I have done the payment for recharging my jio phone number through google pay upi. Rs. 349 money got deducted but recharge was not done. Could you please look into the issue and refund my money back as soon as possible. BSNL prepaid recharge becomes unsuccessful, but the amount debited from my bank account. I sent the feedback and shows that it's under dispute. It's about one month and no refund till now. The screenshot of the cancelled transaction is attached herewith for your reference.
