I have purchased 1 hitachi ras 518avd ac and 1 hier 320 ltr fridge on 30/4/17. Product delivery date 1/5/17 but they are not delivered those products. I have call them twice on 1/5/17 at evening but they took the matter very casually and also told me that they will send at 9pm but at 9pm when i call back they refuse to deliver my products on 1/5/17. Already i have paid 12700 rupees. I want to cancel this order.
I want my money back.

    I have purchase ac from your kakurgachi branch ivde invoice no.-kg/sa/1718/01312 dated 25-4-17 and payment made by chaque of rs. 38, 900/- on 25-04-17 at 11.30 a. M. And from my bank cheque was passed on yesterday but inspite of i have visit to your above shop and also phone to concern person, ac not delivered to me and when i talk to manager niladri he talk very roughly with me. If this is your behaviour i will not go to shop inspite of i am 15 year old cusomer. And also i have purchase 3 ac from you in last 3 weeks. If possible cancealed my above order.

      Hello,
      Thanks for your ridiculous product o[censored]SHA Air Cooler Delivered to us.
      We had ordered Usha Air cooler on 09.04.2017 and it was delivererd to us within a week.
      The product was totally not functioning. After Complaining about this several number of times to the Sales person of Kasba branch Mr Anupam Maity he has done nothing till date to support us. We had called usha Customer Care who had sent their people and they had validated that the product delivered to us was faulty.
      Even after constant followups the sales people have constantly made excuses and haven not replaced the product to us.
      We are no fed up of this attitude and want an immediate replcement of the money . We don not trust you guys at all.
      In case you are not taking any action please be ready to face the compaint which I am going to do against you to Consumer forum.
      From what I see your company has very good history of cheating its customers by providing faulty devices you will surely have to bear larger consequences.

        My uncle basudev mondal purchased a 1.5 ton hitachi split ac from great eastern showroom, dhakuria on the​ 10th of april, 2017. While installing​ on 13th of april, the product was found faulty​ and crooked. The engineer was called for proper assessment and he admitted to the fact that the ac had a manufacturing defect. On informing this to the manager, he took 7 days time to replace it. My uncle received no call from the showroom within 7 days and he himself made an initiative to visit them again. After all the harrassment and tantrums, he was replaced with a new ac on 23rd. But no installation was done. After all sorts of nagging and pleading the people for installment​ was sent today, (26th of april). On opening the package the ac turned out to faulty again. On complaining​ to the manager sabyasachi chatterjee, he responded uncooperatively and was quite rude with his tone. When my uncle asked as how can he cancel the deal, he reciprocated with intense disgrace and replied that he's not liable for any of the inconvenience caused and challenged us to take any step necessary. The entire amount of the product has been paid in cash (Worth of ₹44000). Such disgraceful behaviour after all such harrassment is definitely not acceptable. We want the product we paid for without any further harrassment. This entire scenerio is going beyond the customer rules and regulations
        It'll be grateful if you pay heed to the mail and kindly look into the matter with serious concern and gravity. We desperately looking for an immediate solution.

          Dear sir/madam,

          I had purchased a lg32lh520d - 32"led from your kaji para unit, (Inv. No. Hw/sa/1718/00977 on 15.04.17. Alongwith a free gift of philips 2.1 speaker. Two days later service personnel came (Mr. Amal) & reply that the speaker is not working and his poor behaviour prevent our home personnel to any query. As his reply is rudeless. Mosquito away kit was not been found while discussion regarding the same & the guy was comments as" if it is kept in that carton i will fit the same."

          Request you to plz look into the matter & solve the issue.

          I had already launched a complaint to lg service centre. It's a matter of your reputation.

            I am purchased on loan a deep frost refrigerator from your company at 290, G.T. Road Howrah-711102 (Kazi Para) on 29/1/2017. But after 4 to 5 days
            my deep frost is not working. Many times I am phoned videocon service centre
            but they are not replied. Also I am suggesting to my uncle two A.C and 1 refrigerator from your company and he already purchased to your company.

              Dear concern

              I have bought one refrigerator from the barasat branch while purchased i have told them to deliver as soon as possible.. I bought the product on[protected] and today is[protected] but the product is not yet delivered.. Irrespective of my calls and visit also the salesman jay mukherjee and manager of the branch - samiran ghosh (Barasat) was not being responsive.
              We have been also promised to deliver one gift along with the product we have purchased (Nonstick tawa) which seems have no probability to get.

              Your organisation is full of # who doesn't even know how to talk to customer.. I have great regret that i bought it from your company

              Hence please refund my money and cancel my purchase with immediate effect and also i need cash refund.. No more drama of getting my money back.

              I have attached my invoice which will help you to understand the details.

                I have ordered for "lg 32 inch led tv" on 15th april, 2017 from dalhousie showroom of great eastern appliance. The sales person mr. Ashis das ([protected]) told me that they will install the tv within 1-2 days. But already 6 days have passed & they didn't send any guy to install the tv. However, he is not receiving my phone call as well. So, i need to know whether they will send any person or i have to install it by myself.

