I had purchased a Hitachi Window Air Conditioner on 23.05.2017 and had paid the entire amount by credit card. My Invoice Number is DK/SA/1718/02361. Thereafter, the sales person called up after 2 days to tell that the AC was out of stock. I demanded refund for the amount paid. I was told to submit a cancelled cheque along with the original invoice. I did the needful. 10 days have passed since then, and neither did I receive the A.C. nor did I receive my refund. My original bill is also with them now. Nobody is addressing my issue on visiting their showroom in Dhakuria. The sales person are talking in a very rude and harassive tone. Would request someone from Great Eastern Appliances to look into this.

    Product - samsung 1.5 mt split ac, your invoice no :- hw/sa/1718/04088, date[protected] from 290, g. T road, howrah shop, delivery and installed on[protected]. Problem are ac are running but no, cool air are coming from it, its running just like a fan. Cooling problem. I have talked more than 5 times to samsung customer care service, no response from their end. I demanded full replacement of this ac. Bajaj finace limited are the financer of this ac. Pls look in to this matter seriouslly.

      Hi I bought 5 star Voltas AC on 26/05/17. I paid for the same product. But on 1/06/17 a 3 star a/c was delivered due to mistake of your staff (Anirban Dutta-Sales Man-Behala Thana Branch). On 1st again we visited the stored and amemded the bill. We did inform that we will be leaving so need the product before 4/06/17, they did confirm it will be done. When checked on 3rd with Anirban he misbehaved with me over the phone. Spoke with Alam (floor manager) informed about the situation he is also not co-operating. He said that he dont know when will be delivered. We are leaving the city for next 3 moth and wanted to get the product installed. But your team member is not helping. I paid for the product and is getting harassed by your team.

      Need a resolution and please address my grievance.

        I had go to kakurgachi great eastern appliances pvt ltd to purchese a godrej gsc 12dg3 1 ton split ac. After billing (Invoice no: kg/sa/1718/03193, invoice date:[protected] the sales manager inform me that the have no stock of that product, and try to pull me to choose another brand and claiming me to pay the extra amount.
        While i disagree with them the finance executive mithu dutta tell me that it is not possible to cancel the order.
        Please tell me what i have to do?

          I purchased a refrigerator from Great Eastern Dhakuria on 22nd may 2017, got the delivery of product on 25th may, 2017. The model i received not the same as the product i booked, i raised the complained with the branch manager immediately on 26th may, 2017. No exchanged of product was made after two days. Again i raised complained with with customer care centre as the manager never received the phone, even then they keep on rolling day by day through false commitment. After 3 days i again complained on customer care, but no positive steps has been taken so far.It seems like they have knowingly cheated people like this.Planning to lodge an FIR and take the case to consumer court.

            Dear support,

            I had procured daikin split ac from your bhubaneswar outlet (Great eastern, 22 and 22b, bapuji nagar, bhubaneswar, odisa-751009) on dated 15-october-2016. Since it was first installed it has never been used at all. Now when we start using this summer we don't see that ac is cooling at all. I have already launched a compliant in daikin customer care on dated 22-may-2017 and having complaint ticket reference# 831583. You can also search in daikin customer database using my mobile number as [protected]/[protected].

            Probably today it will be 5th or 6th call with daikin customer care as on today dated 30-may-2017. Every time i call to daikin customer care and

            Getting response from customer care representative as they will look into it and they will call me back but so far they did not even called me back

            . Even i had asked the customer care representative to give your manager/service delivery person's contact email_id/mobile# but nobody is giving it to me so far. As of now they ac is still not repaired.

            I have also personally visited great eastern shop (From where i had procured the ac) on dated 27th regarding this ac issue. Spoken to daikin sales person mr. Sarbeswar mohanty (Mobile-[protected]) and he told he has escalated the same willl concerned team and get this resolved quickly.

            As per my experience in whole transnational touch point with daikin/great eastern was gone very bad, it was totally frustrating, wasting of time and money lead to dissatisfaction.

