Purchased one USHA Instant Water Heater (Model :InstraFresh 3L) from Great Eastern, AB 17 Salt Lake City, Kolkata - 700064 on 02/11/2016 evening and requested for arraanging installation by authorized service centre. The persons at Sales agreed and told installation would be on the next day. But No one has attended till date. As almost a week is over and the item is yet to be installed, it is requested for pursuing at appropriate level may please be done.

I have purchased a Whirlpool NEOIF305ELT-35/292 LTRREF-ALPHA steel, REF-DD-261L2350L, 01 No. Refrigerator from your showroom at Plot No. 8 Motinagar queens Road, Jaipur 302021, through bill No. JPVN/SA/1617/00535 dt 28.10.2016 amounting to Rs. 24800.00, the delivery of this purchased refrigerator was assured on[protected], but in spite of several telephonic talk as well as personal visit to your aforesaid showroom, no refrigerator has got been delivered as yet. Instead of delivery of this refrigerator, the persons available on the showroom frequently changing their statement. Consequently i have to purchased another refrigerator from another showroom and thus requested to refund the amount of Rs. 24800.00 Paid by me against full and final cost of the said refrigerator, but they have categorically denied to refund the amount paid to him and are forcibly insisting to buy another make or model of the refrigerator. Therefore i have left with no alternative either to approach you for refunding the paid amount.

The service of great eastern baguiati is just horrible.they are very irresponsible and careless. They do not care about the customer satisfaction at all. Even the delivery guys are having so bad behaviour towards customer. We placed an order of an product in a emergency note and they delay the whole deliver process till 4 days. And most importantly when they finaly came for the delivery..they said they do not have enough man power to pull the product to the top floor and they were gone and dint came back. And when we tried to call them they dint receive the call. This is the second time i places an order and suffered like this. If you do not take any step for this let me assure you great eastern is going to loose many customers...Thank you

I have called your sales representative named Sabatini Parvin, for my owen delivery more than 200 times the nos she provided for contact in my bill was [protected], which is false alway getting switched off & the landline nos: [protected] and[protected], no one picks up the phone last 5 days I have tried more than 200 times regarding the delivery of my panasonic microwave owen bill nos :HBS/SA/1617/20024 dated 28.10.2016, which was committed to be delivered on 1/11/2016, but no one is picking up the phone, very sad to say Great Eastern for such a bad service, I will complain in consumer forum, I wan't immediate feedback and the sales girl nos to be provided to me correctly as why did she gave false nos for contact, call me [protected]. I even received a demo sms from panasonic but the item is not yet delivered from Great Eastern.
 

This is out of sheer futility of following up for videocon product that have found this mail id and am writing this mail.

Purchased videocon 40" led tv on 10th aug 2016 from technocity, kolkata and on 3rd oct 2016 the tv went off. from3rd oct evening till date following up with videocon regional service centre and technocity service section, but with no result or solution.

From 4th oct to 7th oct videocon regional service centre took couple of days to send a technician to assess and then reverted with part not available and still to get back.

Why should a customer suffer for 2 weeks for a defective product? why isn't the company just taking back the tv and replacing with a fresh one?

Why should one invest in a branded company if this is the state of after sales service? might as well purchase an assembled local product.

Hope this mail reaches the concerned group for a proper resolution.

I purchased a Samsung refrigerator from great eastern appliances at 102 Diamond harbour road branch, they took my address and other personal information required for delivering the item. After the item was delivered, a person called to install it, he knew all the right details about the fridge and my number and address, he came and fixed it charged extra 1000 rupees showed me a bill, on the next day a call came from Samsung saying they want to come over for demonstration, i was shocked and informed the shop. They assured me that they will take necessary steps to catch the culprit who leaked my address and number and came to my house illegally but no progress, even the shop is not attending my calls anymore. This is a matter of security and fraud, how can the shop do this for their personal benefit and cheat their customer and put them at risk? I am never going to buy any more products from this horrible great eastern and advice others to do so for their own safety. the dealer who sold me is Biswajit Mitra cont no. [protected] in that shop. Great eastern shops are cheat fraud and unsafe who goes about leaking customers information and earn money using salesman and big brand names.

