The amount has been debited from my account but it has not been credited to the recipient account. Money was transferred on 25th january, 2019. Already raised a dispute in the app but till now i havent received any updates. App shows that the money will be transferred in 3-5 working days but still now they is no details available on the app. Transaction id (Cicagkcs7baxtq) Was this information helpful? No (0) Yes (0)

On 20th Jan 2019 i made a transaction amount of 4000, but unfortunately transaction failed but amount got debited in my account, but my beneficiary not received the payment, also refund not yet waiting for refund more then 10 days

This is Madhu from Bangalore.I made transaction through google pay on 8-Jan-2019.Still it didn't received to beneficiary account. Transferred from HDFC to SBI UPI transaction ID:[protected].

It almost completed 20 days but still no solution.
