I purchased one panasonic AC model No. CS-KC18SKY3R/1.5 Ton from 19/2 Garia hat (south) Branch, Kol - 31. Invoice No. DK/SA/1718/00042 dated 01.04.2017
The delivery date of which is 03.04.2017. Full day we are waiting for the delivery . we cant go out. but at last not delivered the item. It is fun how you are putting date of delivery if you don't have such infrastructure. During purchasing the sales person Mr. Sabyasachi chatterjee assured me that installation will be done within 05 days. why such assurance are giving to the consumer to harass them. kindly deliver my item immediately or refund my money back.

I bought a "Electrolux EN205 LTMD 190 LTR" refrigerator on March 17th, 2017 from Great Eastern Appliances Howrah Shibpur Kajipara branch and It delivered on March 20th, 2017.When I plugged in It didn't respond.So I called the showroom of great eastern for replacement, they told me that they replacement couldn't be possible and made an appointment for servicing. Service agent came and open the circuit and told me two of jack was opened. During servicing the refrigerator was partially damaged so again I called them for replacement and again they refused and told me with a pick voice that "It can be obvious that during transportation some screw or some jack may have been open". My point is that I chose them and trusted for their brand name and made full payment for new refrigerator but they gave me a faulty one. Their brand name disappointed me. Not only that but also they appointed a kind of service for which my new one is partially damaged and makes an annoying sound. So who is responsible for it? Did I made a payment for repaired or damaged one? If so then it was very easy for me to repair my old one and save some decent amount of money. So I am claiming my money with interest and for my mental harassment ..

An air conditioner was purchased on 11th March 2017, invoice-HBS/SA/1617/30394.We have repeatedly requested to give us prior information before delivery, although assurance was given to us but it was sent without intimation.After that we contacted the concerned persons Mr.Pritam and Mr.Pavan but they misbehaved and gave us no favourable response.Till now the delivery was not made.

Hello, I have booked the refrigerator on 15th because as per your garia center confirm me that it was next day delivery because they have the stock. But day by day are telling next day next day. At last told take your money. If you are not able to deliver then why you give us wrong message to customer. I booked the fridge for my two small baby to store milk and their food. But due to delay service our whole family was suffering.

I have been following continuously for last 3 weeks and have not received the product till now.
It is a Haier fridge for my business & today when I called again they are still not giving me the correct status.
When I visited the store at Dalhousie the staff did not cooperate with me.
This is ridiculous. This is the worst customer experience.

I bought a panasonic nnct364 bfdg 23 litre microwave oven on 5th of march 2017 from great eastern kamarhati showroom. They delivered a wrong model (Panasonic nnct265 bfdg 20 litre) 4 days later after various requests from my side. After notifying the error they promised an exchange as soon as possible. But the product has not been replaced yet. It has been 10 days. The behavior of the staffs are very very disappointing. They actually have no manners. The customers care numbers given in the company's website are also not available since last 3 days. Look into the matter asap.

This is to informing you that on dated 06.03.2017 I have purchase a refrigerator Model no LG GL-B241ASLI/235Ltr Ref from Sundarpara road, post Jagacha. Hawrah-711104.
Which billed done on same date and the representative has confirm that the product will be delivered on before 09.03.2017, but I have not got any refrigerator till now.
Please help to get the same, as four days had left from billing date, Invoicd and receipt are attached here for your reference.
Treat it as urgent .

I have purchased a 55 "LG TV on 26 February 2017 from the 66, Syed Amir Ali Avenue, Kolkata-19. Till date the product has not been delivered. The salesman Mr. Soumyadip could not be contacted over phone on 02.03.17. I have contacted the store, the manager Mr. S Chatterjee, the call centre but none could provide me any details about the target date of delivery. It is really very disgusting and regretted for the casual approach of all concerned.

Today I visit at Great Eastern store at Patna Dack Bangla Choraha-800001, and purchase Samsung RR20M2Y2XUT Refrigerator, store person said final price of such refrigerator is Rs14800 and when I payment such amount they provide 16800 bill. I asked to store manager regarding such fraud activity than he treated me so badly and said if you Wana purchase than ok otherwise go outside. For proof CCTV camera available in stores. So I request to you take immediate action otherwise I inform to Bihar State legal department regarding such fraud activity.