I have purchased a refrigerator from Great Eastern, Sinthimore. At the time of purchase representative told me that if i want to purchase Godrej refrigerator then i have to purchase microwave. Its mandatory. But after purchasing the refrigerator i found the Refrigerator from Godrej Company and Microwave from Anida company. So how two different company given this combo offer ? Why they could not sell only refrigerator ? I did not have requirement but still i paid for microwave. Its a really bad experience.

Bajaj EMI authority have already confirmed the disbursement process.

As per invoice the article delivered within 3 days but still now it was undelivered.

I am a residence of kharagpur town, state-West Bengal. Today I have build a new laptop from this shop and before buying the Product Mr. M. Rajesh([protected]) has told me that if I buy a laptop then with additional gift he will arrange a pen drive and mouse for me, , but unfortunately after I build the product he changed his words and said me that He never made a commitment like that. This salesman of your shop has cheated me and said " do what ever u like to do". Hope you will be kind enough to take necessary action to solve this problem how I have been cheated and miss guided to shop at your shop.

My name is Tanmoy Seal. I purchased a new single door fridge from Great Eastern on 09th August 2016, Model No. VZ225/LTCRRSFBA/215 LTR. (VIDEOCON). After purchase this fridge, I found heavy water fall from fridge to my total room. I am complaining Videocon, they will found something wrong on it. Several times i will complain but they are not come to resolve this problem. I have just purchase this fridge, within a month it’s found to be repair, so i want to replace it or refund it immediately. Otherwise i will take some other action on this behalf. Kindly suggest. Great eastern asansol and kamarhati branch outlets i have recently visited in connection with my recent purchase of one samsung fully automatic washing machine (Item description samsung wa 62h4100hd/6.2kgtop load wm sl no 01637) and samsung single door 192 litre refrigerator as on 13/8/16. They are keenly interested to make the bill and take the money without bothering about the timely delivery, demo and installation at the mailing address. I have had horrible experience of getting damaged product on unpacking and also to loose valuable time and money to get installed and commissioned by service center. They even need not bother to receive the phone call to give the delivery in time and after sales demo and installation arranged by respective service centre. Their ad of cost to cost offer is a gimmick and virtually frauds customers of their mental peace, money and valuable time. Tarun kumar bandyopadhyay,

I have purchased one washing machine from Behala Branch invoice no BL/SA/1617/07730. Which was commited to deliver on 17th but still the material not received.
Proper response also not getting. Continuous follow up from last 5 days but every level misguiding.
No updates. No response. No coustomer support.

Very poor service from Great Eastern.

I purchased the refrigerator on 14-aug-2016 and was interested to take the item with me for delivery as i have car with me. But the salesman was not agreed & confirmed me to delivery the item by 17th aug. But still the item is not delivered & the responce over the phone from them is very worse.

I, sananda bhattacharjee (Email: [protected]@gmail.com) purchased a refrigerator (Videocon ff 190l) on 30th july from great eastern kolkata (Tollygunge branch). At the time of purchase, the seller named biplob mukherjee (Mobile: [protected]) said that the warranty on the compressor for that refrigerator is of 10 years. So, i happily purchased that.

The next day, on 31st july, when the refrigerator got delivered along with the warranty card, i found that the compressor had only 5 years of warranty instead of 10 years! It was a sunday night and as i am a working woman, i decided to visit the showroom again on the next weekend to sort this out.

On 5th of august, i visited the showroom to sort out the discrepancy. On that day too, the seller, biplob was saying that the refrigerator has a warranty of 10 years! So, they verbally apologized for the miscommunication and assured me that they will help me with this and they will communicate with the company to extend the warranty period. They said that they will notify me by a week.

