Sir, i have purchased 321ltrs refrigerator from great eastern appliances pvt ltd, branch 21hemant basu sarani kolkata-700001, invoice no hbs/sa/1718/07373 dated[protected] but till date i have not receipt. They have not delivery. Several days i am going but they have not suitable reply. Md sayed phone no-[protected] said to me your items not to stock in our go - down and when i am calling phone the said phone switch off. I can not understand when i purchase the said item stock in your godown. Why not delivery. Request immdt delivery otherwise i have complain lodge to consumer forum.

I have purchased a lg 28lh454a at great eastern trading co of 20, old court house street, kol - 1 dated 11/7/2017 of rs. 15900.00 bill no. 171 in my name (Maya maity). They assured me installation will be very shortly but two days passed they did not came and their delivery man misbehaved with me. Earlier i have purchased a godrej fridge and got the same experience.

On 21.06.2017, I, Pujarini Patra had bought a HAIER HW-55-1010/5.5 KG AUTO WM washing machine from Great Eastern Appliances Rajdanga.

On 24.06.2017, a representative from Haier company came to our house to give the demo of the washing machine.
He unboxed the machine in front o[censored]s and found that 2 parts inside the washing machine are broken. So he took the photograph of the broken parts and assured us that he will put a complain to the HAIER company and replace the machine with a new one since we have not touched the machine also and it is broken.

After that day HAIER company called us 2-3 times and was stubborn with their words that the machine will not be replaced rather it will be repaired. We have tried multiple times to make them understand that why should we repair the machine when we have not touched the machine also and we want replacement but they were reluctant to hear us.

We have also went to Great Eastern Appliances Rajdanga multiple times and told about this matter since 24.06.2017 to till date but they are harassing us every time by saying that they will let us know what they can do on it but they never come back to us.

Now for the last few days the concerned representative of Great Eastern Appliances Rajdanga from whom we bought the machine are not even taking our calls.The representative names of Great Eastern Appliances Rajdanga are Prosanto (Mob no [protected]) and Debadrita Ganguly ([protected]) .

This is utterly harassment which we are facing for the last 3 weeks from both Great Eastern Appliances Rajdanga and HAIER company.

Now what we want is either the machine should be replaced with the new one or my the full amount (Rs 16800) should be refunded back.

After 6 days i have purchased the tv it's not been installed and worst part no sales man bothered to receive the call. So can i get the tv installed nither i want to return it as there ar many shops to purchase a tv. The salesman o[censored]r company namely indrajit forced to choice the tv regarding gst factors but not to his worries i have also choose the same. But sorry to say ur sales person mr. Gobindo not eager to receive any calls and the tv not installed till now.6 days over till a t. V. Not installed with in a half hour distance from ur shop. Shame on ur organisation.

I have purchased a Hitachi 1.5 Ton 5 star split unit from GREAT EASTERN APPLIANCES PVT. LTD. (41-C NETAJI SUBHASH CHANDRA BOSE ROAD, TOLLYGUNGE, KOLKATA-700040 branch ) on 28/06/2017 vide Invoice No. TG/SA/1718/04335.

After it is delivered, during installation by authorised installer on 06/07/2017, it is found that the outer unit is not working properly . I immediately reported the matter to your service cell ( Ph -[protected]) and two technicians, Mr. A Mondal and Mr Milan bera visited to attend the same problem . Initially they suspected that the capacitor of fan has gone bad and they have replaced the same . But still the problem remains .
Now they are telling that a team of senior technician will visit within two three days and they will inspect and repair the outer unit .

I have purchased HITACHI air conditioner only because the company has got tremendous reputation . I have not used it for a second after purchase and faceing enough harassment. I don't want that a newly purchased ac to be repaired . I insisted for replacement of outer unit but the visitors got no clear idea about it

You are requested to look into this matter and help me to ensure that the outer unit is replaced, not repaired .

But till date we have not receive delivery, Even we are not getting any update from your side regarding late delivery or other things.

I have physically visited our there twice number but not getting proper response and confirmation.

The lenovo ieapad laptop was sold to me with with a non genuine windows 10 version though Rs 2000 was charged from me on account of installation charge though no receipt for the installation charge was provided.I had been having problem with the non genuine version ever since it was bought. Such a poor service from The great eastern pvt ltd was not expected.

I have purchase a refrigerator from gorabazar great eastern. After lapses 7days the delivery man come on 02.07.2017 at about 21.40hrs in this rainy season without proper packing, the item was fully wet. I have return the same.

Now it is requested to send the above items with proper intact packing so the the item can be received by me otherwise same action will be done.

Bought a semi automatic washing machine of Godrej on 24.06.2017, that was delivered on 28.06.2017. At the time of demonstration, technician reported that the product was defective..
Godrej appliances sent mail regarding replacement on 28.06.2017..
But unnecessarily The great eastern delaying the matter using the term GST...
Its very unfortunate and unaccepted..

I booked a Godrej make split AC on 22/06/2017withGreatEastern, Saltlake, Kolkata .Delivery date has been shown as same with a verbal promise of delivery within 2 days.but I am yet to receive as of today I:e 28/06/2017. I had requested GE earnestly that I have a marriage ceremony in my house and that I needed the AC urgently. But my request was thrown to the winds. Full payment was made lnvice no. SL/SA/1718/02521 Dr.22/06/2017.Today they promised to deliver tomorrow else I need full refund and cancellation of order.

I have purchased one voltas ac 1.5 ton 5 star before one week and still now no one has come for the installation. I have call them and informed several times but they are leat bothered and also called to voltas customer care thrice and they informed me that the address has wrong updated which was forwarded by chandannagar great eastern. This is the customer harassment only and nothing.

As a feedback it was the worst shopping i had ever.

Actually i have complain against the company "great eastern" and his sales person mr. Suvajit. I bought an ac machine on 24th june 2017 from great eastern, gorabazar, opposite hanuman mandir.. The sales person mr. Suvajit committed us the machine will be delivered by monday, 26th june 2017, and he will arrange installation by tuesday, because of we all are working person in my home..
In the morning of 26th, after 11am i made a call to suvajit, he received and said the machine will be delivered by today without fail.. I had again made a call to him, again he assured that i will get my things today.. But after 7 pm, when we didn't received our product, then i called him again.. But that time he didn't received my calls.. From that time to till now (7:31 pm, 27th june, 2017), me and my family members tried to contact him many time but he didn't pick up our calls.. He is such an irresponsible sales person i have ever seen in my life. We harrassed just because of his carelessness.. We didn't get our product till now, because of that helplessly i am complaining against him and company.. Please do something.

Hi, i, goutam kar, bought a hitachi 1.5 ton window ac on 17th june, 2017 from great eastern, agarpara. I was promised to be delevered the ac within 3 days. Today is 23rd june, still i haven't received the machine. I didn't get any response even after multiple follow up. And just to bring on your notice, behavior of manager was not good.