            I am going to file a consumer court case since this under warranty and i am not getting server from either of the vendor

              My name is Joy prakash singh residing at uttarpara(hooghly). On 22.05.2017 i had ordered hitachi 312EAEA /1.0ton split ac which costs Rs 40, 000 from 'Great Eastern' uttarpara, hooghly.
              My invoice number is UP/SA/1718/02946. The Great Eastern salesperson had said that the AC will be delivered within 6days.
              On 27.05.2017 the AC was delivered at my address around 11.00am. But few moments later when i checked the AC model, i found out that wrong model was delivered to me. they delivered me ESG312EAD which presently costs Rs24, 272 online. When i contacted the delivery man he said that he had delivered the product which he was told to deliver and that there was only one Hitachi AC on his vehicle.The delivery man told me to contact Great Eastern assuring me that he had not done any mistake.
              When i went to Great Eastern uttarpara to inform about the incident the sales person didn't take any responsibility and directly blamed delivery man and promised to deliver the right model by the evening of 27.05.2017. Till today(29.05.2017) i haven't received the delivery. I had contacted Great Eastern uttarpara many times and till now nothing had happened..
              I request you to please solve my problem as soon as possible..

                I am aditi sen staying at 39 pranabananda road, flat c-1, garia, kolkata-700084. I bught a samsung fridge bearing model code rt2734snbsj/tl from your 433, garia main road branch under tax credit memo no. 12/1213/06981 dated; 24/07.2012.
                The compressor problem started in the month of may 2017 and while raising complaint to samsung customer care, it has been found that the item description given in the invoice is wrong and due to that we will not eligible to get the replacement although the equipment is still under guarantee period.
                When contacted your garia branch, they could only corrrect the invoice by hand written no of the model and an illegible stapm; which was not acceptable to sumsung service. They wanted a printed corrected invoice, which you could not provide.
                As a result, in this peak summer, we had no option than paying for the new compressor through the samsung service center on 27/05/17.
                Without any fault of mine, i have been penalized in all the ways and therefore would like to know that why you have not done the desired /required correction from your end when the entire fault was from your side.
                Either you reimburse the the amount what has been charged to me on your fault otherwise i will be left with no other option than going to higher authority for judgement.
                Please revert with your comments within seven days and oblige. I shall not wait for indefinite period or keep on following it up as i do not have such spare time.

                  I purchased godrej edgepro 190pds-3.2/190 ltr jasmine brown refrigerator on monday 22nd may 2017, from great eastern dhakuria branch. Invoice no-dk/sa/1718/02296. The payment was made instantly on spot just because the sales person promised that the fridge will delivered within 4-5 days. Since today is the 5th day, i called mr samir chakroborty ([protected]) the sales person incharge who convinced us about the delivery period at the time of buying. What he had to say today was that it cannot be delivered before sunday, and he was very very rude with his words. So the conclusion is that once the items are sold and paid for they will just throw their hands in the air and will just not care anymore. When i told him that i will be talking to the higher authority he was so confident and said do whatever you want to. Wow!!! Now i will be out of station for two three days, and no one will be at home to receive the product. So to whom will they deliver the refrigerator to? I would like to know. So that means i would have to cancel my important appointments just because the sales person was so just interested in selling the products that he totally forgot about the basic ethics and responsibilities.. Neither they have business ethics nor honesty. Infact the previous shop was better where i was told clearly that the fridge could not be delivered before 7days. So i would never recommend anyone great eastern since they lack business ethics. And once you have paid for the product they will not give a damn about your needs. That's all.

                    I have bought a samsung a.c on 20.05.2017 from great eastern.

                    I was told that the installer will charge 500 rupees however now the installer from Samsung called me and told it could be 500 / 1000 as per the model and 200 for angle charge and asked me to buy 15 amp plug.

                    I am unable to connect u..Could you please contact me or reply me asap...

                      On Friday (19th of May, 2017), I purchased a Godrej RT Eon 24IP 3.4 Ruby Petal Refrigerator(Invoice No. 20/SA/1718/03344) from Great Eastern (Branch:319/11, Jessore Road, Nagerbazar, Kol-700074) and payed in full. The salesman promised to deliver it by Sunday (21st May). Sunday rolled by without any sign of delivery. When called, she cited some difficulties in the delivery process and promised to deliver it by Monday. This too was a false promise as it did not arrive neither on Monday nor Tuesday. When called, the receptionist answered the phone with blank promises, and when asked for the final date of delivery, she hung up. We obviously ordered the fridge because it was an urgent necessity. The delay in delivery has made it difficult for us. Truly unexpected from Great Eastern. I would actively recommend others to avoid buying from Great Eastern, Nagerbazar Branch. I want the fridge delivered by 24th of May.

