T service - stay away from this dealer. Poor delivery - and executives are not bothered to take calls. Dont go by the showroom and collection of appliances
They opened their show room at jaipur two days back only. Yesterday we purchased a washing machine invoice showing delivery 23/07/16. And it was promised to delivering for today but not yet deliverd to me. They also not given any callback or reason for non non delivery of washing machine. They don't have any local number where we can call call center number provided in invoice also not attending our call what to do where to complain. Very bad service by great eastern appliances.

    I have purchased a whirlpool royal 6512sd/6.5kg wine crome tinted washing machine on 08/07/2016 from your salt lake great eastern branch, kolkata-700064.
    My invoice no is : sl/sa/1617/02941. As per the bill my order delivery date is on 10/7/2016.
    Till now they did not delivered the product. I have called om prakash yadav ([protected], isd) and sourin bose (Finance executive) several times.
    Every day they told the product will reach with in the day or the product is already dispatched from the godown. They told me the same story every day with confidence. I don't understand what actually happens behind the seen.

    Please look into the matter, and suggest me what should i do.

      I had ordered and paid fully for the above mentioned product from your habra branch in kolkata. we had given an urgent order but still the product reached after 2 days and that too at a very unusual time. since we were not available at that time we couldn't receive the product. now on asking again for the product delivery, we are being denied for the same. and the manager of the branch has been very rude to us regarding the same. it would really be helpful if you could look into the matter as soon as possible.

        Dear sir,

        I visited your bhubaneswar showroom at bapuji nagar, bhubaneswar on 26.06.2016 along with my family members. I paid rs.7500/- (Seven thousand five hundred only) vide your invoice no. Bbs/sa/1617/03172 dtd.26.06.2016 for a microwave oven mw oven grill-17 lt to 20 lt with accessories, as per your assurance to deliver the materials on 27.06.16 by 12.00 to 2.00 pm. Your delivery boy came on 27.06.16 with a box, the cello tape of which was cut beforehand which we objected and signed the challan with an objection. After half an hour after delivery at 2.30 pm, your service engineer mr. Dipak opened the box and found that the appliance was heavily dented. He contacted your mr. Rajesh and mr pramod and advised them to replace the oven immediately. It is unfortunate that neither you have replaced the appliance nor refunded my money paid to you for the purchase of the oven even after lapses of 24 hrs.

        It is now clear that you have supplied the oven with clear intention to exploit, ditch, harass and cheat a customer like me.

        Please note that, you are hereby requested to remove your defective, undemonstrated appliance (Oven) immediately with replacement or refund of money instantly or face the consequence as per proper forum of law of the country for which you will only be responsible to pay for deficiency of service, supply of defective material, attempt to ditch a customer, mental agony, harassment and damage thereon.

        If you are not replacing the appliance or fefunding the amount within next 24 hours, i will be constrained to sue you in the appropriate court of law which please note. The storing charges of rs.327.00/- per day and bank interest on rs.7500/- will be paid by you.

          Hello team,

          I have bought a panasonic (Cs - ts 18rky split 1.5 ton) ac on[protected] from great eastern, rnaghat and just after 2 days it got installed by some other vendor named cooltech.

          Now within 1 month it's started functioning unnatural and not working properly. We reported to the great eastern and they sent that particular technician and according to him they refiled gas which is quite unlike normal scenario.

          Again we faced the issue for last 4 days and called panasonic service centre. After the verification and checking they said there is issue in installation and some other technical problem.

          So considering all the information we need urgent solution on this issue as we are suffering in spite of spending 50k for an ac.

          Seeking your urgent intervention to resolve the problem as soon as possible.

            I sreesh kr. Mazumder bought a panasonic ac model no. Cs-kc18rky-2 from gorabazar great eastern on 24/04/2016. It is installed on 30/04/2016 by danish installer. After a week gas was leaked. After repeated complain gas was filled up the ins taller. After 3/4 days same problem has arisen. But no solution yet. Hence i request you to replace the ac soon a branded ac liked blue star/ daikin/ hitachi may be given instead. Because i was misguided by sells-man partha ghosh/ bose to buy panasonic ac.

              I choose a whirlpool refrigerator from your B T road Kamarhati Branch on 02.06.2016 and it was delivered on 05.06.2016 but when I unpacked the model I saw it is different, then I contact with the manager of branch and said him to change the model and supply the desired model, but they are forcing me to take that model. I don't want to take that model so if you cannot supply me the model which I choose, please take return.

                Dear manager/whom so ever it may concern,

                Today evening me and my fiance went to your showroom at baguihati for buying airconditioner and had a worse experience in my life...!!!

                I was a confirmed buyer and your representative didnt even know about the product and it was hewaya..!! They doesnt have any kbowledge about the product and he was telling different specification of the same product in different time.

                Anyways, we selected one of the lg acs and decided to purchase the same.

                My main concern is as follows:

                When i asked for discount the sales person introduced to another lady who is the final deal maker. When i asked a reasonable discount price from that lady the reply which we got is
                "maal ta ki amar barir, j ami discount debo".

