nearly 15 days to resolve this issue
    Please help to resolve this issue as early as possible please find attached screenshot for u r reference

      On 15th dec 2018 i sent 17000 to an account.. Money got deducted but the recipient did not receive any money... It's my emergency money and im facing real shortage of money now.. It's been so many weeks but no response from google.. How is this fair?? Why is google not giving me my money... There's nobody to respond from google's side.. They are saying they are not responsible.. Then who is responsible for my money?? There are so many people who is facing the same problem with google pay.. It's the worst app

        I had done a tata sky recharge on 10th december 2018 via google pay of rs. 735/-.
        After multiple follow ups:
        1. Tata sky did not receive the money
        2. From my account the money has been debited and not refunded. According to the bank the the transaction was successful
        3. Google pay / tez is not responding to the complain

        I want my money refunded!!

          I paid 1999 on amazon for order of my shoes on 12 nov. Through tez app with upi payment method, but my order got cancelled as payment was failed and amount was deducted. I contacted amazon then they informed that they have not received and payment and informed to contact my bank. Next day i contacted my bank (Rbl) then they said that i have made transaction through third party upi so please contact them as money is stuck with them. I came and reported this issue to google tez through call and their app too and waiting for their reply since last month. When i call them they just say that "we are giving this issue to investigation time and it will take time" but what time will it take they never inform me. I thought google tez is trusty but they are just cheating use. I am just waiting for my money, please help me to release it from their end so i could get it. Its really urgent.
          I already contacted google too 10-12 times for this issue and one of them said that i would get my money. But still no action has been take.

            I transferred 11, 000 to my brother through google pay on 20th december 2018 that amount deposited to my brother account and automatically transferred back to my upi number. Amount debited from my brother account but i didn't receive that 11, 000. We contacted both of our banks they are unable to solve our issue. They are telling that is 3rd party issue that is google pay. Please check and solve tell me how to solve issue..

                I have transfered rs 8500 from my google pay account on 2nd jan 2019 to my pg owner. The amount has been deducted from my account but did not received by the beneficiary account. Google pay customer told the amount will be refunded or sent to the beneficiary within 3 working days but it is not updated still. If this issue didn't got resolved then i will file police case and consumer court.

                      I send to money to someone from google pay via transaction id cicagkcizknvvq on dated[protected], software show message payment attempt failed but amount of rs. 501 deducted from my account. Software also show a message amount deducted will be refund in 3-5 business days but amount not refund yet. I tried many times on custmor care to know about this payment but no one pick my phone.

                        I have transferred rupees 8000.00 to kj enterprises through google pay. Money has been debited from account but not credited to merchant account. This issue has been happened on 5th december 2018. After that contacted google pay customer support they asked me to wait for 3 business day everytime. I waited for more than 30 days and called them about 6 or 7 times. They still didnt resolve my complaint. Kindly do the needful.

                                I paid bill on 26/12/2018 of rs 11450. On due date. It take 3 days in process bill. After that show successfull. But i called to msedcl they said bill is not paid. After that i paid bill by paytam. After that i didn't get my refund from google tez i contact to google tez customer and mail then they not responed.

                                    I had send money to my friends account but money didn't cedit in my frinds account and money debit from my account but both got success status in tez app and it 9days complete and I kept bank documents to tez customer also

                                      I have transfer 10000 rupees from Google pay (Tez) as on 15/12/2018 but amount debit my account, but not credit receiver account, i have mention UPI transactions id[protected] and Google pay id- CICAqKCix87sVw, please resolve, Google pay customer support speak your problem pending from NPCI and resolve in 7 Working days but already spend 20 days after not resolve.

                                      Still not credit my amount in my account
                                      I made transaction on 29th dec of amount RS 4761.my transaction ID:-CICAgKDirsTAEA but transaction failed, money debited from my bank but still not refund in my account.
                                      Please help me
