Google India / Tez — didn't get my refund of failed transaction. | |||
I was transferring money from my account to another account on google pay. They deduct the money but the transaction was failed. I reported it but they said it will return to my account within 3-5 business days. But it had been more than one month i didn't get any single penny. Even i tried to call the customer care they were not responding to my calls. It's pathetic. Is it a secure application or what? It's 10, 000 ₹. I don't know why they're not responding. My name is sandeep gilligitha i was the payment of 10, 000 rupees on 19th October 2019 form my account Andhra bank to scb my amount was debited but still now amount not credited in receiver account i was submitted all documents but no one can be not responds

I am unable to pay KSEB BILL via Google Pay whereas I am able to make other payments via Google Pay.
Why is it so?