                What kind of language is this..??? Can you please look into this? I am one of the oldest customer for great eastern, every household items of mine are purchased from great eastern, and asking for discount, i am getting this reply...??? This is intolerable...

                Just a fyi, customer service is the main thing in business!!!

                  I have purchased a refrigerator on 07.08.2015 froim great eastern appliance pvt. Ltd., 21, hemant basu sarani, kolkata-700 001 (Tel. No.[protected]. At the time of purchase, the plastic stand was not available in the store. The sales man mr. Amitabha ghosh (Mob. No. [protected]) has asked me that after few days the stock will be available and he has delivered the stand immediately which is mentioned in my purchase bill (Copy enclosed). But till date i have not yet received.
                  I have contacted with him several times but he is speaking me that he do not give the stand to me.
                  As such your honour, is requested to please take action accordingly and for this i shall be very glad and thankful to you.

                    I bought a whirlpool washing machine and refrigerator on 28.9.2015 from great eastern appliances (19/2 gariahat road south, kol-31). And i was promised 2 trolley bags as lottery gifts. Since they were out of stock, i was asked to collect them later. But they never informed me about the bags and i took it upon myself to remind them about the dues from time to time. After several visits to the store i have still not received them and their attitude towards the matter is extremely disappointing.
                    This month (May, 2016) i went back to the store to buy a locker and remind them about my due gifts and they promised me to deliver the bags along with the locker. The locker was delivered as promised and they totally forgot about the bags for the millionth time.
                    The manager of the store is least bothered about the services provided to the customer and about the complaints. They are blatantly lying over the fact that they are informing the concerned authorities for about 8 months now. I have never had such bad experience and its a pity that a store this big is providing services this poor.

                      I purchased 2 units of hitachi 514ivd/1.2 ton split ac on 6th may 2016 from great eastern appliances pvt ltd (Branch - 20, old court house street, kolkata-700001).

                      I was provided two invoices due to the incompetency of the billing person who listed the 2 a/c unit and just a single ac outdoor bracket in a single invoice (Invoice no. Dh/sa/1617/03403) and later on pointing out the fault generated a second invoice (Invoice no. Dh/sa/1617/03404) for the other ac outdoor bracket.

                      However during delivery, i was only delivered the items listed in invoice no. Dh/sa/1617/03403 and the second bracket was not delivered. The ware house person mentioned that it will be delivered separately as it is listed in a different invoice. The a/c installation is scheduled within next 2 days and none of the contact number listed in the invoice is being answered.

                      I want the company to look into it at the earliest and resolve the delivery issue.

                        I subhas chandra bera purchased a Hitachi AC being model RAU019CVEA-1.5 TON (400i), from your KAMARHATI BR vide invoice no KA/SA/1516/01684 dt[protected] & installed in june-2015.Initially for two months it provides satisfactory cooling in the year 2015. But ultimately due to favourable weather condition we do not take the service of AC .But in this year, when we have started to use the AC purchased from your Kamarhati br in the last week of March 2016 I find that the AC is not giving satisfactory cooling .Hence We have made several request through telephone, personal visit for several times has also been made on and from March 2016.Ultimatelly a docket no ([protected]) is being received.But no solution for optimal use of AC is yet to be achieved.
                        In this dismal condition, it is observed that after sells service is totally broken down in your part .Hence please arrange for replacing the existing defective machine by a new one .As because the, 1) AC is still in the covering of warranty period & you have failed to provide satisfactory service in span of more then one and half month.2) Why I shall use the defective manufactured AC by paying the full amount.
                        Hope you will take the necessary steps to redress my grievance.

                          I purchased 3 tata voltas ac from great eastern suri branch birbhum..they told me they provide installation as quick as possible..bt after giving data by date ..the response iz zero..itz now 8 days to brought the ac..bt they did not install the ac they provide...if no action will be taken as soon as possible ..i compell to launch a complain against great eastern at consumer affair...

                          I purchased Whirlpool refrigerator from great eastern suri branch birbhum..when the product was delivered we came to know this will be installed within 5 hours.The product was delivered around 12 O'clock.Anyway we waited for 5 hours but unfortunately none had come to install.Then we called to Great eastern and then they logged our product for installation.I immediately called the person who do the installation as I had his number.He told me that he was not informed about this, if he was informed then he could do this by that day.I again called to Great Eastern(the no was [protected]) to query why he was not informed after the delivery, what was the reason for that delay, the person from great eastern who received the call, just put down the receiver.I was so shocked.I again called her and she misbehaved with me.They don't know how to behave with customers.After sometime someone called to my another number to say that I have misbehaved with their employee.Just ridiculous.At first they should make their employees learn how to behave with customers.Customers have many options to buy the same product.