I have purchased LG split AC Model LSN-3NP5A/1.0 Ton Split AC - 01 No. from your showroom at KIRANITOLA, JUDGE COURT ROAD, MEDINIPUR(W) - 721101, through bill No. MP/SA/1617/06515 dt 31.01.2017 amounting to Rs. 29200.00, the delivery of this purchased AC was assured on 31.01.2017. But in spite of several telephonic talk as well as personal visit to your aforesaid showroom, no ac has been delivered till date. Instead of delivery of this ac, the salesman Mr Biplab Chatterjee frequently changing his statement. Consequently, I have to purchase another ac from another showroom and thus requested to refund the amount of Rs. 29200.00 Paid by me against full and final cost of the said ac, but delivery manager Mr. Agarwal available on the showroom have categorically denied to refund the amount and are forcibly insisting to buy another make or model of the ac. Therefore i have left with no alternative either to approach you for early delivery of the purchased ac or refunding the paid amount.

As per advertisement on bengali news paper 'anandabazar patrika" on dated[protected] i personally went to the showroom at medinipur, karanitola, paschim mednipur for purchasing an air-conditioner as offered in the news paper, but the sales men are not agreed the conditioned as mentioned on anandabazar patrika, they totally misguided and applying more and more fake conditions which are not applicable as per advertisement.
O, it is clear that either great eastern or the show room, medinipur, organising their business like a fraud and fake company.

A Bosch washing machine had been sold to my father on Tuesday (31.01.2017) based on a false information (given by the Sales Person Subhasis at Saratbose Road Great Eastern Appliance Store) that my father will get a 40% refund on the existing non-repairable Whirlpool washing machine. We wanted to replace the Whirlpool washing machine only against a substantial refund amount, had no interest to buy the Bosch machine.

When we checked with Whirlpool (Camac Street) they denied about any such agreement/conversation with Great Eastern on this matter. We want to get our money back.

Today I have received my Samsung tv which is a delay delivery of 1 day... secondly mr gopal govinda ghosh told and assured me that the installation will be made by today but still now no communication is made and the main thing is mr gopal is not picking the phone... we r living me and my mother she is suffering Neuro problem. So that I request the person to install on Sunday.
Now I am asking us this the after sales service...
Please look into the matter and do the needfull.

Three months ago we purchased a Samsung black mirror Double door refrigerator. On which we were said to be given a Samsung J2 mobile but we haven't received the mobile yet. Everytime I call the company people they say " please give us 2-3 days time". But now already Three months are over And we haven't received it yet. Please deliver it now. A refrigerator as well as washing machine were purchased on 18th Sept 2016 from Great Eastern - Gorabazar branch, Kolkata. Invoice No: DD/SA/1617/03486. Full upfront payment was paid. During the festival promotion, I was entitled for free gift from Whirlpool machine. Even after several followups and personal visit, I have still not received the gift. Everytime I have been told that I shall be called and delivered at my home.

I purchased a Godrej Micro oven on 17th Dec.'16. As per advertisement in the newspaper there were free gift (Kenstar Pop up Toaster & Kit for micro over as per your sales person). On 18th Dec'16 night at around 8.00pm I got a call (mobile no.: [protected]) from Ms. Shilpa Choudhury (ISD) regarding a mistake in the billing (model no. was wrongly selected from your end). Again I sent my man to rectify the same on 19th Dec.'16. After few days I got the delivery of the Micro oven. In the mean time I had to go to your collect the "Toaster". They gave me different company's Toaster instead of "KenStar". They said that I would be informed regarding the micro oven Kit once it available at the counter. Till date I am waiting for the same. After purchasing a electronic product from a reputed company like Great Eastern Appliances it is very very unfortunate regarding your unorganised istuation and customer care service. You should remember that now a days people have options. I will not buy any product from you in future. Please look into the matter to rectify the same which will be beneficial for you and reduce customer suffering.

I bought a tv from great eastern bongaon branch. Sony 32 inches led dated[protected].in which l was supposed to get a sony power bank 3000mah cost 1500 as a free gift.
Till date i have not received that free item and when ever i called for the same they simply ignore it. The salesman named mr. Rathin phone number is [protected]. Please do the needful and help me for the same.

I ordered for a Samsung double door refrigerator last Sunday at the store. After hankering for four days it was delivered(not following the proper methods of delivery). We were told that the fridge can't be opened till they give the demo. The concerned person didn't come till today and after complaining at the store they answered that they forgot to inform the company man(who will give the demo). We faced great inconveniences for this.
