I have bought a whirlpool 8.5kg ace turbojet washing machine on 11th aug 2021 and it was delivered on 18th aug due to its bigger size the washing machine doesn't fits location of machine. The staff at dalhousie great eastern dalhousie are straight away declining to hear my request that too I made it on the same date of delivery. Kindly help

I'm sk Mehraj. I have bought a whirlpool 8.5kg ace turbojet semi automatic washing machine on 11th aug 2021 it was delivered on 18th August. Due to its bigger size its not fitting in my location. I'm requesting to exchange it with smaller one. But employees at dalhousie are straight away denying. Kindly resolve my issue.

Purchase the product on thursday 12.08.21 and the executive told that it will deliver by sunday 15.08.21 but on sunday she told that it will deliver by monday 16.08.21 but today she told it takes more time and will deliver by next sunday 22.08.21. it is too much harrassing for me. At the time of purchase she told that it is available in stock but now she told that she launch a DO for me. Please solve the problem ASAP.

Dear Sir/Madam,
I purchased a HITACHI 518HEEA/1.5 ton inverter split AC on 29/07/21 which was delivered on 30/07/2021. The technicians visited on 31/07/21 to install the AC. However, it was found that the indoor system was damaged. Consequently, it was exchanged and another indoor system was delivered on 02/08/21. The technicians again visited on 05/08/21 for installation when he informed me that the outdoor system was faulty.
The new outdoor system was delivered on 06/08/21 and installation of the AC was also made on the same day. Although fully installed, the AC still didn't work and we were informed that some important part was supposedly not working.
It is very disheartening that even after choosing a brand as renowned and trusted as Hitachi, I've had to be so troubled. The conundrum that has been caused is much to my amazement and I am considerably disappointed with the services. Therefore, I request that either the entire unit is replaced with a new and tested one or an arrangement for a complete refund is made.

I have made a purchase on 10th Jul, 21 from Salt Lake outlet for 1 Ton O General AC which was delivered on 14th Jul, 21. The same was out of the box defective since there was an oil leakage from the compressor. I was informed that replacement will be delivered and installation will be completed by 16th Jul, 21. When I spoke to concerned ISD I was informed that the replacement will take another 24-48 hours post which installation will happen.

This is causing un necessary delay and also I am being followed up to return the exchange AC.

On 3 July we purchased Samsung fridge from Great Eastern Garia after 9 days when we call on sales executive Ronit Saha she she telling the sun Samsung has stop making this model.

you need to paid more 2k amount will give you another one. And when I asked why she is telling this thing on day of delivery she is her behaviour is very rude and cut the phone.

I bought USHA water dispenser 10 days before. It stopped cooling water after 3 days. I made complaint at great eastern, sikar road, jaipur and USHA customer care but till date it is neither repaired nor replaced and not returned also. It is very bad experience for my staff who are drinking hot water in this summer.

I was purchased a voltas 1.5 ton 3 star AC from great eastern dankuni branch on 07/06/2021 vide bill no W2224/2122/02540. After installation machine was not cooling properly, I was lodge complaint many times and technicians came and fix it. But after 2/3 days I was facing same problem. Technicians are came 5 times in last 20 days but problem was not solve any more. So I'm requesting kindly change my machine as soon as possible. I was called great eastern dankuni many times but they didn't answer my call.

My Dad Mr.Udaynath Mondal purchased a washing machine of Bosch on 22.06.2021 however today is 29.06.2021 but nobody came to install it, also when calling nobody’s picking up his call.Ms.Riya Dutta is worst person responsible for this situation.My Dad is a Senior citizen and he is frustrated now, they also needed to exchange the old machine which they till date haven’t taken, first they gave excuses now simply ignoring his calls.
Hoping you to resolve this matter ASAP.

I have purchased one fridge of whirlpool 200lt on 14th June'21. The name of the product was whirlpool 215 impro PRM 4S INV wine hibiscus .But as per information provided by the executive that the water get desolve automatically after defrost. But the water get logged in the tray after defrost .The delivery agent of grate eastern unpacked & installed the fridge as communicated by shop the executive because she told us that it will take almost 5 to 6 days for installation due to this pandemic situation.

Please look after the concern with high priority & check your CCTV audio & video footage for further checking.

Exchange this fridge as early as possible.

I have ask twice to sure delivery they say use to delivery will be tomorrow but today I have not received any product than call him he said it's will be delivered Monday than why said he will be delivered tomorrow. Plz make me convenience other wise next time not come in your outlet and spred that's incident to all my friends and whom go your outlet.

I have purchased a samsung washing machine from great eastern sinthe more branch on 5th June 2021. The executive said the product will be delivered by 2 to 3 days. But it's been 7 days I haven't received the product. When I called the executive yesterday she asked me to cancel the product. I mean how these guys are so insensitive towards the customer??

I have booked the above product on 07/06/2021 from your Baguihati branch and I was told to deliver the 1 ton air conditioner ( Daikin ) by 9th instant. But today they told me that the same product is not available in stock and replacing that one they wanted to deliver the another product. But I denied it. Then they said about refund the amount but I told them to refund immediately as I booked the same at another place. I also said them if they delay they must be charged with interest and refund me my money. They should refund me online as I have paid my booking amount ₹ 10200 /-.
I am waiting for your response immediately.

I regret to inform you that I have purchased a refrigerator on 22.04.2021 from M/s GREAT EASTERN RETAIL PVT. LTD. BRANCH 102, D.H.ROAD, BEHALA, KOLKATA - 700034 (WB) and delivered by them today.
Your technician had visited today for installation and found damaged condition of the compressor (leakage and broken) in the sealed pack.
I am attaching herewith the purchase invoice and technician JOB SHEET for your reference.
I would request you to kindly look in to the matter and replace it as an urgent basis.

I purchased a Daikin 1.5 non inverter ac from greateastern Bagnan branch on 11/04/2021 but they assured me the product will deliver with in 4 to 7 days as mentioned in bill and I aslo called and complained about this matter in head office but they don't take any responsibility to solve this problem. So this type of behavior is not expect from this company. After all that is my first and last visit this company and I never recommend any body to go there to purchase anything.
I hope you understand and agree with me.

I had purchased one voltus 1 ton 5 star AC split inverter from Baguihati Branch, Kolkata. The salws person Mr Sandip Ghosh guided me to purchased that product. During final payment he promised to supply the product by sunday or maximum by monday, (19/4/2021) at my door step. Now while following up for the delivery he is telling that he is not confirm when I will receive my product and spoken very arrogantly. Despite of several request to talk in soft and professional tone he had shown arrogance. I have bypass surgery patient in my home and its verymuch necessary for him to stay in cold and humid free temperature. Hence I need the product by tomorrow. Otherwise I will take this matter to next level with voice record of telephonic conversation.

I purchased one 1.5 ton Lloyd 3star Ac with the assurance from store ( Dhakuria ) that AC will support Alexa device . But to my surprise I came to know that this AC is not Alexa enabled .
Immediately I contacted store and request to cancell the order . Payment for this AC was made through credit card .I requested to refund the money in my credit card account .
But store is telling that only cheque will be issued in the name in which A/c AC was purchased .
The AC was purchased under furniture loan scheme and refund of check under company name is not at all acceptable .
Finally they suggested one more AC from Panasonic having Alexa enabled but that also after study found as non enabled Alexa .
This is really surprising to note that such staffs are dealing with customers having no knowledge about product speciations .
I request you once again to refund the money in my credit card account and close the transaction .
In this regard I like to mention that I am a regular customer of you but this type of worst experience never happened ..
