We purchas 2 daikin ac ..but chinsurah great eastern not deliverd our ac still now today .we are not expect as that poor service with ur site .after purchas ac they do not contact with us regarding ac..we r suffering very much..attention pls.

May oder placed 1st of April and delivery date with in 4days.. But still delayed and misguide by the finance team and also great eastern kankunrgachi kolkata branch.

I purchased ac of voltas on 29.02.2021 from great Eastern santragachi. Ac has been delivered on 30.03.2021. On 01.03.2021 technicians came to install it. But they failed to install completely because of damaged ac. They told that on next day technicians from Voltas would come to check it. On next day technicians came and said that ac was completely damaged. After that we contacted to great Eastern santragachi, they said it would be replaced. Till now no information about this. Kindly check this. This is too much harrasment for us.

Dear Sir,
We have purchased one Samsung Fridge on 5th April 2021, delivered yesterday but on the top of the fridge it is received in damaged condition.
We have already complained with concerned person immediately but still it is not replaced.
Kindly do the needful at the earliest.

I have purchased a Godrej 1.5 ton AC from Great Eastern Dalhousie branch on[protected]. The sales person told me the item will be delivered by 3 days. But on the 4th day morning he called me and said it will take another 3 days. Waiting for another 3 days he is not assuring about the delivery of the product.
I am completely clueless where to lodge a complain.
I have reached their customer support but they are saying that I need to talk to only the sales person regarding the delivery of the product.

Extremely unprofessional in delivery timings. I ordered a refrigerator LG D201ARGY on 31st March 2021 from Great Eastern Nagerbajar branch, Salesman Name - Subho phn-[protected], they promised that the delivery would be made on 2nd April, I requested for delivery during day time due to social problems in evening at my community. The entire day went out but there was no delivery made, even today I am writing on 3rd April, they entire day has went out but no delivery have been made till now, I contacted the salesperson, he gave me a contact no. - [protected] (didn't mention name). I called him since morning today and asked the status about delivery, the entire day he told me all lies after lies about delivery will be made and it is arriving within daylight... Still now the product has not been delivered yet. It will be a great problem if they come for delivery during the dark at my place.

I had purchased a washing machine ( Whirlpool, price 10000 ) on 06/03/2021, as a weeding gift for my friend named Amit Dutta.
Mr. Pratik said he would provide a surprise gift, but as it was out of stock, it will be provided after 2 days.

I went to collect the same after 7 days, but on arrival I was not treated the same way, as I was treated when I went to buy the product. 4 of your staffs greeted me nicely, but when I said I came to take the gift, they asked me the name of sales person who sold me the product. On saying the same, they said me to wait as he was having Lunch. After waiting for 30 minutes, I asked again. They again said he is having lunch and I will have to wait.
After 45 minutes a person came from 1st floor and I asked again. He informed that Mr. Pratik is showing a Fridge to a customer and not having lunch.

This was quiet annoying.

I went up and asked for the gift, he replied he is very busy and I will have to wait more. After 15 minutes he asked one staff ( out of the same 4 persons who were very busy playing and chatting with their phones, whom I met earlier only ) to check if any gift is available.

This should had been checked earlier.
The person took nearly 15 minutes and said no gift is available and I should come to them again after 2 days.

On being asked to Mr. Pratik, he replied very rudely that its my mistake as I had not called them up before coming. But as per me I went after their said number of days and if it has not arrived, it is their responsibility to inform me not to come, as the gift has not arrived.

When I said if the gift is not available then it should had been said earlier only and I would no wait for nearly 1.5 hours. To this he shouted and misbehaved with me.

I feel not only Pratik, but the full team of 4 persons must be punished, who came running as I entered the store to enquire what I need to purchase, and on hearing that I have already purchased and came to receive the gift, they all vanished and started playing with their phones.

A fridge for HAIER company was booked on the 26 th march with full payment from Great eastern kakurgachi kolkata and tentative delivery date was 31st march.
As it was not delivered i tried to reach out to the sales man Biswajit multiple times but he is not at all answering and blocked my contact.
Kindly help me to get it sorted as its the worst client interaction and definitely damaging the client value of Great Eastern.

Purchased Daikin 1.5 Ton AC on 20/03/2021 from Great Eastern Retail at Salt Lake, Kolkata.
When Daikin Technicians came to install the AC on 23/03/2021 they opened the carton and found the outdoor unit broken.
On asking for a replacement, Great Eastern saleswoman MIMI DEY denied responsibility and advised to call DAIKIN.
DAIKIN tells me that replacement may take indefinite time.

I keep calling for replacement and receive vague answers. Great Eastern is least bothered.

I feel very ashamed to say that your service is worst...I bought a refrigerator on 17/03/2021 and today is 24/03/2021 still no one came for installation... I have call sales person (Souri Biswas) almost every day...she only says I have put your number in docket but till now I didn’t get any solution...Did I made a mistake by buying from great eastern?? It has been almost 4 weeks, I have purchased a Ventair infinity 3g kitchen chimney. When I unbox the product infront of Ventair expert, I have seen my product is damaged, so I returned this product last to last week. Still now it is pending. When I asked from him (Sinthi More salesperson), every time he told me, need some time. So my question, is it the customer service of a reputed company? As well as he told me, my brand new product is coming from Barasat location, now my another question, Barasat location is out of India or not? If it is not, so why are you taking so much time for this thing. If Great eastern is unable to resolve this problem, please returned my cash & close the company. It is disappointing for me, that Great eastern provide this type of customer service. Really pathetic.

On 18th March, 2021 I have purchased an AC from Great Eastern Tollygunj. At the time of purchase I was told that my selected model is not available there, it will come from Asansol, so I have to wait for 7 day. I agreed on that, it is already 5day over but there is no news on my ac. After delivery installation need to be done, if it goes in that pace, then I am sure my ac will not be able to start working before holi.
I have agreed to wait, but 5 days are over, please look into the matter. Attaching bill for the same.

I bought a Panasonic Microwave Oven from Great Eastern, Rajdanga but the product started malfunctioning within 1 month. The lamp inside the oven doesn't glow from q week of the purchase but it used to work. But now the product completely broke down and is not even responding. It has just become a burden and it doesn't even start anymore.
Since the product is within warranty period I would ask for a complete refund or replacement of the same

Purchased a Lloyd 1 ton AC from great Eastern madhyamgram. When it got delivered, I saw wear length is of 1.5 ft also without any plug. Also, one screw was missing. I called at store representative Srikanth Banerjee about that and he continuously argued with me that no company provides plug. I have installed 2 AC previously at my home and I have never seen such scenario before. I stated the fact to him but he continued arguing that I don't have knowledge on this because he had also installed AC at his home. The tone was improper, unprofessional and his points were unacceptable from a customer' s view. He needs behaviour sessions also I need proper justification about why plug was not there

I perches a 43 inch samsung tv on 05/02/2021 and the sales man Mahesh Singh phone number [protected] told me that there is a gift of dinner set or wrist watch but he ignore us 2 month and when I go to the great eastern shop he provide us a cheap gift a two Bowl and misbehave with me and my family. This is my horrible experience in Barrackpore great eastern shope and shope manager is not attending us. I know that one tv cannot hert your reputation. But this type of sales man and behaviour is not expected to a reputed company.

I have ordered a fridge on 21st of February 2021 . It should have been on the delivery place by 5-7 the March .
The agent of the company is not stop acting and telling that it will reach by this date or that date but it is still not coming . At last but not the least, if my delivery is not done by today 8th March . Then I will cancel by today . Before hand they didn't told that they had the fridge but now they r telling that they have no stock .