I did not receive any communication from great eastern for two weeks and finally visited the showroom again on 20th of july. That day, they completely denied the fact that they have ever said the warranty period of 10 years! They asked me to prove that biplob has ever said the warranty period was of 10 years!

Is it really possible to prove what someone has said? Was i aware that this blunder would happen to me and i had to record the conversation??? At the time of purchase, won't i trust on the seller's statements? If they are like this, it could have also happened that they might have shown some other refrigerator's papers to me. How could i be able to identify? They are not delivering the warranty card hand on hand. So, how will the buyers check this? They will have to search on google!!! So, what is the point of purchasing from a showroom, that too a supplier chain like great eastern? Online purchase is easier and more trustworthy than this!

Firstly, i would expect a formal written apology from great easter for the harassment. Also if they are unable to extend the warranty, i want them to take back the refrigerator and refund of my money back.

This is to inform you that i debadeep ghosh has purchased a panasonic cw-kc 1816ya/1.5 ton window air conditioner from great eastern dhakuria branch, add-19/2 gariahat south kolkata-700031. On 16/08/2016 i have purchased the goods but still now i haven't received it. Everytime i call them they end up giving lame excuses or not picking up my call, their behavior over the phone is very bad. This kind of behavior is not expected from such a big brand. Kindly look after the above matter as i can't take this harassment any more.

We bought a micro oven and a home theatre on 14th august 2016 but the products have not been delivered yet, the shop doesn't receive the call, they called today and informed that the home theatre would get delivered today, but it was not delivered and there was no information from the shop, horribly unprofessional and casual and no sense of responsibility demonstrated by great eastern

I have purchased a philips 32pfl5039 led set on 14/08/2016 from your chinsurah (Khadinamore) great eastern branch, kolkata-712101.

My invoice no is : 16/sa/1617/08385. As per the bill my order delivery date is on 14/08/2016.

Till date (17th august) they did not delivered the product. I have called suman[protected] several times inn past 2 days.

Every day they told the product will reach with in the day or the product is already dispatched from the godown.

They told me the same story every day with confidence. I don't understand what actually happens behind the seen.

Please look into the matter, and suggest me what should i do.

If you can not deliver the product by today 6:00 pm ist, please refund my money paid against the product.

I have purched one refrigerator model 22k287zR2 on 24/7/2016.from Great eastern dealer patia br .Bhubaneswar.
Now I am facing problem to defrost daily basis I want to exchange it with one Auto defrost Double door refrigerator by paying differential amount.I have talked with Bm of saler dealer but they refused to my option. You kindly talk with them regarding my issue for easy solution being I am one of your old & esteemed customer.

Purchased a convention on17/7/16 install on 25/7/16.demo not properly shown by the person and no recipie book found in the box.on the 3rd day a peculiar sound comes from the oven at the time of cooking representative comes and tells us fan not in proper shape he opens and see the fan not working properly and he fixes it.again yesterday while cookingsparks from the ovencome out and destroy the food again complaint today customer Id no 4526120.no recepie book provided request you to change the piece at the earliest.

My compliant due to their negligence when its their turns to provide service after selling the products. Actually i have bought 1 lg brand tv of 32lh564a from kamarhati branch on[protected] and the product was sold by one of the employee whose name is pankaj karmakar who promised that the installation will be done after 7:30 as i have requested for the same before purchasing and he made a commitment to me that the same will be possible in the next day of delivery. But still i am struggling to get that service and they are simply denying to do it even after 3 days of purchase.

Same thing was happened on the same day when i have bought a haier brand freezer, model no-hrd-2157cbd-pk /195 from soma das biswas who said that i will be given a freezer base standee and a cover during delivery but the same i have not received and also nobody has come for the installation and tried to contact with her but haven't got any reply from her end though i am residing very close to that branch


So in this circumstances it is very disdain to purchase such high volume of electronics products from them and at the same time i am very disappointed because of their negative attitude