                  I did purchase an air conditioner on 11/4/2017 of 1.5 ton samsung inverter 3 star. Model no-samsung ar-18mv3hetrnna from mr omprakash yadav invoice number-dd/sa/1718/00376 and was informed during the time of purchase that installation will take rs 499 and they will try to deliver it within 2 days as i requested for a delivery within 1 day as i have a patient at home. On the 3rd day when the machine was not delivered and i called to enquire mr omprakash yadav-[protected] did inform me that
                  1. It will not be delivered before 3 days when i did remind him of the pateint at my home he did tell why did you but the machine then you could have told its important at the time of purchase and we would have told you that we cannot sell the product to you.
                  2. He tehn prom, ised me that on saturday that is on 15th it will be delivered and installed positively
                  3. When i went to enquire about the machine on 15th morning he told that we will get it delivered on that day and will try to get it installed on that very day within 1 hour of delivery.
                  4. He did deliver the product at night when my father did go ahead and enquired about it the 3rd time in the evening, he did then also informed that it cannot be installed on that day and it will be installed in the first hour that is between 10-11 according to mr omprakash yadav on 16th that is sunday.
                  5. When on sunday mlorning i did call him to enquire he did send me a phone number without attending my call, then when i again went to the shop he did inform it will be installed on taht day between 2-2.30
                  6. When after 3 i called the installation persdon he did not attend my call and then when called mr omprakash yadav he di inform they will be arriving soon which was at 4.30
                  7. When the people came for installation they did check and provide us a bill of rs2359 which included-1. Extra piping, 2, outdoor fixing angle, 3. Other works and insatllation charges which i was not informed earlier at the time of selling.
                  8. When i went to great eastern after the insatllation was complete to complaint about these charges he showed me a piece of paper at the side of demo machines where the cahrges were written for insatllation which was not there on 11/4/2017 and shouted on me claiming that he runs the buisness and we should be treated like this. He also claimed that he did inform these charges at time of selling which he did not orelse why should i go ahead and complaint baout the cahrges excluding 499 which i was informed about.

                  I would like to be contacted regarding all these points as i would like to make a formal complaint against this mr omprakash yadav who misbehaves with his customers and do not know how to talk with women. I would also like to have a proof that the charges sheet was there on 11/4/2017 by the cctv footage for that day so that i can be clear from side. I would also like a compensation of rs 3000 for all the inconvinince i had to go through for this mr omprakash yadav. I would also like you all to take strict actions against him.

                      Have purchased an AC voltas 125 EYR, invoice no - 20/SA/1718/00968, dated 14 apr 17. When the time of installation your staff is refused to install the AC . I inform your jessore rd, nagerbazar branch where i have purchased the item, one of your lady staff threatened me that they will not do anything and keep the ph drooped. Very very disappointed by your service. I am from Human Rights council of India body members and i am going to file FIR against your shop for frauds .

                        Which billed done on same date and the representative has confirm that the product will be delivered on before 5.04.2017, but I got the AC on 11.04.2017 with a manufacture defect.                           This is to informing you that on dated 14.04.2017 in the name of Subhojit Das, I have purchase a Hitachi 1.2 Ton AC, Model no 514AWDS from Sinthi more Centre, which billed done on same date and the representative (Ms. Piyali Das) has confirm that the product will be delivered on 16.04.2017, but I have not got any AC till now. Inspite of calling her near about 7-10 times, they previously said that it will be delivered by evening on 16. 04.2017 and now again i have called them they are not picking up my call. I want to know why we are facing this harassment, why is this casual attitude is been shown towards us. This is highly not acceptable.And even it seems like it's hardly make any value to you guys by making this complaint. Please treat it as urgent.

                            I have bought a L.G. Refrigerator on 06th April, 2017 on Bajaj Finance loan from Great Eastern, Kasba Rajdanga store of Kolkata. I have cleared the down payment and all the formalities were done. Great Eastern confirmed me that the delivery of the Refrigerator would be done by Tuesday, i.e. 11th April, 2017. But still today 13th April, 2017 the delivery is not done yet. One Sales representative from Great Eastern has called me today, i.e 13th April, 2017 and she told me that the delivery of the refrigerator will be done on coming Sunday, i.e. 16th April, 2017 . This is totally unprofessional attitude of Great Eastern.
                            At the time of selling, their behaviour was so polite but when they received the deal, they failed to meet the commitment.

                            Please help me. I have the MOney receipt of down payment and Bajaj Finance approval form .

                                    I am Souri mahapatra paid 12700 rupees to the kasba Kolkata great eastern showroom on 31st March for buying a whirlpool fridge . On that day they didn't gave me the computerized bill and told me that the product will deliver by 4th April. On 4th April I was visited the showroom they again told me computerized bill is not prepare and due to audit the fridge will deliver after 8th April. My bill number is 0280. This is the way to serve customers???

                                      I have purchased a godrej split 1 ton ac on 4.3.2017 vide invoice no.30665 dt4.3.2017.. I agreed to purchase the same as isd baisali mitra insisted that the product was newly launched. To my surprise, an old one with a mfg dated 5/2015 has been delivered instead in absense of myself. Please get it replaced with a current product. I have been running pillar to post to replace it. But, till date nothing has been done.

                                        I had purchased 2 ac and was not informed that delivery would not be made.after swiping my card they tell you that delivery will take time and also they assured it would be done on monday.today is wednesday but no delivery yet.every time they say product is out for delivery but it has not reached in 3 days .that is unprofessional.definitely not buying from you again.either deliver product or refund money