                        I am from jaipur. Recently I have purchased panasonic split ac 15 days before from great eastern co. Mansarovar, jaipur.But in 15 days i have faced problems six times but till now it has not been resolved.
                        Firstly i want to register a conmplaint about your technician who came for instollation His name is Mr. Sunil. His behaviour was very rude and he had not instolled the ac properly due to which i am facing problems till today. Firstly he did not fitted the drain pipe properly due to which water is not flowing out and got accumulated in the ac and as a result water starts coming from the ac itself. Then after registering a complaint this problem got resolved. Secondly he did not filled the nitrogen gas as required due to which after ten days ac is not cooling properly due to which i have to register the complaint again. But till now it has not been rectified.
                        This kind of service was not excepted from panasonic. I want replacement of this defective ac.
                        Also i request to take strict action aganist technician Mr sunil. I hope you understand my problem and take necessary action. I want replacement of this defective piece.

                          I bought a symphony air cooler (Diet 35 l) two days ago i. E; on tuesday (16th may, 2017) from the baguiati branch of great eastern, kolkata-700059. The authority took the whole cost i. E; reportedly 8700 inr from me on that same day. They were supposed to deliver the cooler at my place in ruby within today as they told me. But i have not received it even today and as i called them, the dealers are saying that they will deliver it on sunday and they did not say any specific cause and cut my call i. E; hung up. I found their behavior very very bad and strongly disapprove this kind of behavior from the point of view of a customer. I feel very bad and strongly recommend the authority to take strict steps against the branch executives and attendants so that i can get my package as soon as possible and be spared from this kind of irresponsibility.

                            I have bought a Samsung 40' LED TV on the date 06/05/2107 from the kharagpur branch. As per the deal along with the TV Airtel Digital STB connection was given free but they have failed to provide the connection even after 14 days of installation. The executives are not providing proper services accordingly. The services prove to be very pathetic and disappointing. All the committments are fake and have a zero customer satisfaction.

                                I have booked a Front Load Washing machine from Great Eastern Appliances on 01/05/2017. I have been said that the delivery will be done within 6-7 days but I have not received it yet. There was a false commitment of the staff and a delivery of my product is delayed.
                                I have also said that I have to go out of station so deliver the washing machine at the earliest, then the staff said that it will be deliver in 6-7 days.
                                I have called him thrice in 3 days for the follow up of my products then today he said that the product is out of stock take some other model of the washing machine.It is fully irritating and harras of the customer. Very pathetic service.

                                  Non delivery / installation of voltas window ac

                                  I purchased a Window AC of Voltas on 4th April, 17 from Great Eastern, Dalhausie, Kolkata. After long waiting I have got the delivery of the product on 19th April, 2017 and after 4 days two persons came for installation. At that time one person damaged the AC before installation and entire gas came out from the AC. The person responsible for that said that the company will replace the product. Till date the product has not been replaced....

                                  I am a doctor and my husband is professor in a university. We have purchased a fridge from gea kasba. Unfortunately, their specification of time to deliver the item and to send the demonstrator is absolutely not maintained. We have been sitting the entire day waiting for the demonstrator to come but in vain. Already more than 12hours have passed since the delivery of the item. We have been calling up since the delivery to send a demonstrator, but till now they have given us only repeated false hopes

                                    I bought a dvd player 2days back. But when I ask for a carry bag the executive said me you don't understand Bengali. What I am saying... And also the manager expressed their anger... I felt like i bought the item from their salary... I had already decided I will never go with great Easter again. Spread this news to every one whom I know. Its not a joke.. We are buying with our own money.. And they are behaving like they are the owners of great Easter.. Change your stuffs. Unless great Easter will have very bad future.

                                      The branch at prabartak is extremely poor at management. We received our product only after making a lot of calls, of which several were not even received. They didn't give the bill when the money was paid and neither during delivery. Even the gift that was promised wasn't given during delivery. I was sent back thrice inspite of calling them and asking them beforehand. Now they are saying that we have to collect it after 1 week. They people there themselves are not aware of their work. Very disappointed. Such harassment is not expected.
