I biught it on 18.9.17. Right speaker was not working. After so many phone calls for one week, at last 1 person from philips came and admit that this is defective.

On 4.10.17 after taking this they delivered one which was opened by mr bappa, sale person without my knowledge before delivering.

Dissapointing, again this is defective. Left speaker damaged.

But this time, this people is not ready to...

Me and my family visited great eastern appliances in mansarovar and purchased panasonic ac 1 ton 3 star. Prior to visiting this store we visited great eastern tonk road branch but the prices were mismatched at both the stores.

I have purchased a water purifier from great eastern, purulia on 21.07.2017. At the time of installation it was found by the technician the waste water continuously flowing after the tank full indicating light on. The 1st complain was registered on 27.07.2017. The technician repair on 30.07.2017.
The next day on 31.07.2017 it was found the purification on indicator was not indicating at the time of purifying the water....

I have purchased a videocon refrigerator from great eastern chandannagar, hooghly, west bengal. But the product i have purchased are not same. They forcefully sale this product to me as per i get my product 1week after which is already have a fault.
I have purchased many product from great eastern but this type of service i got is horrible. I will never ever purchase any other product from this company.

We came from abudhabi last 7th january booked a refrigerator from saltlake with water & ice dispencer the sales boy didnt even know which fridge belongs to so he gave us a hitachi only with water dispenser we returnrd the fridge but didnt get my samsung fridge (Which have both). We fully paid the amount but still he is giving one after another excuses. Don't know what to do. So please before purchasing any item go with proper knowledge...

I have visited at sinthi more branch to purchse a lg ffridge, i have aslread purchsed 2pcs of ac from sinthi branch.

After 24 day's i have received the haier replacement washing machine (Haier sealing policy not maintained) may be the refurbished product send by great eastern. I have paid the full money at the time of purchase before 24 days ago, that was not the duplicate (Refurbished) money!
