On the 19/12/2018 $46.99 was taken from my account. This is so wrong.

I bought lives in a game of Candy Crush the amount of $46.99 was taken and one for $4.49 on the 19/12/2019.This should of been two $4.49.

I have used this site many times and have never had any problems

This was from google play.

I am asking for a refund of the amount charged in excess. The amount being $42.50. I am a senior person on a limited budget and this is my one entertainment and pleasure I have with my android tablet. Please help me get reimbursed.

          I have made a payment for 8000 on december 14th 2018 night 11:24 pm.

          At that time money has been debited from my account but not credited in my recipients account.

          But google pay/tez app, the transaction was showing "paid", and for my recipient also it was showing "received"
          But money not yet credited to my recipient account.
          Please help me.

              My money ₹50000 lost due to a transaction made from other number to my number., on 26.11.2018 my brother in law made a transaction from his google pay account of ₹50000 to my number., the same was credited and immediately debited from my account. Apart from this an additional amount of ₹50000 also deducted from my account stating the transaction i'd.

              I transferred ₹1400 to my friend.The transaction failed but money hasn't refunded even after 2 weeks.

                On 09/12/2018 i have tried to make a payment of rs 9900, which was failed as per google pay. But when i check my bank statement it shows payment deducted. Still, the receiver not received that payment nor me. Please check in to this. Transaction id:[protected].
                I have asked my bank sbi, they said to contact google pay. It took more than 5 working days, still, i have not received that payment.

                              I m Ashish Kumar Tripathy i have done 1000 rs transactions from my ICICI account on tez apps. Money is debited to from my account but it's not credit in receivers account... ... So plz resolve this problem... This tez apps is working under google it's use for online transaction per transaction user get a coupon in there cashback amount... Nd showing transaction is on 3 December is successful but it not transfer to till date... I m doubt full an it's fraud... Plz help in this case...

                                I have done CESC Kolkata (electricity bill ) payment on 9th November, 2018. But my transaction got failed on 21st November, 2018. Inspite of paying the CESC bill again from Cesc website with late payment charges since my due date was over till then, I am not got my amount refund for failed transaction made through Google Pay. I have contacted 3 times to customer care for my amount refund to my bank account, but till now I didnt got my amount back.Every time they say it will get refunded within 5 days. So pathetic service of Google pay.

                                I searched formal shoes on Google then I found one website then I ordered and received the item but it might was wrong so I tried to return but got to know the website is fraud. Google should make sure about those website before showing on Google search.

                                  I have made one transaction on 14 nov of rs.30000 to my friend prakash kumar patra through google pay which showed successful but he did not receive the amount. On logging a complaint and providing all the required documents they told my that i have entered the wrong account no but the correct isfc code due to which it has failed. Now the question is if both account no and isfc both do not match each other how the transaction happened and they failed to tell me that to which account the amount has been credited. If the same account no does not lie under the mentioned isfc coded branch where did the money go. If you people donot have any control over the bank transactions and you can not tell the money flow then please dont harass us please give me a refund of my hard earned money.