                            No installation of ac even after 16 days !!! Shame great eastern, shame suncon services. It is no more trusted !!!
                            I purchased an 1.5 ton voltas ac from great eastern appliances pvt ltd, branch p273, manicktala main road, kankurgachi, kolkata-700054. The purchasing was done on 17th april. After i completed the purchasing formalities and payment i was told that the there will be 10 days delay in delivery, even i am centrally located. They delivered the product 27th april. In the same day i log installation call to voltas service centre (Docket number : [protected]), call-center executive provide me local installation agencies number ( suncon services – [protected]) . I called them and provide them docket number through sms as per their request. Its already 2nd of may the installation has not be done. Personally i visited the kankurgachi showroom, they promised me that by 2nd may the installation will be done definitely, still no luck. The invoice number is kg/sa/1617/00929.
                            My major problem is that i am not able to go to the store all the time since i have to attend office. Otherwise i would have gone to the store and requested them every day. The sales person keeps his cell phone turned off, so i am not in a position to communicate with the any individual.
                            If voltas customer service does not get cooperate with great eastern appliances then it is ideal to discontinue the sale of their product.
                            My parents are in huge pain because of the heat, i also want to know whether is it possible to return back the appliance and get a refund. An appliance without installation is of no use to me.
                            I request you to please look into the matter and do the needful at earliest .

                              On and from[protected] i am making regular tel calls to your br but till date position remained same..

                                Purchased voltas 185zyr/1.5ton split ac from great estern appliances dalhousie branch at kolkata under invoice no. Dh/sa/1617/01377 dt/ 14/04/16. Ac machine lying uninstalled for a week since none came to install this ac machine though great eastern co. Told for free standard installation and issued to me a free installation coupon. I had contacted voltas call centre from 22/4/16 till today for five times for the installation of it. They assured me to take necessary action but none came to install it. On 22/4/16 i again lodged a complain stating all these to voltas website, but still the ac is lying packed & uninstalled. Voltas service centre at howrah (When contacted over phone ) they are saying that no information has been received from voltas call centre or great eastern co. And claiming for rs. 1500/ for standard installation. Please take immediate action for installation of this ac machine and give me information for it.                                   I purchased an AC SAMSUNG from Great Eastern appliances Branch AB -17, Sector 1, Salt Lake City, Kolkata-700064. Before I made a decision on purchasing the sales person did not inform me that the installation of the AC will take more than seven days from the date of purchased. After I completed the purchasing formalities and payment I was told that the there will be delay in installation. The purchasing was done on 16th April its already 23rd the installation has not be done.I request your company to help me assist the installation of the AC. The invoice number is SL/SA/1617/00677.
                                  My major problem is that I am not able to go to the store all the time since I have injury on my left leg, otherwise I would have gone to the store and requested them everyday, since I am kind of confined I feel very helpless. I live by myself and I do not have anybody to go to the store and ask for the help. The sales person keeps his cell phone turned off, so I am not in a position to communicate with the individual.
                                  If Samsung customer service does not get cooperate with Great Eastern Appliances then it is ideal to discontinue the sale of their product.
                                  I am in huge pain because of the heat, I also want to know whether is it possible to return back the appliance and get a refund. An appliance without installation is of no use to me.

                                  Actually the AC installation got done within 24 hours before the company could respond to my complain. I thank Great Eastern Appliances, Salt Lake branch and Samsung customer service for taking the effort of installing the appliance. I would like to withdraw the complaint since my work is done and I have no issues to fight for. Thanks for the action by both the parties. But I have one suggestion for future customer. The sales person has to make the customer aware about the number of days the installation process would take before the customers makes decision for purchasing and making the payment.This will be a fair practice so that both the sides would not have problems in future dealings.                                     Sir/madam,
                                    I have bought a whirlpool 230 imfresh prm-5s/215 ltr refrigerator from dalhousie branch on 10th april, 2016 with a delivery date of 11th april, 2016. On the time of buying salesperson told that there would be a delaying of 4 to 5 days due to a problem with warehouse. We agreed on that one. So accordingly my product should be delivered within 14th to 16th april, 2016. But till today 22nd april, 2016 my product is not being delivered.
                                    I have contacted the salesperson several times. At first she wants two days to deliver my product. But nothing happened. Today she is not picking up the phone.
                                    My invoice no is hbs/sa/1617/00903.
                                    I have paid my hard earned money in advanced. But i did not get my product. Is this a joke?
                                    Either delver me my product within two days or refund me my money back with interest till date.

                                      I purchased a hitachi 514awd/1.2 ton split ac on 17th apr from great eastern appliances pvt ltd branch-66 amir ali avennue kolkata 19, as per the discussion with sales person (Samita bengani [protected]) during the purchase, it was promised the delivery will be done by tomorrow 18th april and the installation will done before 21 th april if i buy this ac today, even they mentioned the delivery date 17th on purchase invoice also but product...

                                      Purchased the AC on 28/05/2015from Great Eastern, Asansol. It is not working properly right from the first day. Have complained numerous times but no response from asansol branch. Hitachi service centre personnel are saying contact the dealer from which u have purchased
