I really regret my decision to buy a Hitachi Refrigerator .
One month has elapsed since I lodged a complaint ( [protected] )for my 382 Litre RZ400ENDK Double Door Refrigerator . Nobody has bothered to attend to my complaint. The Customer Care Executives and Local Service Providers i.e. M/s J.K. International, Benachity, Durgapur-713213, from whom I have purchased the Refregerator all not paying heed to my complaint.
I have no other option left but to file a complaint with the Consumer Forum.
